No access to the salary perks or to calendar in be a pro
There is no menu option to access salary perks in be a pro. That menu randomly popped up once but not able to access it again as it’s not under any other tab in the be a pro home screen. Also, there seem to be another bug where we can no longer access the calendar in be a pro to see when are the upcoming games especially with the new energy feature that needs to be managed but only gets replenished once every week lCustom Roster Download Broken on PS5
EA_Aljo I am completely unable to get NHL 26 custom rosters to work on PS5 if they involve a lot of players. I downloaded 3 rosters, one that adds one player, and two that add quite a few. Only the one that adds one player works; the other two show that there are "no created players" in the creation zone. I have tried every method I can to get these rosters to work, but they refuse to. My only guess other than it just being completely broken is that I am using the 10 hour EA Play trial before the launch next week, and maybe the rosters were made by people who bought the deluxe edition. Either way, this is incredibly frustrating.
Game Still Crashing
Alright at this point I have tried absolutely everything to fix NHL26 from crashing besides buying a new console. I have two Xbox series X’s due to traveling from different states and had this issue constantly on my original Xbox series X. Every game I play besides NHL runs flawlessly and I cannot say the last time it crashed. From playing hours of MLB I believe I have never once crashed mid game. I ended up buying a new Xbox for my alternate location so I wouldn’t have to pack my Xbox whenever I traveled and it is about 4 months old now and am still having the crashing issue on this game. Tonight I tried to play hut and 2/3 games have crashed. One being in the third period and the other one was 2 minutes into the first period. I have gotten my Xbox’s professionally cleaned, purchased an expansion card, upgraded internet, spent hours on threads and many videos on how to fix this issue, and truly seems there is absolutely no fix. I will not purchase another new console as my other one that is only 4 months old has this problem as well. What I have gathered it is something with an Xbox series X and every other console does not have this issue. Ea has no fix or solution to this so I would advise if you only play NHL do not purchase an Xbox series X as this game is literally unplayable on it. Doesn’t matter what mode you play. Doesn’t matter what you do to try and fix it. It will crash non stop. It is so frustrating as truly any other game you play will run with no issues at all. Just don’t waste your time or money trying to fix it. Nothing will work. This issue has been going on for a few NHL year cycles and still no fix.Gameplay sliders not saving/loading in game
Hi, This is unfortunately a classic bug in the game but the games gameplay sliders presets (customizing the gameplay, skating etc) do not save when you click on play next game (in be a pro). It gives you the 3 options of game length but it was previously fixed in the past year by adding custom to then be able to load your custom gameplay sliders. The only way to have the gameplay sliders loaded into the game is to simply the game and Jump in mid game. Now I have to redo all the settings before eveygrame… Can we please have this fixed asap as it’s a real pain in the **bleep**!Eashl Club Ping
Playing in Alberta and usually connect to the northwest servers for our 6v6 club games. Normally I'd get 28ms ping, however over the past 3 nights that server has given me 70+ ms ping, and two other Alberta players are having the same issue. I know it's our server because the BC guys and California guys report the usual ping for themselves. Did something happen network wise that is forcing Alberta players to route differently now?Please fix
Issue #1: Franchise Mode Bug When I play Franchise Mode, the game consistently crashes after three games. I’m using Toronto, and the issue always occurs during the second game of a back-to-back against Detroit (the grudge match). The game freezes completely—you can’t do anything and are forced to close it. When you reload the save, the same crash happens again, making the file unusable. This bug repeats every time I start a new file, making Franchise Mode unplayable. Issue #2: Be a Pro – Stamina System I really appreciate the direction you’re taking with Be a Pro—it’s clear you’re trying to add realism by making players feel fatigued during tight games. However, the current stamina system makes the mode nearly impossible to enjoy. The weekly energy refill of just 5 points isn’t nearly enough. I’ve played 20 games, and in 11 of them, my player had completely empty stamina. When stamina is gone, the player moves so slowly that you can’t do anything. You get knocked around like a ragdoll, and all the fun is stripped away. As someone who only plays offline, I currently can’t enjoy either Be a Pro or Franchise Mode. I’m honestly starting to regret paying extra for early access. Please fix these issues so I can actually play the game
Be A Pro: X-Factors
Hey I noticed while playing the new "Be A Pro" in NHL 26 that there is huge disparity between the different player types, not just in the amount in quality and even themeing. For instance Two-Way Forwards don't get the big defensive X-Factors, such as "Quick Pick" or even "Stick Em' Up". When any forward role is compared to sniper it's clear that it was the favorite, Power Forwards don't get truculence but Sniper does? What is the cherry on top of the thoughtless distrubution is that a Two-Way Defensemen gets access to Magnetic... a X-Factor that's not even supposed to be in the game. Please address this issue with the X-Factors in Be A Pro, I'd love to be able to play different player types the way I actually want to play them, I don't understand why not just unlock all X-Factors for all player types, I mean even in EASHL anyone can use anything they want barring any season pass restrictions. Seriously take a look at the X-Factors across all player types, this feels crazy unfinished.How to remove the (in game) light shaded grey voice chat box in EASHL club?
During EASHL games me and friends/teammates have found out on the right hand side during game play is a light shaded grey voice chat box showing everyone on your team and when speaking. It’s very frustrating and annoying as we all agree there is no way we can take it off during game play as it gets in the way of the visual aspect part of the game. Like when the puck goes over to that side of the screen and players you can’t tell where the puck is, or when players skating down on that side of the screen. As when you are playing also it just pops up constantly in the corner of your eye and makes you look and is distracting. I can’t recall the number of times already we have let in goals because of this. If there’s a way I’m missing to turn off this feature off that would be amazing or maybe fix it in a patch update as quick as possible would be greatly appreciated also. Seems pretty obvious there's a problem with roster navigation. Scrolling through players results in a slight lag between loading player pictures and quick-look stats at the top of the screen. I've noticed this issue for the third year in a row on Xbox, others online have complained about this issue on Playstation as well. I've cleared memory cache and checked my internet and those don't seem to be the problem, have to assume it's a technical issue with the game. Happens in all roster screens no matter what mode, most notably in the edit roster screen from the main menu and in Franchise Mode. Makes changing lines and looking through players a slog. Again, I've done all the checks to ensure that this is not an issue with my console or my internet (I've had 2 different services in the last 3 years) and other EA Sports games do not have this issue including CFB 25/26 which hosts many more players.Most Interesting Person Alive trophy unattainable
The trophy for “Most Interesting Person Alive” is not unlocking on Playstation. It currently sits at 0.0% of players earned. Xbox players seem to have no problem unlocking it. I’ve had both my Be a Pro and World of Chel player highlighted in an offplay highlight package in quite a few games. Since the first day of early access, up untill today AFTER the update. It’s clearly glitched. Will it be fixed at any point?Poke checks seem bugged, if they aren't, they might need a rework or a tutorial
There are significant moments in EASHL, even with a 6'2 DD, mid-high 90s Stick checking, high strength, elite stick em up or elite NC, I'm seeing poke checks as basically a useless strategy as a D main in a D1 club who regularly reaches Elite (I've tested on a bunch of builds as well). I loved D in the last game except in the case of L2 spam, well L2 spam is almost gone so kudos, but you've demolished the rest of the smart positional D archetype so now I've just been cycling to FWD throughout sessions as to not lose my mind. A detailed list of poke issues: The punishment for poking is way too severe, even if I do get extremely get lucky and a poke works, my guy is so broken after that the 5000 fwds with wheels will just get the puck back anyway, so it's a useless strategy for D in most cases. Stick lifting falls into this category, it can trigger but the FWD kits are too good to make it viable due to the punishment you get for executing the lift. Without stick em up, even with high stats on a good d build, throwing a poke out looks like I'm under pressure, the animation is so goddamn slow that anyone with any semblance of reflexes can EASY work around it. If me and the FWD are face to face in medium range, I can poke the puck and have many moments of collision and actually hear the stick check sound repeating over and over again, and no animation cue is happening showing they are losing the puck, they never actually lose the puck in the end. If the FWD is breaking past me and I successfully poke and the blade of my stick makes collision with the blade/puck, same thing, tons of sound cues and no animation cues that a poke has taken place, the FWD will never lose the puck no matter how much audio indicates a poke should have happened. These issues frequently result in goals and really makes playing D suck. Poking successfully when face to face sometimes just pops the puck up in the like half a foot off the ice and the FWD will ALWAYS get it back, even if I have elite NC. When poking when off foot, speed bursting or turning, my guy will just fall over sometimes, this is just another thing making pressing the poke check button, a staple in NHL D play just a really sketchy feeling strategy. I've made an effort to smoothen my inputs compared to last game but it makes no difference in the end because of all the other issues affecting the pokes, it's not worth it. Sometimes you can get a perfect poke and your stick basically collides with the blade & puck of the FWD and your stick stops dead in it's tracks, like there's a force field around their stick. When I play fwd and I'm face to face with a D i can just casually go left, right, left, right on the right stick and I can literally see them freaking out poking and colliding with my stick and absolutely nothing happens. Poke checks seem to be easier to execute in the neutral zone for FWDs on other FWDs, I think it's just because wheels might not have proc'd yet, or they haven't chosen a side to stick handle on, but as soon as a FWD doesn't want to be poked, he can't be no matter what. As a result of this I've changed my D builds to be a lot like a power fwd and I go on rushes, we play 6s like 3s and it's terrible hockey. I use NC and truck, I've never been a truck player, I've always been the best on my team at pokes and clean Lidstrom style d play using pokes and position and now it seems impossible. The only viable strategy is really lame big hits out of position high risk trash, or I just switch to FWD, which is crazy based on long I've been playing only D. If I'm missing something, please enlighten me. I've tested so many different things with it and it's not usable in game against a bunch of players with Wheels, Warrior, Big Rig, etc. I'm not sure if they are bugged or wrongly tuned or just fundamentally implemented to be a different game mechanic than all other NHL games, but maybe you should tell people wtf is going on. In conclusion, an entire beloved archetype of hockey, the smart positional D man has been kitted out of the game.Constant hut crashing
Fix this game already!!!! Same garbage bs as last year with the exact same answer. Can hardly play hut cuz it crashes every 1-3 games or sometimes first game of day. If this isn’t going to be resolved I want a refund cuz it’s unreal this is still an ongoing issue. I have tried everything suggested multiple times don’t make a difference.
