I linked the steam account to the wrong EA account.
I need help either with unlinking the steam account or changing the email for the EA account errors, because the problem is that the mail on that email account has been deleted for a long time ago, and the EA account requests a confirmation code from the deleted mail for any actions. Please give me some advice and is there any way to untie steam from an erroneous account without EA
bought battlefront 2 on steam, trying to link account
I bought battlefront 2 on steam since it was on sale and since I already have an EA account, I am trying to link it so that I can actually play it. every time I give the correct information it just says " we have encountered an error and couldn't complete your request. try again a little later. " ........ I have been trying again for the past week, and it still won't work. I've reset my password 3 times hoping that was the problem, but it still won't work. I have access to my account info through the EA start up since I also play Star Wars galaxy of heroes so I can literally see what my information is on my account.
Restored deleted email, now won't receive verification code.
I recently deleted the email to my main EA account. I have restored it since because I have forgetten my password and also want to change the email. The problem is that I am still not getting the password reset or verification emails sent to that address. I am able to log in with my linked google account, but I don't have any EA passwords saved on any email accounts. Can someone please suggest what I should do to receive the verification and reset emails (or any EA email for that matter)? I have already checked the spam folder and there is nothing there.
"Chat with us" no response after 3 cases sent. Can't change email address
I want to change my email address but when I try to change it I get a message saying "We can't complete your request. Your email address may not be valid or you may have recently updated it". I haven't changed my email address for over a year so there is no reason why I shouldn't be able to change it. I sent 3 cases but none have been answered even though I followed all the steps, I have checked my email as well waiting for a reply but no one is answering me.Can't Unlink Unauthorized EA Account from Steam — Locked Out of Games I Paid For
Hello EA community and support, I’m posting here because after more than a week of trying to fix this issue through EA Support, I still haven’t received a real answer, solution, or even consistent help. Some time ago, my Steam account was hacked, and during that period someone linked it to an unauthorized EA account ending in @live.ie. That account is not mine, and I have no way to access or unlink it. Important detail: at the time of the hack, I wasn’t even using a PC — I was playing exclusively on PlayStation 5. Someone else used my Steam account and linked their EA account to it without my knowledge. As a result, I am now completely locked out of every EA game I’ve purchased on Steam. All of them try to connect to the wrong EA account. I'm trying to link my Steam profile to my real EA account — the one I’ve used before via Xbox PC Game Pass and where I have actual game progress — but your system blocks me from doing that unless I unlink the account I don’t own. One agent told me to change my Steam display name, which I did. Another told me to wait a few hours and said the case would stay open — but no one ever followed up. I’ve been through multiple agents, repeated myself countless times, uploaded screenshots, followed all instructions — and nothing has changed. Even worse, I can no longer use the “Chat with us” feature on my main EA account. It simply disappeared. I had to contact support from a second account. And now, even when I try to "Resume Case", the page just refreshes and nothing opens — no chat, no progress. I’ve lost connection with agents multiple times just by accidentally refreshing or closing the page. That’s how fragile and broken the system is. To top it all off, EA’s websites no longer work for me unless I use a VPN, proxy, or switch to mobile internet. It’s absurd — I’m locked out not only from my games, but from support itself. I’ve attached screenshots showing the linking error and my Steam info, and a full transcript of the chats with support agents (see: transcript.txt). Now let me be blunt — I paid real money for these games. I worked for that money. I didn’t pirate anything. I bought your games legally, and now I’m being punished for it. I’m locked out of content I rightfully own, stuck in broken systems, ignored by support, and left with zero options. Meanwhile, pirates? They download, install, and play. No logins. No linked account errors. No waiting. If this is how EA treats paying customers, you're actively encouraging piracy — because at least that way, people can actually play the game they want. Right now, I can’t. I’d really appreciate if a community manager or someone from EA could escalate this or actually take responsibility. Recently, I've been experiencing login issues. The email associated with my account is not functional, which has prevented me from verifying my identity. I have submitted this issue many times on the chat interface of EA Help, and each time it showed as a successful submission. However, I couldn't find any records in the "My Cases" interface.

i was hacked several years ago and got my steam account stolen, while i did get my steam account back because their staff are actually useful 3 years and still not 1 response from ea, ive opened at least 90 tickets but 0 of them got an answer and yes i did try to resume the ticket but that **bleep** dont even work please someone helpI Had Playtest Dates...
I was so hyped as the new skate game had a new playtest session. I had signed up for all 3 days and I'm so excited I went back to check on my dates just to show there's nothing upcoming. then when trying to contact or connect with EA it shows me that i need to start a case or directly chat with ea and it legit brings me to a full circle while getting nothing done... Hello, I am writing this post because I still have not received the verification code for my main account in my email inbox. I had to create a new account with a different email address to be able to write this post, as my main account (LucidORG) is completely inaccessible because the verification email is not arriving in my inbox. I have checked my spam folder, blocked emails, etc., but there is nothing there. I have requested the code, but the email simply does not arrive, and I cannot use the Authentication App because it is on my old phone, which I no longer have. I have also tried to contact support, but I have not received any response from them. Could someone please help me? I would really like to be able to access my LucidORG account again. Thank you.
