Auto disconnect during FUT Champs PS5
As I'm playing the game, everything is running smoothly. No lag. No ping issues. However during yhe 70-80th minute I automatically loose connection and the match is lost. I posted a thread that got some attention but ive not heard anything for a couple of days so im reposting in the hopes that it gets more attention and we get some answers and clarity. I'm getting constant disconnections, menu loading screens during squad building/ evos/ SBCs, stupidly long wait times to access ultimate team and other areas of the game. We need answers! I know im not the only one experiencing these issues but we are being left in the dark regarding these issues. I have several videos of these issues in all areas of the game but for some reason im having trouble uploading them onto this forum so I need to contact someone at EA directly to send the proof across. We are paying people who pay a lot to play this game but for some of us it is unplayable right now due to the constant restarting of the game we have to do. Like many other people I have tried contacting Sky, done their troubleshooting steps and nothing, EA troubleshooting steps and again nothing. We as paying customers need to know what is being discussed between EA and Sky to resolve these issues. Im aware BT customers had a similar issue last year. I'm getting sick of this happening to me. There is a very simple fix, either fix the issue and listen to the abundance of feedback or introduce a 'report player/cheater' option. Why do we only have the option to report an offensive name!? I'm a 30 year fifa veteran who has been playing since 1998. I have recorded numerous videos of these cheating opponents quitting and the win not registering, please do something about this. Ok, very annoyed now. 3 games in a row I have played Gauntlet, gone 3 goals up in 15 mins, and the opponent has paused and quit out. Fair enough, it happens. But instead of the normal win, I get a pop up telling me I'm being kicked out of Ultimate team, and I get kicked out of Ultimate team. I log back in, and it's like the game never happened. No win, no loss, nothing. Not even the pop up telling me off for disconnecting This is so annoying. I only need 2 more wins to finish the objective. I've gotten 3, and I still need 2 more wins. So in that image that i sent is the information of the exact match just incase if yall want proof. I tried to claim my win but i couldnt. I had to wait for like 5 minutes bc i thought it was going to work but nothing. So i just exited out the game and restarted it. I log back in and instead of the win that i worked for lol they gave me a loss. Im so pissed bro. I have 6 wins 3losses and 6matches remaining. I couldve had 7 wins and 2 losses. So i played a champs game and i what 7-6 and then when the match was over i couldnt even exit out. I had to exit the whole game. And i log back then BOOM a phat L. When i won? EA PLEASE. Despite purchasing and owning the game, EA FC 26, I cannot play it on my Xbox One S: Everytime I try to open up online-play modes, it shows a message stating "Checking account status". Then, it tells me I need to choose a GamePass subscription in order to play. If I decline, I'm sent back to the main screen and it prevents me from playing. I have tried restarting console, logging out, and uninstalling/redownloading the game. Nothing has worked, unfortunately. During Both Online and offline games, in Clubs and just online friendlies, the game freezes for 0.5 to 15 seconds and then speeds up to catch up. Only the gameplay freezes totally, during the freeze i can access the menu and control the player (move around and request passes) but the screen is frozen. In Clubs the freeze is resolved by itself by speedup and in online friendlies pausing does the job. The issue here is disk usage which, during the freeze, spikes from minimal to 100% in the performance tab (TASK MANAGER), but in processes the disk usage is stuck at 50% and the biggest disk user is "System" with only 2mbps. The game is downloaded through steam on SSD. PC energy settings is on high performance. Sysmain is off. Game files are validated, no other big background processes except discord , steam and Nvidia. THESE FIXES worked a bit since it was 3-4 times per clubs match and now its 1-2. The graphics are Low, resolution- HD, and fps is limited to 60hz. Specs ; RTX3060 12gb , ram 32gb (Not even half is used), intel Core i7 11700k, SSD- Patriot P210 512gb (120gb is free) , CONNECTION via Ethernet so NOT A NETWORK PROBLEM. I was playin fc25 on my ps4 with zero issues, i recently switch to a gaming pc and installed fc25 and fc26 but both game are unplayable online, the game just freeze all the time during match and then speedup to try to catch up and sync with the frames i missed. It’s been about 2 weeks since the last patch update (v1.5.3) and the game is still basically unplayable in any UT online mode. Every input has a 5+ second delay, even hitting pause takes forever. This isn’t on my end. My internet is fine, my system is fine, and I’ve even dropped everything to the lowest settings just to test it. Nothing changes. I’m on PC(laptop, to be more specific) and just trying to figure out how many other people are dealing with this, and whether it’s a platform-specific issue. Because at this point, it’s ridiculous. I haven’t seen EA acknowledge this anywhere. Is it really not widespread enough to even get a response? This all started right after the last patch. How are we supposed to play a game we paid for when it’s this broken, with no fix or even any communication? Are they just unable to revert it back to pre-patch settings? Hello EA Support, I want to report a server routing issue in EA SPORTS FC 26. I should normally be playing at around 30 ms ping, but recently I am being matched at around 45 ms instead. This feels like I am being placed on a farther server instead of the nearest available one. My issue is not general internet instability. The problem seems to be incorrect server allocation/routing in FC 26. It’s been four weeks now. There are multiple threads and not the community managers at EA haven’t responded to anyone in two weeks. What is going on hereEA_EduEA_AljoEA_Abril ? You owe us all an explanation. Sky are saying this is an issue at your end. Surely, as paying customers, some of us spending 100s on this game can get an insight into your “investigation” and the conversations had with Sky?!!!! Sky has 6.5 million users, it’s the UKs second biggest company in EAs biggest market. How are you allowed to abandon your community like this? Where do we all stand legally, because your game just does not work! It’s time for some honestly, tell us what is going on and what is happening to help fix this issue. There are literally 1000s of people across multiple forum boards with the same issue. As many have said, there was a similar issue last year with BT, with EA blaming the ISP and it turned out it was an EA issue!
