Error code: "SH-GRX.GNUT#1633[UI] The index "11044" does not exist"
Ive been having this error code both on my Xbox and my PC since Ive gotten back into the game recently. Every time it happens I'm opening a pack or using the store, and I have tried all i could think of since i've moved to PC to fix. Ive repaired it, uninstalled reinstalled, changed servers, done all the other tips i've seen online and nothing does anything. the only other solution Ive seen is i need to get in contact with EA so they can fix it and i don't see any other solutions. is there something ea can do on their end?Ash mythic Skin not unlocking after all 24 event items are purchased/unlocked
Is anyone else having an issue with the Ash mythic skin not unlocking after you purchase and unlock all 24 Power Trip event items? EA help chat said that they were escalating this issue but no way for me to know anything else. They just told me "If this is a known or emerging issue, updates will appear in game". Seems pretty open ended and lots of money potentially wasted.Are you people completely incompetent?!
Your absolute garbage servers die EVERY SINGLE DAY! I sweat blood and tears grinding my way up to Platinum 1. My friends and I queued up for one last game. I load in, and BAM — 'server error', and I'm kicked to the main menu! I desperately try to reconnect, it gives me ANOTHER ERROR, and throws me straight back to the lobby! And what is the result of your broken infrastructure?! MINUS 100 PTS, my nerves are completely shattered, and I get absolutely NOTHING but a penalty for YOUR server crash! Are you kidding me?! I am penalized because YOUR game cannot stay online! Fix your **bleep** servers and give me my points back, because I am sick and tired of this **bleep**!Octane spotlight 10 matches
I’ve done everything to try and get help no one’s helping me the challenge play 10 matches as octane I’ve played wayy more and it’s not giving me the rewards I’ve paid £20 for I’ve been trying for a month to get help and nothing please can someone give me a refund or the octane skin pack
EAC authentication time out
Every single time I try to launch apex it gives me a connection issue saying that the easy anti cheat timed out just to tell me to check my internet when it’s perfectly fine. I thought it was a steam problem so I downloaded the game in EA app and the issue is still there. I’ve troubleshooted multiple times allowed EAC and apex into my firewall, used command prompts and ran things as administrator (for steam I verified integrity of files and it didn’t do anything. I’m so confused. My buddy’s apex works perfectly fine but mine doesn’t please help.Apex freezes on after launch
its stuck in this screen for infinite time. i did everything from reinstalling to older driver and doing a clean install to startoptions everything i disabled all overlays everything I’m trying to fix this for 1 week 5 hours a day just want to understand if thats a known problem from apex or my pc because i did everything local what i possible can my specs rx 6800 and amd ryzen 5700x maybe some staff here can help me I’m getting crazyWhat an unlucky day. I wish you all the best. Today, I logged in to apex as usual. I was told that the game was bound to an email that did not belong to me. My account was stolen. I need customer service to help me get my account back. I tried ea and steam, but the result was the same. Really? I have some previous shopping evidence, hoping to help me get back my apex account. This is when I played the new content of the 29th season in three rows with my friends after work, but my account was stolen by a stranger, which made me very sorry 😔 I can't do it as usual. Apex wont launch from any app.
I have tried on steam EA etc, so what happens is i hit play EAC comes up dose its thing initializing.... waiting for game.... disappears and then nothing. Now this only just happened after the new update for the UPHEAVAL before that it was working fine. I have reinstalled the game many times and verified the files. i have done the msconfig stuff but the EAC is alluding me. EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup - now i have not seen this version before with EOS but it dosent allow me to run it and update repair uninstall which the old one did. Bear this in mind I have Hunt: Showdown that runs this same program same situation cant uninstall/repair etc but the game will launch and play. Side note: I have disabled Firewalls and try run it nothing Deleted Base.Bin etc and verify etc Run as Admin (Changed compatibility) Any thoughts?
