Accessing EA account with an email that no longer exists.
If anyone has had a similar issue I would greatly appreciate any advice. I have the email AND password to my old EA account that I opened over 5 years ago. The only thing stopping me is the email verification code. I've talked to 5 different EA advisors and they take me through the same script, asking information questions that I somehow fail every time. On top of the email and password (which should be enough) Ive provided the xbox account that was linked to the EA account, My address, Invoices of a purchase I made on the account back in 2022, Gameplay clips and screenshots of me playing on the account, Ive answered every question truthfully and yet I still fail the verification, its clearly my old account. the information Ive given should be more than enough. The only reasons I can think of as to why im failing these verification questions is that my IP has certainly changed between now and when I made the account 5 years ago, if theyre looking for the IP I had when i made the account, then thats ridiculous, how do you expect me to know that, or I signed up with a fake DOB when I made the account in 2021, which is possible, but again, it was 5 years ago, I have no clue, and they wont tell me what isnt matching up. Has anyone been in a similair situation and managed to get their account back? again I literally have the login details, its just the verification code thats stopping me, it shouldnt be this hard. P.S Ive contacted the email provider, asking if they can redirect the emails to another address, but they cant, and I cant open up a new case, because now it says that the issue "isnt supported by advisors."Solved20Views0likes1CommentPlaying again after a few years; All cosmetics and progression is missing.
Hi so recently redownloaded the game after a ban was appealed (after 4 years of trying) and to find my account is at lvl 1, with none of my cosmetics I had previously purchased or even my stat trackers. (Those were most important as they had silly season 1 items you can't get anymore.) Is there any way to get all my items back or am I just boned cause the account got hacked and banned years back. My account was hacked and tampered with by another person, which resulted in a permanent ban. I have evidence proving that the account was compromised. I have filed a complaint, contacted customer support, sent emails, and also submitted an appeal, but I have not received any response. Even though the ban has been lifted on Steam and progress has been made, I haven't received an email when I appeal, and I can't play the game. I have not made any hate speech, and I think that can be seen from the archives of past streams. I have also appealed, but I would like you to prove my innocence here. The English translation in the PDF is a Chinese translation of Japanese with typos and misspellings, so I think it is full of mistakes. Therefore, I think it is wrong to call it hate speech. I started playing Apex in 2021. During this time, many people have used cheats and converters, but I have never used them. Previously, I saw Hal using a Chinese-made controller called mojiang Xunlong2, so I bought one too. However, the buttons on this controller broke, and there were also problems with the IP address. I suspect these issues led to my account being banned, but my two appeals were unsuccessful. I have spent thousands of hours on this account, with a KD of only 1.5, and have also spent a few hundred dollars. I cant get into my EA account
To login to my account, it sends a verification code to a partially censored email I have never seen before, its definitely not mine and theres no option to change it. Is there any way to make it send it to my real email? Even if i were to try and just claim the email they mention, its partially censored so I cant. I am thinking about a question: does the anti-cheat system detect and ban immediately on the spot, or does it first observe when a cheat is detected and then ban after some time? If it’s the latter, the observation period could span several hours or even days. This makes it difficult for some players who are wrongly banned to understand the timing of their ban, and therefore to realize the real reason for being banned. But perhaps EA never intended to actually tell us. So I seek your help here: could players and community managers provide a simple explanation? I was banned today on apex for "gameplay enhancements" which is completely false.. I just redownloaded the game after not playing for years just to play with some of my friends. I even have clips of me playing with my friends with zero problems whatsoever.. I played this game when it first came out and spent a lot of money on this game too. Hey, I was playing Bot Royale for couple hours, doing hard weapon mastery challenges, and after last game I get message in game "Your client is banned". Checked my account and see that I received permanent ban. Reason is "Gameplay enhancement" "This means using unauthorized methods to enhance in-game performance by removing gameplay constraints or improving in-game abilities (e.g. weapon, movement, or item enhancements)." Is that for weapon mastery or something else? I wasn't cheating or using any program, aim assist or macros. Playing in open for anyone game mode. Wasn't killing other players or something, just killing ai bots. There is one more suspicion, but I'm not sure. I played on new mouse Logitech G PRO X2 Superstrike, but I don't think that this can be the reason. Who knows.. I have huge collection of skins and etc in game, there is no reason or logic for me to cheat. Feels like automatic ban and not manual one. My Apex Legends account has been banned. The reason given was attacking the game servers and cheating, but I did not attack the servers. Back like 3 years ago I would play apex on my ps4, but when I started playing on pc like 2ish years ago my data would not sync, no prompt or anything (and yes it's all linked, idk if it was caused by unllinking an relinking trying to fix it), today I tried again and even the ps4 now has my level 5 steam account (i was at least lvl 80+ had pathfinder heirloom and had spent money on skins). Fake / Ghost characters teams sky diving
Hello, I would like to rise a concern over this issue that hasn't been fixed yet. I started in Season 9 and has been present since then, probably since the beginning of the game. I play on PlayStation 4 Pro. Maybe it's only present on the PS4 version of your build. From thr drop ship and while skydiving I've had confusion on who I was dropping against, because there are fake / ghost skydiving characters trails dropping that you realize are fake as they disappear through the ground. Could you please look into it? It really throws you off. At a moment, EA need to have Email Verification to login my account. But I'm using QQmail which makes all users that not from chinese couldn't used it anymore. So that I lost my 1288.7 hours played account. I have tried sending my question to EA help but they need so much info like Purchase History, card number...... something like that and I don't know some of this.
