Everytime I try to start a new Franchise mode career and press “start career” it shows “”Save Warning”in big then below says “failed to retrieve data; please try again later” this has been happening for id say 2-3 weeks now if I press continue and start a career it just won’t save anything it’s a bit annoying as I play Franchise mode the most and can’t play it at all now as nothing saves. Bugged EASHL team customization
I customize my EASHL team jerseys fairly often, and I've never had this glitch happen before. I keep getting an error code (Error Code: DFEFBD06AB1C0954-0000000000009999-43CAF82FB583FDFB) whenever I try to save any changes. I have seen this has been an issue previously, I am curious if there are any work arounds, or plans to fix this. Wow. Just wow. I have just tried to trade in my OVI 85 Captain and three other 83 OVR players for a McDavid 86 Captain. It all went through. Then I tried to find the McDavid card only for it to vanish once I claimed it and then when I tried to insert the card in my team it didn’t show. But worse is that the cards I traded all appeared back… Gradually. And then my HUT all went crazy and I restarted my PS5 only for all the traded cards to magically reappear in my team and then I found I could do the trade for McDavid AT ALL for the same cards that I traded for at the start. Do you have issue where in the 6v6(club games.)They show both teams noticeable players. And the x-factor shown there arent right ones. Second time I’ve gone an undefeated season, made it to the finals and received an error message prior to the game starting or even seeing players on the ice that I’ve gotten an error message, forced to quit the game. Internet connectIon has been fine both times. Sadly I don’t have them on video as first time was a surprise and second time now I had forgotten about the first time. I assure you I have no reason to make this up. Why is a loss just given to you in a matchup against the computer of an error occurs before the puck is even dropped? Please fix this error or don’t base a reward pack on an undefeated season. Always in the finals too. It absolutely crushes the time I invested and you can’t even send an error message. Leading my Cup Chase game at the 2nd intermission and it will not progress to the 3rd period. It sat just showing the goalie on the ice for 20 minutes. I had to force quit the game in order to exit the game. I tried pausing the game, going i to instant replay, changing strategies, quick swap goalie, nothing could force it to move.into the 3rd period. Now I will be taking a loss on this and missing out on my undefeated Cup Chase objectives. I’ve been dealing with this crash for about 4 - 5 games (NHL 22 -26). I thought it might be fixed finally this year, but no. I’ve seen other reports on this and no solutions. Every 3-5 games (playing mostly HUT) the game freezes and then boots me back to the dashboard. It’s super frustrating considering there’s challenges and rewards given based on going undefeated or wins in a row. Pretty much impossible to play or get anything done in the game. I’m on Xbox series X. I’ve done factory reset, changed my camera angle, done a power cycle… none of these have worked. I was able to transfer my WOC team name over when I first clicked create a team. I’m only have 1 other teammate. A few minutes after creating the team, I decided I wanted my partner to be club creator this year. So I deleted the team… just to find out he can’t make it online yet and just wants the team made he doesn’t care. So now when I go to remake the team, I get a message “This name is reserved by a club in the previous title, please use a different name.” Will my partner be able to transfer the club over of he tries to create the team? They were a GM only. If the answer is no, how can we obtain our team name still? That name will not only be locked for us, but for all players forever.
