100 Premium Wishlist Packs Disappeared After Server Error (Upgraded with Shards)
Hello, On February 22, 2026, I purchased Apex Coins via Steam: - One purchase for 2,150 Apex Coins (€19.99) - One purchase for 6,700 Apex Coins (€59.99) Total: 8,850 Apex Coins (€80) balance: 1550 Apex Coins I used these coins to buy/upgrade 100 Apex Packs to premium wishlist items (using shards / red pieces) I also had 5 free packs. While opening the packs → server error message → game restart → all 100 premium wishlist packs DISAPPEARED (no rewards or items received). Now: only 550 AC left + my 5 free packs remaining. Contacted EA support 3 times they said "wait", or we cant do anything but nothing after more than 24 hours. Proofs attached - Current in-game screen showing 550 AC and limited packs. -: Steam receipts - : Steam purchase history overview. Lost my account levels upon coming back to the game.
Hello, I recently decided to come back to Apex Legends, a game which I used to play a long time ago around 2021-2022 with my friends. Imagine my shock, when upon installing the game, my apex level was down back to 1, yet I still had my legends and badges from old events. My account had been reset to level 1, along with my past season stats and all my wins and badges for wins, however I kept my badges for old ranked seasons or for logging in for the 2 year anniversary or blm and pride movements, alongside my old skins. Is this something that can be resolved? I would like to be back up to my higher level and have my old stats back...launch error 10009 and launch error 11
I try and load up apex on steam and it just does not let me in and gives me the error messages 11 (game client encountered an application error) and 10009 (failed to execute the game process) iv tried so much in the hopes of fixing it but I'm just so lost on what to do because it seems like nothing works. I'm not sure if its EAC issue or something else but any help would be so deeply appreciated.How to contact live chat without signing in
I need help because i cant login to my EA account. I remember my password and ID but when I press login, it sent a verification code to an email account I do not have access to anymore. Apparently EA's favorite thing to do when asked this question is to ghost people, which makes recovering hijacked accounts pretty much impossible, which doesn't help considering I got logged out randomly.Account was reset out of no where
I booted up the game last night and prompted me to sign back in to my EA account. Upon doing all the necessary steps, I found that EVERYTHING was lost and my account was reset back to level 1. I’ve been playing since Season 3. So needless to say, I’ve lost all my legend skins, gun skins, emotes, heirlooms, EVERYTHING. Is there any one to actually talk to about this to get my account back to what it ACTUALLY SHOULD BE?!
My rank increased to gold without ever playing ranked
So for some reason while playing with my friends we started getting insane lobbies that were way above our skill level and after we tested it by all three of us solo queuing we found out that it was specifically me that would get the high lobbies as seen in the attached picture and more than that, I apparently rose up to gold rank even though we never play ranked. After checking, I did play a few ranked matches in season 5 and 9 but both were at the lowest rank possible and less than 10 games each season, this is also eons ago and I've been at the lowest rank forever since i don't play ranked. In this current season, I played a single ranked match just now to test if ranked was some how also messed up and would put me with higher skilled players but it wasn't(It put me with other gold players but they were obviously way better than me since I am not gold myself even though the game tells me that I apparently am) so that's fine. I am currently wondering what happened to my account to suddenly put me in gold rank and raise my matchmaking rank in regular unranked matches and leading to insane skill distributions when compared to my friends as seen in the 2nd and 3rd pictures attached and how to fix this issue so I can enjoy the game again at me and my friends' skill level.Banned but EA says I have no penalties or bans
So I was in the lobby yesterday queuing, and got the error of "The clients game account has been banned". And I went to look at m EA penalty page, and it says I have no bans or penalties. I even went onto a live chat and the agent said to try again after a bit and that it was probably a bug, so I tried this morning, and it let me launch and login. But when I tried to queue into a game, it gave me the same error "The clients game account has been banned". I don't know what to do, it still says I'm pred and everything, and ALGS did not send me an email about being banned, I don't know why I was banned or if I even was or if its a bug. But I can't appeal anything cause it shows I have no bans or penalties. I'm super frustrated and wish EA could help me more.
Apex Legends freezes PC
Apex Legends will randomly freeze my PC entirely and cause me to hard reboot it. I've done everything I can think of and everything I've seen so far in these other similar forums with no luck. My hardware meets minimum requirements. I've updated everything I can think of. I've lowered the graphics. I've tried repairing both Apex and the Easy Anti-Cheat, as well as uninstalled and reinstalled both, and Origin. I did a full virus scan and nothing was found. I ran a command prompt two nights ago and did a sweep of all of my files for corrupt ones and repaired them as well. And there's no crash reports that generate, I'm pretty sure because it just freezes my entire PC. My partner and I have almost identical PC's and his is perfectly fine. I need help please ☹️ I've also attached my DxDiag, if that helps.
Apex Legends Closing by itself or rebooting pc with kernel 41 power error
PC Specs: CPU: Intel i7-11700K GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti RAM: 32gb DDR4 3200 MHz Motherboard: Gigabyte B560M DS3H V2 I've been able to play apex for almost 3 years now on this build without any problems until last week. Since last week Apex has been constantly crashing or rebooting my pc basically every other game. It happens anytime, regardless of where I am or what is on my screen. There doesn't seem to be anything that connects the crashes. Sometimes I get the apex crashed due to badly formed commands, sometimes it just closes, and sometimes my pc reboots with windows event viewer showing a kernel 41 power error. My CPU and GPU are not overheating and my GPU is not overclocked. My CPU and RAM are also never at 100% while I'm playing. I've done many of the recommended actions found on other threads and forums including: Stress-testing my PSU Reinstalling the game and verifying game files Reseating my RAM sticks Testing my RAM using MemTest I updated my graphics drivers to the latest version an hour prior to writing this post None of my other games are experiencing this problem(League of Legends, R6, Elden Ring, OW2). I'm only crashing when I play Apex Legends. If anyone could help me with this issue I would greatly appreciate it.packet loss
not sure who is having this issue I'm on pc and my buddy is on console but since the launch of the new season Apex has just ran very poorly I have great internet my ping never jumps way up but I get the packet loss icons in the top right. its so bad trying to play and rank up when I can barely even move around I've been loosing rp and my patients with this game they need to fix there sh*t, I just want to want have fun and rank up with my friends but between this issue and all the cheaters its hard to even do so. i know im not the only one that has this issue either ive watched streamers playing and the game just start bugging out on them so this is to EA and RESPAWN FIX YOUR GODDAMN GAME or you guys just loose more more people that play your game
