Apex Sever forcing players to abandon games
We all are aware of the bug where we couldn't get in the game due to the anti cheat error code on 12/24/25. I had that issue for several hours and once I was finally able to play I go into a ranked game and played 3-4 games. on the last game however I was given that error (anti cheat something) and was kicked from the game, and given an abandon penalty (loss of RP and Timer). I dont much are about the RP since im just gonna gain it back. But I would like any time that racks up due to this bug to not effect me later... I know the 10min compounds and after a while I get banned for much longer. I don't typically leave games so I would like to keep the timer as low as possible.
CANT PLAY APEX

See ae.com/unable-to-connect for more information¨ I have ben having this problem from 22:00 to right now i cant connect (cant go in to the Apex menu to play, and my friends have had the same problem and none of us knows how to fix it and it really annoying that im not able to play after a long day. Would anyone be able to help me? I've just been banned on my pc apex account for "enhancing gameplay" even though i've never use any form of game enchantments. I've sent in an appeal but without any proof because i don't really know what evidence to use. Steam has been bugging out all day today and i tried to hop on apex earlier but it had an option to remote play and cast to my pc even though i only use one pc? I don't really know what to do so if anyone can give me tip, it would be most appreciated.5 shields
I started playing apex and I can't complete the welcome challenges cause I ended up getting to the skirmisher challenges and it wants me to break 5 opponents shields ok but even if I am away from the bots to make sure it's me that does it it still just doesn't work so I need to know is there a fix for thisEA support I am disgusted
I buy apex coins and they dont come into my account I look at the help page and it says wait a day or so so I wait 2 then i make a support ticket and im told to get a refund from xbox i tell them i dont want a refund and they said they cant do anything so i got to xbox support for a refund they say no as its an ingame currency they cant refund me and if i have not recived it to go talk to ea support so i go back on the ea help page make a case and the "chat to advisor" button Is disabled i then asked a friend of mine to check if its disabled for him and its not so wanna explain ea 87.99 down the drain I just want my apex coins like holy I showed them the proof of purchase needed like bruhApex freezing my whole laptop
Hello im having an issue where when im launching apex from steam after like 2-3 minutes in the game my entire pc freeze completely. i cant even alt tab or do anything even the mouse cursor don't move the only way to get out is to shutdown the PC with the on/off button. i try to re install the game, update the drivers, lower fps but nothing work it keep freezing every time im in the lobby. Can anyone help me please i never had this kind of problem before.
Unlinking account issues
I've recently accidently linked my xbox account o a new steam profile(and my discord) unaware that progress is kept to the ea account and that there's a 6 month cooldown. anyone have any advice for getting in contact with ea support? I've tried contacting them on this account and the one I want to reconnect my xbox to but im not even getting the "help received" emails and it's been 2 weeks anyone have any advice for reaching ea support or know someone on the forums I can talk to in order to get help?
Huge fps drops
So I wasnt playing apex for like a year and before everything was smooth, im playing on lowest graphs because i like it that way and i was getting consistent 180 frames, but yesterday i downloaded it again and despite still getting the same 180 frames on same settings sometimes like 7-9 times per game my fps drops to like 10-18 and stays that way for a good couple of seconds very laggy, thats never happened to me, I've tried downloading DDU and reinstalling my drivers and changing settings and it didnt work for me. Im on 32gb ram ryzen 7 5800x and gtx 1070, could someone please help me figure it out so i can play the game please?
Lag spikes
lag spikes and packet loss spikes often occur, this can be very annoying in ranked. I have a wired internet connection (down: 230mbit, up: 70mbit). Im playing in Hungary, Mohacs, PC, EA app, windows 10. My internet is stable and continuous, several measurements confirm this. There is no packet loss during the game and the ping is also very low. The spikes suddenly appear for no reason, the communication between me and the server is interrupted. Whenever I queue into a match, the game freezes on the loading screen or loads me in but within 20-30 seconds it crashes. It also crashing after 10-20 seconds in the settings tab. I have to force-close it every time. I’ve already tried uninstalling GPU drivers with DDU and even rolling back to older versions, but nothing has helped. I also tried a bunch of the common fixes people recommend online, like: Verifying game files / repairing the game through Steam or EA Restarting my PC (and sometimes my router) before launching Disabling fullscreen optimizations / running the game as administrator Different launch options. My specs are RTX 5070 and i5 14600K.Apex legends Error on pc
when ever i run apex on my pc and load in my game glitches and in the top right where the currency's are they are all load and have -9999 on all and i can not select any thing at the top as it does load after a minute i get kick out and a message saying The cilent is not running the anti cheat or has failed the anti-cheat authentication can someone plz helplost all my progresses on apex psn account due to linking ea account
Ho, my name is Pietro i used to play apex a lot in the past, i’m talking about since 2020 to 2/3 years ago, i always played on the same account, my psn account (id: ninna2230), i was around level 400/450, had all the legends, a bunch of skins and stats since season 4. today i wanted to play apex again after a long time, so i went and reinstalled it, but when opening it i was asked to log into my ea account. personally i embee created one, so i did create one (this one where in writing from) with the same email that i used on my psn account with all my progresses, but then, after writing down the code i got sent by email, i received a message on the screen saying i couldnt log in in that account because it was already linked to the psn account (ninna2230, the account i was on while trying to open apex) so i went on the ea site and unlinked the two accounts (my storic psn account and my brand new ea account that i dont know how was linked to the psn account) to then log in form my ps4 in the screen that initially asked me to log into my ea account. so i put the code that was sent on my email in and this time it worked, it let me open apex, except for the fact that i LOST ALL MY PROGRESSES, i got logged in in a brand new apex account, level 1, no legends unlocked, no skins, all stats to 0. im beggin you EA, i need my account back, i played so so so much on it and i even spent money on it, and all of this seems to be gone now i dont know what to do, hope you will be albe to help me
