ERROR CRASH CE-34878 ps4 Apex Legends HELP
I been having problems with Apex Legends on my ps4 console, it started yesterday and I wouldnhave thought maybe today I can play it but it keeps crashing. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I have updated the system software on my console and nothing yet. When I open the application for apex it loads a bit and crashes again. Hello, I had a long break from Apex Legends, but I returned to the game last week. During once of the game evenings I was in a matchmaking lobby, I opened my 40 Apex Packs. Unfortunately, the match started during the very first stage of the opening animation. After the match, to my surprise, I did not receive any notification about new items, even though this is what should normally happen(found information on the forum). I checked all weapon and legend skins, and it seems I did not receive any rewards from those 40 packs. Later, I received one Apex Pack as a reward from another match, and that one opened normally. After the full animation, I received the notification dots and the expected items, so the issue seems to affect only the 40 packs opened during the lobby previously. EA ACCOUNT BANNED / Outsourced Chat advisors lied and are very rude
Hello, I tried logging in to apex today and it says I am locked out after trying to log in, I have checked my penalty history and there is nothing about a current ban or violation. I had a previous ban on April 22nd where my appeals were denied automatically but I was told my an Agent that if I appealed a few months later I would have a better chance in getting my account back. I have said this a lot but I was not cheating or using any kind of software I simply got into the same lobby as a group of friends and we kept killing each other the only reason I got banned was cause I used a sniper and kept getting headshots while my friends did not so the system flagged me, I beg an actual person looks into my gameplay to see. I have lost so much time and money for this account. Today I had 2 chat advisors end the chat as soon as i asked why an agent told me I can appeal 2 months ago after my 10 appeals, I asked to speak with a manager and the same thing. I know for a fact that my Ban was false because my group of friends that did the same thing are not banned, your AI cheat detection falsely detected me so how is this fair? Please Apex, for the love of God fix this darn issue. I've read that so many people have the same issue and it's just reocurring in my game from time to time which makes it so much more annoying. I've been playing for quite some time now, had so many issues with the game in the past few months it's just not enjoyable. Pls fix your anticheat, cause there is no definite solution from the consumer side as of my understanding. I looked up so many things, tried them all and yet it may work for a short time or not even that and again that untrusted file comes up and I can not even get into the game. I really do not understand what it is with amd software, their overlay system and your anticheat, but there has to be some kind of solution. As soon as I have the slightest fun in that game it all just stops working.Solved
