Apex won't launch
I am trying to launch Apex from the EA app on PC. I have a ton of skins and things in this account, so I would like to be able to access it. I haven't actively played in a few years, so this is my first attempt in years to try to start the game. It's also following a fresh install of the EA app, Windows, AND Apex. I've tried reinstalling, restarting my computer, deleting files that random people across the internet have recommended deleting, repairing the game, running it while all firewalls and antivirus are temporarily turned off--literally everything I could think of and find online. Every file and folder related to EasyAntiCheat and Apex are exclusions for my firewall while it's up too, though since it didn't work with everything turned off, I'm guessing it has nothing to do with that. When I try to launch the game, I see the "SplashScreen" image (the one in the EA Games/Apex/EasyAntiCheat folder) and it loads all the way up to 100%. And then it goes away and the EA app unminimizes itself/pops up again. No crash information, no code, nothing. When I try to open EasyAntiCheat_EOS (some people online recommend changing a setting in it) I see a window flash on screen really really fast but then it's instantly gone. I don't know if that has anything to do with anything, but I want to provide as much info as possible. Any help appreciated. I can see other people having this problem across the internet and this forum but most of them seem to never get any solutions and I've tried every suggested solution I've seen, even if it didn't work for them. Hello, I recently decided to come back to Apex Legends, a game which I used to play a long time ago around 2021-2022 with my friends. Imagine my shock, when upon installing the game, my apex level was down back to 1, yet I still had my legends and badges from old events. My account had been reset to level 1, along with my past season stats and all my wins and badges for wins, however I kept my badges for old ranked seasons or for logging in for the 2 year anniversary or blm and pride movements, alongside my old skins. I need help because i cant login to my EA account. I remember my password and ID but when I press login, it sent a verification code to an email account I do not have access to anymore. Penalty Type: Apex Legends Penalty Range: Ban I have never used any cheat programs in this game since I was born. My last time playing was in 2019, and I was banned because I bought the computer secondhand from a Facebook group, Before that, it was playing fine for two months, before the false ban bug happened around that time. Shortly after, I was permanently HWID banned, and I don't know if the previous owner ever used any cheats. Now that I'm older, I want to play this game again with my friends, I was banned for no reason. I hope the game developers understand. So for some reason while playing with my friends we started getting insane lobbies that were way above our skill level and after we tested it by all three of us solo queuing we found out that it was specifically me that would get the high lobbies as seen in the attached picture and more than that, I apparently rose up to gold rank even though we never play ranked. After checking, I did play a few ranked matches in season 5 and 9 but both were at the lowest rank possible and less than 10 games each season, this is also eons ago and I've been at the lowest rank forever since i don't play ranked. In this current season, I played a single ranked match just now to test if ranked was some how also messed up and would put me with higher skilled players but it wasn't(It put me with other gold players but they were obviously way better than me since I am not gold myself even though the game tells me that I apparently am) so that's fine. I am currently wondering what happened to my account to suddenly put me in gold rank and raise my matchmaking rank in regular unranked matches and leading to insane skill distributions when compared to my friends as seen in the 2nd and 3rd pictures attached and how to fix this issue so I can enjoy the game again at me and my friends' skill level.Psychojelloish20 hours agoSeasoned Newcomer14Views0likes0CommentsBanned but EA says I have no penalties or bans
So I was in the lobby yesterday queuing, and got the error of "The clients game account has been banned". And I went to look at m EA penalty page, and it says I have no bans or penalties. I even went onto a live chat and the agent said to try again after a bit and that it was probably a bug, so I tried this morning, and it let me launch and login. But when I tried to queue into a game, it gave me the same error "The clients game account has been banned". I don't know what to do, it still says I'm pred and everything, and ALGS did not send me an email about being banned, I don't know why I was banned or if I even was or if its a bug. But I can't appeal anything cause it shows I have no bans or penalties. I'm super frustrated and wish EA could help me more.packet loss
not sure who is having this issue I'm on pc and my buddy is on console but since the launch of the new season Apex has just ran very poorly I have great internet my ping never jumps way up but I get the packet loss icons in the top right. its so bad trying to play and rank up when I can barely even move around I've been loosing rp and my patients with this game they need to fix there sh*t, I just want to want have fun and rank up with my friends but between this issue and all the cheaters its hard to even do so. i know im not the only one that has this issue either ive watched streamers playing and the game just start bugging out on them so this is to EA and RESPAWN FIX YOUR GODDAMN GAME or you guys just loose more more people that play your gamePacket Loss Constantly fluctuating
I'm not sure if it's just me but for about 2 weeks now whenever I try to load the game on PS4 I can't unless I restart the game like 3 times. When I do get into the game I haven't had less than 30 packet loss and it fluctuates between 30 and 60 kicking me from the server after every game. I've tried restarting my router and using a wired connection doesn't seem to help either. The error code I keep revieving is code:leaf. If anyone has anything that's worked for them I would appreciate it because I've already deleted the app and reinstalled it hoping that would be the solution however that hasn't worked either.7Views0likes0CommentsAccount was reset out of no where
I booted up the game last night and prompted me to sign back in to my EA account. Upon doing all the necessary steps, I found that EVERYTHING was lost and my account was reset back to level 1. I’ve been playing since Season 3. So needless to say, I’ve lost all my legend skins, gun skins, emotes, heirlooms, EVERYTHING. If anyone has had a similar issue I would greatly appreciate any advice. I have the email AND password to my old EA account that I opened over 5 years ago. The only thing stopping me is the email verification code. I've talked to 5 different EA advisors and they take me through the same script, asking information questions that I somehow fail every time. On top of the email and password (which should be enough) Ive provided the xbox account that was linked to the EA account, My address, Invoices of a purchase I made on the account back in 2022, Gameplay clips and screenshots of me playing on the account, Ive answered every question truthfully and yet I still fail the verification, its clearly my old account. the information Ive given should be more than enough. The only reasons I can think of as to why im failing these verification questions is that my IP has certainly changed between now and when I made the account 5 years ago, if theyre looking for the IP I had when i made the account, then thats ridiculous, how do you expect me to know that, or I signed up with a fake DOB when I made the account in 2021, which is possible, but again, it was 5 years ago, I have no clue, and they wont tell me what isnt matching up. Has anyone been in a similair situation and managed to get their account back? again I literally have the login details, its just the verification code thats stopping me, it shouldnt be this hard. P.S Ive contacted the email provider, asking if they can redirect the emails to another address, but they cant, and I cant open up a new case, because now it says that the issue "isnt supported by advisors."Solved22Views0likes1CommentStat trackers from loot ticks
I own every single stat tracker and I’ve had each one since they were all available. However I’ve been recieving trackers I already own. At first I thought maybe I missed a couple on new legends but I went through every single legend and confirmed I own every single stat tracker and yet I still continue to get 1-2 stat trackers each time I’ve opened a loot tick. This has happened on over 10 loot ticks ranging from regular loot ticks to the event ones. Im having issues queuing into certain games. My que time for ranked is about 5-10 min. But for some reason if I try pubs or the limited mode I sit in queuing for about an hour and then it closes the game. I am also in a fairly populated server in the US and not playing in off times. Holy ****. It was so hard to get to talk to a live and real human being in the support chat. EA NextStep sucks. For everyone wondering how I finally came in contact with a real human being via live support: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-account/locked-out-of-ea-account/ go to this, and scroll all the way down. Click on the button "Contact us" and then you'll be redirected to the AI agent. <removed> it DOES NOT matter that you initially contacted support for not being able to login into your account. It's just a way to get in contact with a real human being. Now you can just start explaining to them your real issue. Hope this helps you guys! I’ve been having this issue where I’ll be playing a match in apex, and suddenly the game starts stuttering and my entire pc audio starts clipping (including discord audio). Then my pc reboots itself and is stuck in a boot loop on the MB manufacturer splash page. I usually have to force shutdown my pc and start it up again to get back to windows. I’ve tried the following on the game: Setting FPS cap in EA Repairing game files Setting the game to DX11 I then thought it might be a hardware issue so I did the following: Bought new PSU Tried a different GPU Moved my m.2 to a completely different build (different RAM, motherboard, etc) With all these changes I still get a crash. The only thing I haven’t tried is moving my pc to another power circuit, but I was wondering if anyone else has had this same issue? I have only had this issue with Apex, every other game I play has been fine like COD and Arc Raiders for example. Purchased $100 worth of apex coins and bought 100 apex packs just to click “open 50 packs” and the packs did not open as well as my 10,000 coins disappeared.
