Crashing to dashboard on Xbox in NHL 26
I’ve been dealing with this crash for about 4 - 5 games (NHL 22 -26). I thought it might be fixed finally this year, but no. I’ve seen other reports on this and no solutions. Every 3-5 games (playing mostly HUT) the game freezes and then boots me back to the dashboard. It’s super frustrating considering there’s challenges and rewards given based on going undefeated or wins in a row. Pretty much impossible to play or get anything done in the game. I’m on Xbox series X. I’ve done factory reset, changed my camera angle, done a power cycle… none of these have worked. I don’t know what to do at this point, feels like a waste of money buying the game at this point. [CM - Minor title edit for clarity]Camera Angle issue (UTAH Arena)
In be a pro fixed camera mode, as soon as the camera lowers towards defensive zone (the goalie zone), the camera slides back down the arena and it ends up going through the stands platform (that arena has kind of an advertising structure). I feel like the camera is not set properly to not go that further back compared to other arenas that don’t have that structure. The problem is that by the camera being too fat back and going through the stands “rendering” , the camera films behind the stands hence blocking the whole gameplay, the front of the structure is displayed in the whole screen blocking everything. Not sure if it’s clear but hope it helps
Missing Trade Quest Gretzky 94 & TOTW 91 (HUT)
So, pretty straight forward. I just completed the Trade Quest for Gretzky. Card Sent to inbox and then sent to collection. Also, reward for TOWT challenge for the 91 OVR. Sent to collection after selection and now both are missing. I restarted game, that didn't fix and then restarted my console and still didn't fix. Is anyone else seeing this issue with Trade Quest, TOTW or any other sets?Franchise Mode Bug
Hi there, trying to play offline Franchise Mode and whenever my team goes on a penalty kill the center will not go into the circle to the dot. The player stands outside the circle and i automatically lose the draw. Is there a way to fix this or submit this bug? Playing on a ps5 thanksI can’t seem to log into NHL 26 online
My PlayStation account is linked to an EA account with an email that is not mine and I cannot receive the login verification code. I’ve tried logging into my EA account to try and change the email being used for playing online. However, because I can’t access this email, I can’t access anything. It says in order for me to change the email already being used, it would send me a verification code to this email even though I can’t access it. I’ve tried everything it’s suggested, including steps from ChatGPT and YouTube. If anyone else has ran into this problem and has an idea on how I can fix this, that’d be great. So i had my first franchise with the flames and it had one back up, as you can see in the first picture then i made a second franchise with a create team the Halifax Pirates as you can see in the second picture and as you can see in the second picture my Halifax team has the original but has 3 back ups and deleted my other franchise with the flames, it only allows me to have 4 saved at once and only with one franchise at a time. The more i go into my season it keep going back ups and deleting my other ones. This doesn't see right, for one you should need backups and you should be able to save more the 4 of anything at once.Club Name
Hello, I have recently found out that my club name was deemed offensive by other players but when I went to a live chat they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I feel bad that people found it offensive and I was wondering if there’s anyway for me to change it to something else. I know you can delete and make a new club but I’ve worked so hard for all the stuff we have please let me know if anything can be done so everyone can be happy.No NHL/AHL colors at season mode
As the title says. Season mode does not show NHL or AHL teams colors at editing section. I have 3 different season modes going on (Finnish Liiga, Czech Extraliga and Sweden SHL) and neither of these has not NHL or AHL colors to choose when i want to customize goalie equipments to what they are at irl. The color picker is not good enough cause getting some colors is impossible with color picker and i use mostly all the time colors from NHL teams or AHL teams when trying to get good look for goalies all around different leagues. This happens also at different game modes sometimes but will come back but at season mode after restart or totally new season is not helping at all. You cannot use those colors at all wich is big thing when trying to get good irl look for goalies. Can you please fix this?Overtime setting not available in Be A Pro
Basically, in the regular season of my Be A Pro mode, it goes right to a shootout in the case of a tie. Every single time it skips over OT. I am on the top 3 on 3 line but it only ever works in the post season. is there a fix for this? I really want to enjoy this game to the fullest
Player Names & Numbers Disappearing Games Platform: Xbox Series X|S
Description of the Problem After creating a player or editing an existing one, the nameplate and jersey number disappear after playing 1–2 games. The player becomes completely blank on the back of the jersey, even though the customization settings still show the correct name and number. This happens consistently and seems to reset only the visual part, not the actual settings. Steps to Reproduce Create or edit a player. Set a custom name and jersey number. Play 1–2 games. Return to the customization screen or next game. Notice the name and number no longer appear on the jersey. Expected Result The player’s name and number should remain visible on the jersey for all games unless manually changed. Actual Result Nameplate and number disappear after 1–2 games, requiring re‑editing or restarting the game. Additional Notes Happens to multiple players on my team. Restarting the game does not permanently fix it. Seems to occur after loading into certain modes or after matchmaking. This issue affects team identity and immersion, especially in EASHL. Request Please investigate and patch this issue. It’s affecting a large portion of the community and makes team customization pointless when it resets every couple of games. If anyone else is experiencing this, please reply so EA can see how widespread it is.Game crashes every time I play it
I stream my gameplay every night. Every time I play nhl 26. I cant even finish 1 period of online play before the game crashes. I tried every fix possible. Clear every catche, lowering my fps. So I have been having this problem where every 2-3 games in any on line mode (I mostly play World of Chel) I get kicked from the game for no reason due to “lost connection”. The issue is, I know it isn’t my WiFi because no other games have this issue. What can I do to stop getting randomly disconnectedStore and missing stuff
List is so huge that cannot keep up that what is missing from the WoC store. Goalie and player equipments and jerseys from many team at least and this has been since release and many of us would like to get what they want. I am a collector of everything wich comes to equipments and jerseys and kinda feel bad that there is so long list of missing stuff that i cannot keep up anymore. I'm on the first powerplay unit on my team in be a pro and for some reasons the coach puts me on the bench for f*** three minutes of 5-on-3 with full energy. I'm 98 overall and lead the league in points. And every time I jump into a game mid way through, and we have powerplay, I always start on the bench. What's the point of grinding for staying in powerplay 1 if I don't even get to play pp.😡🤦 Let me guess, nobody will reply or do anything about this like always... This support is A JOKE.Broken HUT
Hi. I have a big problem with HUT gamemode. I dont know why is this happening either the game is completely corrupt ( more forgiving towards players which are investing money into the game ) or somenthing is wrong with the game code. I’ve played multiple nhl’s not every one on my console but on my uncles and the game seemed balanced and overall enjoyable ( nhl 25 included ) . But this years game is absolutely awful and absurd. I keep loosing no matter how good or bad I play ( photos of game stats bellow ). Glitch goals , toxicity of other players , bugs - every one of these problems are pushing me towards uninstalling the game. I know not every problem of this game is your fault but please fix your game 🙏🏻. Another thing. My uncle ( which I mentioned earlier) stopped playing the game this year because the game is completely unplayable and un-enjoyable ( he has been playing this game for 20 years so it’s probably your fault ) . Another thing is the store in HUT. It’s totally a scam , the packs are just overpriced and you can’t get an equally good player as the price of the pack. Please fix this scoring ploblem because as I mentioned earlier I can’t win a game even when I outshoot my opponent ( not just outshoot but have every stat better than him). And when I am the worse player it seems that the luck can’t be on my side. Please , please fix this because if you don’t I will be forced to uninstall this game and won’t buy it next year.
