Game kicked me and gave me penalties
Easy anti cheat error, kicked me out of my ranked game and reduced my rp not allowing me to get back into the game i was in. Got a -100rp + 15 minutes suspension penalty. Please fix the anti cheat error, and give me back my rp it's pretty upsetting for a casual player like me :C. Fix the server and anti cheat.Gun stops firing for no reason
Im not sure if anyone else has this problem but occasionally ill be in a 1v1 and my gun will stop firing. I have bullets left in my clip but my gun will randomly stop shooting mid burst. For example, i was just 1v1 this random in ranked. Broke him and had him half health and then all of a sudden, my r301 with 15 bullets left in my clip stops firing.. this has been happening over a span of 6 months but today just sent me over the edge. Anyone else having this issue or is it just my controller? Also it doesnt help that EA makes it impossible to actually get in touch with them so im at a loss. I have multiple videos of this occurrence happening but i really dont feel like signing onto the app right now to send them in but i will if absolutely necessary. Im tired of losing 1v1s because of this and no, its not a skill issue in the videos/evidence i have. Its clear as day!!😡EASY ANTI-CHEAT
I own the game on Steam, but whenever I log in and try to start a match, the game crashes and an Easy Anti-Cheat error appears—I don't understand why. I’ve restarted the game, uninstalled it, and even reformatted my PC, yet the issue persists. It’s affecting my progress in the seasonal passes because I can't complete the missions.
Lifeline and Bloodhound editions items missing
I bought untouched disks of Apex Legends with both editions. They were even in the original foil. When I opened them and redemeed the codes in the Microsoft Store the codes did work and it was succesful. Then I booted up Apex to have a look at my new items and I noticed that nothing was added to my account. I saw that it is a common thing nowadays so I used EA Help and talked with an advisor. They told me that they cant do anything with it and the 2nd advisor said that I need to check Microsoft support to confirm that the problem isnt on the side of Xbox. They confirmed that everything is perfectly fine on their side. When I went back to EA help my requests were denied with "This issue isnt supported by advisors" so I cant do anything now.How can I report bad match making to respawn?
I lose every game and I am not very good at the game. My match are hard and I have a job. I don't want to come home and sweat facing people who have been playing for 9 hours straight. I need my account to be looked at and the issue rectified cause I am not good enough for the lobby I get put into. I face preds and 3 stack masters in pubs and wildcard , it's not fair. I just wanna have fun
Anti-Cheat Issues after launching fresh game
I am able to properly play Apex when loading it up for the first time after downloading it; however, any instances afterwards will cause the game to crash with anti-cheat labeling a system file as untrustworthy. Attempts at RestoreHealth and Scannow proved ineffective. Launch Via Steam Error Message Untrustworthy File, file is a system file that's linked to "Radeon Settings: Host Settings"
Apex freezes and crashes; I have to repair the game before I can launch it again
Hello everyone, I have recently been experiencing a recurring issue with Apex Legends. While I am playing, the game suddenly freezes and then closes completely, preventing me from launching it again. When I try to open it, the game either does not respond or crashes again. The only solution I have found is to open the EA app and use the “Repair” option. Once the repair process is complete, the game works again, but the same problem eventually returns. I have already restarted both my computer and the EA app, but the issue continues. I have also received a message saying that my data could not be synchronized with the cloud, although I am not sure whether the two problems are related. Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there a permanent solution that could prevent me from having to repair the game every time it freezes and crashes? Hi apex team I've had this issue for months now I’m on PS5 and my friends are on Xbox/PC and PS5 as well. When I join their lobby, we rarely manage to start a match together: most of the time they load into the game without me and I stay in the lobby or on the loading screen. We have to restart the game several times for it to sometimes work. Never works in three stacks tho Crossplay is enabled, I cleared the cache, rebuilt the PS5 database, restarted the console and the game, reset my Wi‑Fi router, and re‑added my friends via EA IDs, but the problem still persists. I did everything Can someone help me or a dev contact me ? Its been 2 months now and tried to post everywhere :/Game Crash: Integrity error 0x80000001
Hi EA Support Team, I am facing a persistent issue while trying to launch and play Apex Legends. Every time I open the game, it crashes shortly after and displays the following error message: "Apex Game Integrity Message Integrity error 0x80000001 Apex exited due to a failure of game integrity." System & Error Details: - Platform: PC (Steam / EA App) - Error Code: 0x80000001 - Issue: The game closes immediately due to an Anti-Cheat / Game Integrity failure. Troubleshooting steps I have already tried: 1. Verified and repaired the integrity of game files multiple times via the launcher. 2. Completely restarted my PC and closed unnecessary background applications. 3. Updated both my Windows operating system and graphics card drivers to the latest versions. 4. Ensured that the Anti-Cheat service is running properly. Despite trying all these standard troubleshooting steps, the error persists, and I cannot enter a match. I have attached a screenshot of the exact error message to this post. Could you please look into this and guide me on how to permanently resolve this integrity error? I can’t load into Apex. I’m stuck on an infinite loading screen and have been unable to get past it for over 2 days. I’ve tried everything I can think of. The game itself appears to be working, the anti-cheat is running properly, and my Ethernet connection is fine. I would really appreciate any help or advice on how to fix this issue.Game closes after launching.
Each time I try open the game it force closes after loading into the lobby, I have tried downloading from steam and ea and I still get the same issues. I have all drivers and everything up to date but it wont work. it always happens around 3-5 seconds of loading in. I have followed all other recomended steps but nothing has changed.Black + pink glowing pixel bug
I got this porblem for a while now. In game (and sometimes in lobby as well) there are pink glowing pixels all over my screen or interactable objects (like other players, weapons, granades, wattson fences, caustic traps, etc..) are glowing white with black boxes (pixelboxes) all around. It happens on steam and on EA app, it happened on 3 different pcs now with 4 different GPUs. These games are unplayable and as soon as it appears in 1 game it happens in all following games as well. First it only happened after a new version of NVIDEA drivers came out. Now it happens independently of that fact. First reinstall or repairing the game worked for like 5-10 games and then it appeared again. Now even those solutions don't work anymore. I allready posted the problem in the german thread and I was told to ask here because every possible solution for the problem know does not work. I tried so many thing and nothing seems to work. I tried the following things: Repair game, reinstall game, update or reinstall graphic drivers, change graphic settings, Assign the game to the correct GPU, changing from EA App to steam, update windows, and deactivate overclocking.. nothing of these things worked! If you have any solutions I would be very happy.. in this state the game is unplayable for me.
