Hi! I want to link my Epic Games account to EA but EA says that I already have a linked account. The account at hand does not belong to me, so I am unable to unlink it from Epic Games since I cannot log into it. How can I unlink that EA account? The Epic support said it can only be done via EA since the Epic account connects to the EA account and not the other way around. Thanks for any help!Account Hack and Ban
It is since 6 month I am unable to access my Apex Account beacuse of a hacker. The hacker hack my account but after getting back my account it was ban . I am mail in EA several time but they didn't response anything about this . Please Help me in this problem i am using this account very long time and spend money .Does EA Support actually exist?
I set up an account a couple of years back, linked it to PSN to play Sims, but gave up on the game after about five minutes. Fortunately it was a freebie so no issue. Now I'm trying to play another game but am told I can't as my account, apparently, has been hacked. So I follow the instructions to get some help; wait time on "Chat with us" is apparently three minutes but EA clearly have a different idea of what "three minutes" is to everyone else. I just recently got a PC and just want to play my EA games here. Everything I have is on my xbox account. My Xbox account used to have a very very old email connected to it before I changed it recently on Microsoft. When trying to connect my Xbox account to my EA on my PC, it is still using the old email address. This email address is completely obselete. There is absolutely no way for me to recieve emails, log into it, try and recover it. The company was shut down and email addresses are gone forever. I cannot figure out for the life of my how I can just change my email on my original account. I am unable to recieve the verification code needed to log into it. I just need help resetting my original email address that EA still thinks is associated with my Xbox account. Please help me.Account logged into an unknown email (hacker i think)
I'm trying to log into Apex Legends to play but it tells me my account is disabled, I kept my console off for a long time so I was sure I hadn't done anything, after a while I discovered that my game account is linked to an email that isn't mine, is there a way to change that email? Hello! I have been interacting with EA forums - specifically the Pogo forums - for over five years now. I used to have one of the Pogo icons for my profile picture (specifically the bee from Grant's Garden), but when EA switched to the new forum interface, all of the Pogo options were gone. This wasn't an enormous deal to me and I just chose one of the other options. However, every time I enter the forums, my pfp is gone and I have to reset it. Yes, I am saving & it will show up that singular time I am logged in; for example, right now it is showing cats as my pfp. But next time I log in or even if I log in on another device right now, there is no pfp. Again, this isn't the biggest deal in the world, but I would prefer not to have to re-select one every time I enter the website. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime. For more info, visit EA Help." This is the message I find when trying to link my XBox with EA. I don't recall ever having any other EA account and linking it to XBox as I only have just started using my XBox account for PC and PC Game Pass. I'm assuming that other "linked" account is disabled. I have tried to create another EA account but it takes me into loop holes saying the password for this new email doesn't match the account and suggests to change the password. So, for sh*ts and giggles I change the password only for it to say it doesn't have an account for this email. I tried every thing that Reddit and EA has suggested. I sent a ticket out to EA but when I logged into EA there are no tickets made. And suggests to open a ticket. When I click on that link it takes me here. The MagikGoddess638 XBox account is legit. That e% disabled EA account is not. And I have no clue how else to fix this. PLEASE HELP. I even looked on YouTube. ANY help is greatly appreciated!
Xbox and EA account link issue
It seems like I cant link my EA Account to my Xbox Account. On the Xbox app it says there's already an account linked, I press manage and it makes me log in on my EA Account in order to link it, once I log in and try to link it says my Xbox Account is already linked to a EA account (4d*****@disabled.ea.com) <-- this app the account linked? idek) . I must clarify, I've only had this one Xbox and EA account, I've never linked or unlinked any account, I've always used and had these two accounts. I've seen post regarding this issue as far as 12 years ago so I HIGHLY doubt it'll ever get fixed or support even helping me with this. GGs
Cannot join friends in NFS rivals
So I was trying to play NFS Rivals with a friend of mine but was unable to get it to work. I have the game on the EA app (Had it on origin from the start). My friend got it recently on steam. He had created an EA account and added me as a friend so no issues there. He even shows up on the friend list in game. However I am unable to invite or join to the same game as him. When he accepts my invite his name comes up on the 'current players in session' section for about 10 seconds and goes away. This all happens while he's still on the loading screen. He also cannot see any other players in his game sessions despite being on a public game. Any help regarding this will be appreciated, TIA.

Hello, I also have a strange problem, last night I was able to contact the 24/7 support without any problems, and today when I needed to contact the chat again I get this error. How do I fix this problem/bug? If I'm not logged in, I get the message to contact support or if I'm logged in on the secondary account it works without any problems, but when I'm logged in on the main account I get this error instantly!
