Sims mobile won't transfer to new phone.
I recently created an account and linked to EA as well as another platform to save the sims mobile game I have played for 3 ish years so that I wouldn't lose progress. I downloaded Sims to my new phone, went through the tutorial as instructed, went to tab, connect ,etc. I get all the way to where it asks if I want to continue with the new game or with my level 60 old game. When I press the option for the old game the box dissappears, but leaves me in the new game. I have tried closing the app, restarting my phone, reinstalling again, etc. Every time the same things happens. I have logged into my EA account online to make sure everything was linked still and it is showing linked to 2 platforms. I have spoken to 2 chat agents who led me in a circle. I have also sent an email and had no response. This seems pretty ridiculous. I really dont want to lose all my progress. I bought the sims festival pass more
On 11/04 I bought the festival pass and since then I haven't received anything, but it was charged! Sand-sational Treasure Hunt boots out the app
I don't know what's going on with The Sims Mobile game. It has crashed five times on my phone when I touch the one of the pink checkmark at an area for the Sand-sational Treasure Hunt and it kicks me right out of the game. This has happened to me yesterday and I did force stop on the game. And to top it off, I completely lost my previous game where I was at around level 35 or 36. I have enclosed attachment that can help. The circled area, when clicking on the pink check mark. It boots you right out of the game. I bought the festival pass and earned the piggy roof. Missing car and garage door?
I won the house in the Summer Paradise festival (gold pass) and now the car has gone missing as well as a garage door I bought a few days ago. It happened after bulldozing a house, but I’ve never had this issue before since all those items always have gone back into my inventory. Yes, this question has probably already been asked a thousand times over but I was advised by an EA Games customer service representative to report this issue through here. Hello! My issue started about this monday/tuesday after the weekly sticker reset. Now new weekly sticker contest started for me even to this day it says "no sticker contest active" and the button is grayed out. Today I also found out there is a wardrobe event going but it does not show in game for me at all either. I tried restarting the game and deleting cache and data, tried reinstalling it altogether from 0 and also logging in and out of the game but nothing seems to work... Missing item
I bought a treadmill, placed it in my house and I can’t find it. I cleared my two lots thinking I’ve put it somewhere I couldn’t see it, but no. When I check in the career collection items, the treadmill is green, which means I own it, but I have to pay for it again It’s only a treadmill but I won’t pay twice for it and I keep having problems with the game.
