Progress lost in cross progression
I lost all my game progress due to a cross progression issue, and multiple support cases have failed to resolve it. I played apex on Xbox for over 1.5 years, then switched to PC before cross progression existed. When cross progression launched, my Xbox account was linked to an old EA account, so I unlinked it and linked it to my current EA account (the one used on PC). But when I launched the game, I was never given the option to choose my main account — it automatically made the PC account the main one, overwriting my Xbox progress entirely. My Xbox account now loads as a completely fresh account.
Got kicked out of my ranked match
I got kicked from my ranked match after my whole team experienced some lag. I was unable to join back while my team was still playing. I lost 50 rp and have a 8 minute ban. Then there was a notice to restart the game after my team lost due to an update. I know this is something little but seriously this is really annoying.Unable to connect to EA servers, I've tried just about everything
whenever I open Apex Legends, I'm unable to connect to EA servers. I've tried reinstalling the game, restarting my router, changing my DNS servers, allowing the game through my firewall, running as administrator, flushing dns and releasing IP, restarting my computer. All of the advice anyone has posted online about this issue I have tried and it has failed. I also have what I believe to be a related issue with Counter Strike 2, where I can't connect to the game servers in that game as well. I think it may have something to do with the fact that they both use the source engine, but games like team fortress work just fine.Hi Apex I just got back on my account for form didn’t play for a year

Hello, i came back from 2month break back then i could play normally no problem. Now i cant even play normal game. Yesterday when i luckily appear in lobby im just startin ranked then fps drop, high ping and then crash. Today i cant even start game still in mainmenu on precache and then game suddenly turnin off. Im playin on xbox one x wich had no problem before. So anything u did undo it thank u. btw this was my view for 5h and i reinstalled game 4 times nothing helped even hard reset on xbox nothing.FPS drops and stuttering after the latest Apex update
Ever since the latest Apex update, I've been experiencing frequent FPS drops and stuttering. The game was running perfectly fine before the update, so this seems to have started afterward. My PC specs are: GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4090 CPU: Intel Core i7-14700K Is anyone else running into the same issue? Has anyone found a fix?
Bought the battle pass ultimate on the EA store with the wrong email
I bought the Apex legends battle pass ultimate Split 2 on the EA store website, using the wrong email address by mistake, i used direct money and my bank account have been deducted since then. its now been 24 hours and i dont have an Apex legends account with the wrong email address, and never even played nor opened the game with that . i was supposed to buy the battle pass with this account im currently using to type this. I talked with one Advisor yesterday the minutes after it happened and he told me that they havent received the payment but i have the order confirmation and my bank account been deducted the money, like ??Worst support Ever
i have a problem in my account, several badges are missing, been playing on and off for 6 years, just 3 days ago i got my first heirloom. Every time i contacted the support and spoke with a human agent (multiple times) they say we are working on the problem and next thing i know case is closed with no help at all? who do i ask then? and now I'm trying to contact the support again the bot keeps directing me to here? where is the help here? what do i do here? how can i get my badges back in here? and why would u even close the case without helping me?Game kicked me and gave me penalties
Easy anti cheat error, kicked me out of my ranked game and reduced my rp not allowing me to get back into the game i was in. Got a -100rp + 15 minutes suspension penalty. Please fix the anti cheat error, and give me back my rp it's pretty upsetting for a casual player like me :C. Fix the server and anti cheat.Gun stops firing for no reason
Im not sure if anyone else has this problem but occasionally ill be in a 1v1 and my gun will stop firing. I have bullets left in my clip but my gun will randomly stop shooting mid burst. For example, i was just 1v1 this random in ranked. Broke him and had him half health and then all of a sudden, my r301 with 15 bullets left in my clip stops firing.. this has been happening over a span of 6 months but today just sent me over the edge. Anyone else having this issue or is it just my controller? Also it doesnt help that EA makes it impossible to actually get in touch with them so im at a loss. I have multiple videos of this occurrence happening but i really dont feel like signing onto the app right now to send them in but i will if absolutely necessary. Im tired of losing 1v1s because of this and no, its not a skill issue in the videos/evidence i have. Its clear as day!!😡
