Assigned Server issues
Hello Everyone, How are you? I hope I find someone who knows anything about this issue that I've been facing for past 2 years now, Since I stopped playing apex regularly. I live in Ct and my closest server is New york, I have zero idea what changed, but I stopped getting connected to new york server, which increased my ping from 20-25 to straight in 60s now, I tried to look for a solution back then but was in vain, so I stopped playing. But I want to get back into it and concerned that I am going to get into same issue again. Now that they don't allow to get connected to certain servers instead Regions, it will be worse for me. I did play a few games, but i am still getting 60-70 ping and it leaves me at disadvantage. So, if anybody knows anything about this or has faced similar issue and found a solution to it, please help me out. Thanks, and Happy holidays.CANT PLAY APEX

See ae.com/unable-to-connect for more information¨ I have ben having this problem from 22:00 to right now i cant connect (cant go in to the Apex menu to play, and my friends have had the same problem and none of us knows how to fix it and it really annoying that im not able to play after a long day. I think it might have something to do with steam going down today but i don´t know (i play on steam) Check the pitcure that i added to this message.
Apex Sever forcing players to abandon games
We all are aware of the bug where we couldn't get in the game due to the anti cheat error code on 12/24/25. I had that issue for several hours and once I was finally able to play I go into a ranked game and played 3-4 games. on the last game however I was given that error (anti cheat something) and was kicked from the game, and given an abandon penalty (loss of RP and Timer). I dont much are about the RP since im just gonna gain it back. But I would like any time that racks up due to this bug to not effect me later... I know the 10min compounds and after a while I get banned for much longer. I don't typically leave games so I would like to keep the timer as low as possible.Apex false ban
Would anyone be able to help me? I've just been banned on my pc apex account for "enhancing gameplay" even though i've never use any form of game enchantments. I've sent in an appeal but without any proof because i don't really know what evidence to use. Steam has been bugging out all day today and i tried to hop on apex earlier but it had an option to remote play and cast to my pc even though i only use one pc? I don't really know what to do so if anyone can give me tip, it would be most appreciated.5 shields
I started playing apex and I can't complete the welcome challenges cause I ended up getting to the skirmisher challenges and it wants me to break 5 opponents shields ok but even if I am away from the bots to make sure it's me that does it it still just doesn't work so I need to know is there a fix for this
Unlinking account issues
I've recently accidently linked my xbox account o a new steam profile(and my discord) unaware that progress is kept to the ea account and that there's a 6 month cooldown. anyone have any advice for getting in contact with ea support? I've tried contacting them on this account and the one I want to reconnect my xbox to but im not even getting the "help received" emails and it's been 2 weeks anyone have any advice for reaching ea support or know someone on the forums I can talk to in order to get help?EA support I am disgusted
I buy apex coins and they dont come into my account I look at the help page and it says wait a day or so so I wait 2 then i make a support ticket and im told to get a refund from xbox i tell them i dont want a refund and they said they cant do anything so i got to xbox support for a refund they say no as its an ingame currency they cant refund me and if i have not recived it to go talk to ea support so i go back on the ea help page make a case and the "chat to advisor" button Is disabled i then asked a friend of mine to check if its disabled for him and its not so wanna explain ea 87.99 down the drain I just want my apex coins like holy I showed them the proof of purchase needed like bruhApex freezing my whole laptop
Hello im having an issue where when im launching apex from steam after like 2-3 minutes in the game my entire pc freeze completely. i cant even alt tab or do anything even the mouse cursor don't move the only way to get out is to shutdown the PC with the on/off button. i try to re install the game, update the drivers, lower fps but nothing work it keep freezing every time im in the lobby. Can anyone help me please i never had this kind of problem before.
FPS drop when facing the map interior (even if only a wall is visible)
I’m experiencing a strange FPS drop in Apex Legends. When I stand near the edge of the map and face toward the inside of the map, my FPS drops significantly — even if the screen only shows a wall (from 200 down to around 100). However, when I face toward the outside of the map (toward the sky or ocean), the FPS stays high and stable, even with a wall in front of me. It feels like the game is still rendering the entire interior of the map behind the wall. In other words, it seems that occlusion culling (skipping hidden objects) or frustum culling (not rendering outside the camera view) isn’t working correctly. What’s even more confusing is that my GPU usage stays around 30–40% and my CPU around 50%, so both still have plenty of headroom — yet the FPS suddenly drops. This doesn’t look like a hardware bottleneck, but rather an issue with how the rendering load or draw calls are being managed. In older gameplay clips when I used to play with the FPS capped at 144, it was completely stable and never dropped below that. Something may have changed in the game or driver settings since then, causing this different behavior. For reference, all in-game graphics settings are set to “Low.” My NVIDIA Control Panel is also fully optimized for performance (Power management mode: Prefer maximum performance, Low latency mode: On, Shader cache: 10 GB, etc.). System: RTX 3070 / i7-11700 / 240Hz monitor / G-SYNC On / FPS cap 200 Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Or is there any known way to limit draw distance behind walls or force proper occlusion culling in this game?
Huge fps drops
So I wasnt playing apex for like a year and before everything was smooth, im playing on lowest graphs because i like it that way and i was getting consistent 180 frames, but yesterday i downloaded it again and despite still getting the same 180 frames on same settings sometimes like 7-9 times per game my fps drops to like 10-18 and stays that way for a good couple of seconds very laggy, thats never happened to me, I've tried downloading DDU and reinstalling my drivers and changing settings and it didnt work for me. Im on 32gb ram ryzen 7 5800x and gtx 1070, could someone please help me figure it out so i can play the game please?
