I can’t purchase anything on TSM
I’ve been trying to make purchases on the sims mobile and it won’t allow me to do so at all. It keeps saying transaction in progress and to restart the game . I have done that soooooooo many times and the transactions are not coming/going through. I’ve removed my payment method and re-added the payment method. I’ve also tried an alternate payment method. I’ve even deleted the entire app and reinstalled it just in case. I’ve even tried purchasing something different, just to be sure that it’s not just that particular product , but it’s all the products that I cannot purchase. PLEASE HELP ME. I’m getting overwhelmed and frustrated.Purchased Special Offer 40 in The Sims but Didn’t Receive Items
I made a purchase of the Special Offer 40 in The Sims for R$6,00 on July 17, 2025. The payment was completed successfully via PIX. After restarting the game, the purchased items did not appear in my storage. I’ve tried restarting again, but the issue persists. Could someone please help me recover the items or check what went wrong?Can’t place elevator at the cafe to start spy career
When I go to the cafe, I have no option to place the elevator to start the spy career. The quest shows up in my inbox telling me to place the elevator, but it still won’t let me. I’ve tried restarting my device, deleting and redownloading the app, I even retired my character and made a new one to see if a blank slate was needed for the character.My sims mobile crashing
I try to click the sims app and it loads up until the moon shows up to switch to day and it completely crashes, been doing this for 3 days. I tried figuring out how to clear the cache on iPhone, but I guess it’s just offload app and I’ve done it about 10 times and it hasn’t done anything. I can't connect to my Facebook but I have my playerid in sims. hi, im experiencing bugs and prevents me from buying lots, festival pass and even houses. Ive tried restarting the app, uninstalling it and reinstalling still. I also tried checking for any pending payments but there were none, so the problem is nowhere to be solved. It’s either transaction cancelled or transaction in progress.LSM do not evolve ?
Hi, I wanted to get back into The Sims Mobile but apart from the events, I don't see any new content or new mechanics. It's a shame really, because I'd have liked to see other ways of playing with neighbours, and I can see that there are still only the parties, which I generally don't find very interesting. Do you ever plan to add extra content and new mechanics?

Hi all! There's this problem I have been facing with the game and I hope you all can help me. I uninstalled The Sims Mobile on Monday due to some issues and reinstalled it the same day. My game is connected to my Google Play account, and normally, when I reinstall, I can log back in without any problems since my progress is saved through that account. I've never had any issues in the past. However, on Monday, when the pop-up appeared asking if I wanted to access my saved game and I selected that option, I discovered that most of my progress was missing. I had previously reached level 48, but now I’m back at level 1. It seems like the game has merged with the tutorial. All my builds and items, including those in my inventory, are gone. Although the game is still linked to my Google Play account and the correct progress appears to be available for download, the tutorial won’t stop even after I choose to restore my saved data. As a result, I’m stuck. I can’t navigate to other locations, several buttons are missing, and I can’t access the menu. My starter house also has no doors, so I’m unable to place anything required to move past the tutorial. I have contacted ea support several times since Monday. They ask me to raise the issue in-game through the help menu. The problem is that the sidebar containing the help buttons itself is missing. I'll attach a screenshot to show how the game is appearing right now. The advisor asked me to post the issue on the forum so here I am. I also contacted EA Help via mail but they haven't replied yet. Can anyone who has faced a similar problem help me out please? Will be grateful.Simcash offer error

I have always wished to have cars / bikes parked in my villa in Sims. It would really add another dimension. I remember when i use to play The Sims: Bustin' Out in my Nokia NGage, it use to have a scooter and that was actually rideable. An hour ago i bought some coins (10.000) from my iphone. And i made some progresses. But when i played the game in mu Ipad, suddenly all the coins and the progresses i made were gone. Im so confused. Hello everyone ans EA! I need help with my The Sims Mobile game. the game always makes you redownload data after an update, i know that. but this time, my download process keeps resetting even though i didn't leave the app for a second. i have to download 1,044 mb of data. But when the progress reaches 789 or near 800, my progress just restarts at 300 for absolutely no reason. It's frustrating, I don't know what to do. I reinstalled the app but the issue still isn't fixed. Can someone help?
