moments not saving - failed
these are already toxic and not fun, I cant even do most of them but when I finish some they wont save. says failed spent another 7 hours today and did 3 goals with marshenko twice and it didn't save. my finger and hand hurts really bad and its making me sick.. this has been going on all year. I want compensation. I want my prizes that are lost. I want ea to put a disclaimer up that moments are not for all of the player base and can cause injury or harm to your hands , ligaments and muscles.. I paid over 100 dollars to have fun with a video game, instead I'm mentally and physically not well
No Custom Rosters in BAP?
I have started 5 different BAP careers so far and as soon as I get drafted, I see that the game is using the default rosters from launch. Any updated rosters or custom rosters don't load so Marner is still in Toronto, not Vegas and K'Andre Miller is still on the Rangers not Carolina. Another community manager said that you can only use custom rosters if you create a career and go straight to the NHL because the game won't load custom rosters for the U20 Worlds. What? Why? How does using custom rosters in an offline BAP mode matter? I am happy wiht the changes to bAP mode, it is what made me give this year a shot after skipping NHL 25 becasue BAP was untouched since 2023. So the revamped BAP had me excited to get back in, but this one flaw totally ruins any kind of immersion. I get that if you play season to season, the game may trade players to different teams that don't match real world trades, but guys what is this? the NHL Multiverse? This has to be an oversight and surely it could be fixed easily. this wouldn't call for a major code refactoring or rebuild of the BAP (if it does...good lord what are you guys doing over there?) give this a fix! please!DDoS Attacks while on Servers?
I've experienced multiple games in HUT and EASHL where even on servers a DDoS is still definitely possible and it's frustrating. It's the same gamertags and obvious within my log on my router adding up exactly with the timeline of the gameplay. I would like somewhere to send the proof of this over to EA and also very confused how that's even possible on these servers. I am on the West Coast server if that helps. Thank you in advance.NHL 26
This is the same game as NHL 24 & 25. In CHEl the AI defencemen just let players skate around the outside without issue, this has been the same since 24. The goalies are exactly the same with a couple new save animations. They can be beat the same way over and over. I feel ripped off buying 26. It’s a copy paste of 25 which is a copy paste of 24. So disappointed with what this franchise has become. Maybe you need 2K again for some competition.
My player ranking leaderboard and stats innWorld of Chel still don’t work

I can see the rank of my Club, and I can see top ranked players, but none of my global stats. I wanna know where I am ranked. This bug doesn’t affect everyone to my knowledge, as a reddit user sent me a pic of his global stats showingHUT Champions wins not counting
Just now I played a bit of HUT Champions and managed to get myself two wins. However, neither one of these wins appear on my record but I still lost games from my "games available" counter, meaning the games did count in some manner. This is an inconvenience because I would currently be at 8 wins instead of 6, so one off getting a HUT Champions player item, but instead I am still three wins away as the games did not count. I do not want to play more until this is fixed since I do not want to waste my time playing games that do not count.
Infinite Drop In Lobbies
Not sure how it happens, but there are instances where, the party is allocated members even when not searching for players. This needs to be fixed, since it slows down drop in play, since players will be automatically assigned to a party, which has this lobby bug. I do not know how the problem is created, but causes a block in the queue system for players of drop in.
BaP - Agent conversation crashes game
The agent conversation following the game that completes "Endorsement: Jewelry Company - Part 2" crashes the game to the dashboard when selecting a response. I have tried everything, including re-installing the game. It's literally impossible to work around as it's an unavoidable action that has to be completed. This is a game-breaking glitch which is impossible to get past. Genuinely, how does this happen? I'm quite enjoying Be a Pro but this makes it impossible to play?New Be A Pro is unplayable
As a big be a pro fan, this years so called "update" has been a huge dissapointment. There are multiple issues that ruin the gamemode and make it feel like grinding. 1 . The New form score system is absolutely ridicilous. It seems like the form score only bases on your point production and I have to keep it up ALL THE TIME, so I wouldn't get down in lines. One challenge asked me to keep up 85 form score in next 8 games and I literally have to score 2 points every game to make that happen. And when the 8 games are over, the coach just gives me another, exactly identical challenge. It just feels like grinding and the game isn't fun. Also it's very unrealistic to expect a rookie to score even a point per game and I would habe to score almost two per game to keep myself in the roster. 2 . We cannot use custom rosters in be a pro. So, there is only one default ea roster they use for be a pro and it's absolutely outdated and some of the players ratings are very inaccurate, so it eould be nice to use your custom roster. Also this deafult roster doesn't have many elite prospects like Gavin McKenna and because we can't use our custom rosters, NHL draft class quality is weaker. 3 . Character's overall drops significantly during offseason and I lost my X-Factor I finished my season at 86 overall and during offseason, my overall dropped to 79. Because of this I lost my tape to tape X-Factor, because I have to have atleast 93 passing and 89 offensive awareness and when these ratings dropped during offseason, I cannot use the X-Factor until I get my attributes back to that level. I also can't even use specialist or superstar version of the X-Factor during that time. 4 . Salary perks system is bad. Every month the salary perks reset and the attributes go down if you don't renew them. It would be better if your attributes would actually stay up permanently. 5 . Every time I enter the Be A Pro menu, there's a very annoying sound coming from form score meter. It is possible to tirn it off in the settings by putting SFX volume to zero, but it also affects gameplay sounds and I don't hear skates and passing sounds anymore and it's frustrating to go back to the settings after every single game. This new be a pro does have ome good additions like the new cutscenes and tunnel walkouts and even new menu music but these bad things ruin the game mode completely and destroy my motivation.Dynasty mode freez
Hi there, as I´m playing NHL 26 dynasty mode, new NHL team and AHL team etc.. its start to freez always at 22.November 2026 (in game calendar), after the game with Montreal no matter what is always freezing and its no possible to go any further. Next game is vs LA Kings by the way, but its no possible to play. Is there any help, patch or something? Thank you Radek Vondracek, Czech rep.
