Random Freezing
I don't expect anyone who works with EA to help because of how bad their company is, but I'm hoping someone else may have had a similar issue and knew a fix Every couple of games my game will randomly freeze and show packet loss as well as other connection issues in red until I am kicked out of the game. I know that it is not an issue with my internet as I can watch a video as this is happening and the video will continue to play stably without freezing. I then try to rejoin the game in which it says that the match has concluded and I receive a 10 minute ban for something out of my control and not of my own fault. I've tried verifying the game files on Steam, as well as installing the latest graphics drivers, but none of these have given me a solution. I'm posting here because I'm stuck with a game-breaking bug that is 100% tied to my EA account, and I've been unable to play Apex for almost a week.I've already been through EA Support (Agent Rahul), who agreed this is an account-level issue and told me to post here to get my case escalated for a fix. My Account: EA ID: ShiinaWakana Email: [edit: email address removed] When I start Apex, I get to the main menu. My ping to the data center is low and stable (e.g., ap-east-1 at 81ms, 0% packet loss). The instant I click "Continue" to enter the lobby, my ping spikes to 280ms-300ms+ , and I'm kicked back to the menu with a "code:net" error. This happens every single time. How I Know This is an Account Bug (but not my PC/network): I’ve done extensive testing to isolate this problem. It is not my hardware or my network. 1.I logged into my account (ShiinaWakana) on a completely different computer at another location. The exact same "code:net" problem happened. 2.My friend logged into their EA account on my computer, using my network. It worked perfectly for them. My Own Troubleshooting: I have already tried every fix I could find. I reset my network, followed all standard EA Help guides, and even did a complete reinstallation of my entire operating system. The bug is still there. This all started the night I downloaded Battlefield 6. Rahul concluded this is likely "account-level routing or corrupted session data" and that my case needs to be escalated.He advised me to request a "full session and routing reset" for my account (ShiinaWakana) from the Live Services team. I was up 2 ranked games in a row with wins dominating the 3rd and then instantly got kicked?? My wife plays right with me right beside me on the same exact internet but no issues with hers? And then I get penalized off of a kick!?! This game is going down hill. Who do I contact about repercussions for this? I have the video and proof for this incident.. this is totally unacceptable and acts like these make me completely want to quit playing this game. All of the work to get kicked and then a penalize!! When I press play on Apex, the intro plays for about a second and then it immediately crashes. There's no error message. I've tried every method to fix this, but nothing has worked. I've even reinstalled the game. I was able to play normally before, so I don't think it's due to insufficient specs. Hi, I have had enough of this, i can't even play the game anymore. I know the devs are trying there best but nether me or my ISP is the problem. I've tried ExitLag still the same problem, l'am playing on (eu-central - 1 server), And here's my specs: RX 9070 XT sapphire nitro+ Ryzen 7 5700x ( latest version of chipset from my motherboard) Msi B450 tomahawk max ii ( the latest BIOS ) 32 Go of ram ddr4 vengeance pro at 3600 Mhz ( xmp On ) 850W power supply I am playing on 1440P. I've tried everything but still have this issue. One last thing, i have tried uninstalling the realtek driver but nothing changed. l'am using the ethernet connection because i don't have a build in wifi. I cannot get into a game when playing solo. When I play with friends, whether they are party leader, or I am, I can get into games just fine. Matchmaking is extremely quick. When I queue solo, I do not get into games. I am sitting at about an hour in queue now, still haven't gotten into a game. This is 8:30 on a Saturday morning, I know there are plenty of people playing. It visually looks the same. It says x Players in Queue. This goes up or down, but always stays pretty close. For instance, 10 > 12 > 15 > 17 > 11 > 13 > 15 > 10 > 11 > 14 > 10, etc. Here is what I've tried: Launch via Steam Verify game files via Steam Uninstall via Steam, install EA launcher, launch via EA Queue for Duos Queue for Trios Queue for Duos, no Fill Queue for Trios, no Fill Queue for Mixtape Enter and exit Firing Range (this works, but does not make matchmaking work). Close and reopen the game, several times Restart the PC It looks like this is an unresolved issue that keeps popping up, based upon these forums. It looks like people had this issue up to 7 years ago. I used to play this game a lot and recently just re-downloaded to try and play some, without much luck. When I launched the game for the first time today, there was a problem with audio. I heard my bluetooth headphone disconnecting for no reason and the entire bluetooth function of my PC stopped working... Then I restarted my PC and now I have the same problem + the game will not launch (stuck on black screen after first launch animation). I've had so many issues just like these with apex, even though I have a high quality PC setup... Tried repairing, made it worse. For some time now, I've had ridiculously low FPS, never exceeding 200 fps. I've seen posts on X and I'm not the only one with low FPS with an Intel processor. Maybe I need to configure something in Windows or some parameter, but it really doesn't make sense that a game like Apex runs so poorly and BF6 on ultra runs at over 240 FPS. Almost two weeks ago, I purchased 6700 APEX coins, but I haven't received them. There are three deductions in my order history, two of which failed and one succeeded. My account was deducted from the balance. The order status shows that I have received the APEX coins. When I enter the game, my coins have not increased. I contacted customer service about ten times in total. One of them asked me to wait for the refund. After a week, I still haven't received it. I contacted customer service again and the person told me that I had received the APEX coins and had used them. I am confused because I didn't receive any coins at all and never used any coins. Hello, I am asking for help regarding my EA account ban connected to Apex Legends. My account was permanently banned for cheating, but I did not cheat. My account was hacked and used by someone else before the ban. I have proof of unauthorized access to my account – someone changed my account email and disabled my 2FA. There are also logins from foreign IP addresses before I recovered the account. After I secured the account, I was later banned. Evidence: As you can see in the attached screenshot, there were suspicious logins from: Hong Kong (150.109.50.18) Los Angeles, USA (128.14.242.16) China (111.25.189.156) And also someone changed my email to [edit: email address removed] – this was not me. I am from Czech Republic and I only play from my home location. I already contacted EA Terms of Service twice, but they closed my case without properly checking the new evidence. I am kindly asking for a real manual review by EA security staff. I have been playing Apex Legends for around 4 years, I have 6 heirloom items and I have invested over 200 EUR and a lot of time into this game. I never used cheats – I only want my account back. Please help me, I am a victim of account hacking and this ban is a mistake. Thank you. Hi, today I got home after a long day and decided to play some apex. I thought it would be nice and relaxing, I would get on, have teammates to play with, and might come first once or twice. I have played more than 20 GAMES in the past 2 hours!! Every single game i either end up spawing with only one teammate, they leave immediately, or theyre so low ranked and are given jump master so that they hard drop and get insta killed. Then they instantly leave, or blame you because they decided to land somewhere else and then leave. **bleep**jng make there be some sort of penalty for leaving casual matches, ive just come here to chill and not put so much energy or strategy into the game, or fight golds and plats. Like im losing my god **bleep** mind playing this game now, ive been playing since day 1 and it has never ever been this bad. So, I was playing apex like I usually do on my PlayStation 5 when all of a sudden my PS5 was acting up. Turns out it was not working properly and up to speed. Wouldn’t let me connect to WiFi or anything, so I got a new PlayStation console. I logged back into apex and lost my Masters and Predator badge. I’ve been contraction EA support for a week now and they have not giving me updates on what to do or when my badge will be back. Hi, I've been having issues to play with my laptop. When I initialize the game for a few seconds it's loding until the screen freezes, even though I can still hear the game and if I click with my mouse I can hear the game clicking but I see nothin else than the game's loading screen frozen, I can't even ctrl+alt+supr because it's frozen. I purchased the "Apex Legends™ - Ultra Battle Pass (Stage 2)" pack in the EA app on October 25, 2025, at 1:30 PM GMT. My EA account dashboard says the transaction is still "processing." I recently bought a gaming desktop and wanted to play Apex Legends on it. The PC’s specs are: ° CPU: i7-9700KF ° GPU: RTX 3070 TI ° RAM: 16 GB DDR4 (single channel) ° Motherboard: TUF B360-PLUS GAMING ° PSU : 650 Watts At first, I thought it was a bottleneck issue. It might be true that there’s a small CPU bottleneck of around 16% at 1080p, but the problem goes beyond that.
