Servers not connecting on new internet
Hello! I was told to write this from a customer support member but I recently just moved into my first apartment and with my new wifi I haven't been able to get online to any EA games for over a week. Every other online game is working for me, I've had the router manufacturers here twice now and there is no issue on their part, I've started my ps5 in safe mode and done what I can on my end and nothing has worked. Please help I just want to play my games I've spent so much money on.
Why is there so much lag on server side.
Running a 1.25gb fibre connection and it seems like the servers always lag when in a squad. It happens solo too but everything on my side checks out and have a 8ms ping to my host server and on PS5. Keep getting icons on the left side of screen for lag and packet loss but my connection checks out. I know others complain about this too, please fix this. Gun won't fire, lazer designation wont zoom, walking in place...my USA friends have the same issue and I am out of Canada. Hey guys, my F1 25 won't launch on Steam after the December update. It didn't show any error. After the EA anti-cheat was showing, it just stopped running the game. I tried to verify the game, update gpu driver and more. It won't work. Does anybody know the fix to this?Request to Review and Reinstate My FC Mobile Account
Hello, I kindly request your assistance in reviewing the suspension of my FC Mobile account. My account was unexpectedly suspended, and I was not aware of any violation. I always follow the rules and have never used any third-party programs or exploited any in-game issues. Please review my account and consider reinstating it. I am a long-time player and very active in the game, and this suspension has affected me greatly. If there was any specific reason for the suspension, I would appreciate it if you could inform me so I can avoid any mistakes in the future.
BF3 Battlelog Requiers EAapp thoe i have it..Pls help
Hello All.. So im trying to play Bf3 and have been doing so with no issues for long time .. But the other day when i try to play everytime i choose a server on battlelog no matter witch one as soon as i hit join server a msg pops up sayin i have to install EA app... Witch i already have installed .. There was a fix for this before were you go into program data and then electronic arts folder and delete the Licens files .. but that dosent work no more for some reason .. its allways allways somthing wrong with EA games allways no matter what game it is .. Is there a fix for this ?? i play Bf3 daily and now im blocked from playing it because of that annoying EA install app msg .. Pls help ..HELP LOCKED OUT OF BF6 MULTIPLAYER EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID FOR IT ps5.
So I already purchased the game- was playing it having a good time. Decided to get battlepass and right after that it says I have to purchase to play any game mode. I’ve cleared cache on ps5 uninstalled and reinstalled. Turned PlayStation on and off. And still nothing. I need help. I paid for this game and it’s not fair I can’t play it. So yeah, for 3 consecutive weeks I have had 0 of 5000 xp for 1 battle pass star, despite completing all daily quests and all weeklies by day 2 of the new week. The "support" system has been ignoring my requests for help, so I'll just leave this here.Thanks, Nitin! /S
Can I start by saying that I am probably never buying Sims DLC again. I was already hesitant to do anything with the new issue from EA, but this last session with EA Help was incredibly awful. I bought the digital deluxe upgrade thinking it was an upgrade to my ALREADY digital deluxe edition (I know, read the descriptions, I just wanted to splurge a tiny bit for Christmas). Oh, oops, no, it isn't. Oh well I've been dumb before and EA helped me instantly. Talk to the first guy, Rajesh, super kind and about to help me. Gets taken over by someone else, Nitin. I think he saw my help discussion post and took over because he was the advisor assigned; the chat box says you don't have to reexplain your problem if you get disconnected, that was a lie. I just give my order number and say the last person was helping me get a refund because I basically have a duplicate purchase. I jump through hoops to verify my account again, and then he says he can't help because the payment is processing and to contact them later. I tell him that the status of the order is complete and my money is gone, so I don't understand what that really means and ask when is "later". He tells me in broken English that "we will help when the payment will be settled". I ask again for clarification, saying "Sir, I don't understand when later is, and since it's processing can they not just cancel the order entirely, and lastly I asked am I able to play the game since it's a special circumstance and get a refund later". He says, "No worries, we will help you with the refund as soon as possible payment will settled" I tell him I need different words because the words he has been saying do not make sense. "Please contact us later" "When the payment will settled" "Trust me your payment is still pending" Three different messages. To say the same thing. I have been cordial the whole time, I was going to be rude, but I decide against it and just ask, "And the answers to my other questions?". "I have already answered your questions" UM. No, you have been repeating the same broken English to me. "No sir, I asked if I play the game today if I would still be able to get a refund because of your policy". "No please do not play the game." Contact us later blah blah blah anything else I can help you with. EA. How can one person be so willing and kind to help and the other person comes in and ruins my day by being unapologetically rude. When I KNOW from experience that my order could easily be handled instantly, and I was going to buy 3 kits instead for stressing myself out, now I'd rather not. Well; time to follow in the steps of the EA Creators you can't even keep. I'm not convinced on spending more than the $1300 I already have, might even consider ending the 815 hrs I've played the game. Hope being rude and having my $10.49 was worth it, Nitin. I have tried speaking with support multiple times, and they have advised me that I can continue to try but now when I submit a request to chat I am met with messages saying this issue is not supported. I can not play any of my games until I recover or unlink and relink my PSN to a new EA account. EA Buyout Deal
I'm not sure where to put this, but I guess this is a place to start. I just read that a consortium has agreed to buy EA in a 55 billion dollar deal, taking the company private. It is a group of companies that includes Saudi Arabia (which I read already owns a 10% interest in EA) and a group led by Jared Kushner, Trump's son-in-law. This is all over the news right now but I haven't seen it mentioned here. I am wondering what other players' thoughts are about this, and what we think the future might hold for The Sims. I have worked at a company that had the opposite happen, where the company was private, then was sold to investors and taken public, and that didn't go very well. They made a lot of promises that things wouldn't change, but they did start changing things right away, and a lot of long-time employees quit. It sounds like the sports aspects of EA is a big factor in the deal, so I'm worried that they might just dump The Sims or not give it much love. This is all coming out right when the new pack is set to drop, and now I'm not sure I even want to buy it, if I don't know what the future is going to hold. Anyone else have thoughts?
