Why are you deceiving us with EA Play FAKE CAMPAIGNS ?
Just like this user registered 12 years ago mentioned here: ea play psn | EA Forums - 12472180 , me and a few friends from all around the world can also confirm that the recent campaign with the $0.99 / €0.99 etc. for a month's subscription was FAKE! Why are you deceiving people like this? We tried all possible methods on August 18 and 19 through the PlayStation (Store) website & through our PlayStation 4 consoles, but nothing worked! Prove that this was not Fake by bringing it back (for real this time) for at least a couple of days and stop giving us the same copy-paste answers with "please note that some offers are platform-specific and may vary depending on the store" or others similar to this.Battlefield 1 "expired" while I should own the standard edition
I want to play Battlefield 1 again but the game page is showing some sort of Expired button. The game should be available within the EA Play subscription (which I have via the XBOX Ultimate pass) and I might have bought it actually ~10 years ago. The game does show up under My games in my profile and the game page says "Standard edition owned".
EA Play Pro Issue
Hello, I purchased EA Play Pro thinking I can use it for Madden and BF6 on PC then play College Football on PS5 which seemed like a good deal. I went to download College Football on PS5 and it has come to attention EA Play Pro does not work like that? Is that accurate? Is there plans to change this or bring College Football to PC? If not, there is no point in purchasing Pro and this will be the last year I give EA any money. Thanks!

Cannot subscribe to EA Play I have a Technical Bug I can't get EA Play with case Number #219733011 Am From Egypt and I Already Was Using My Credit Card Visa On FC 24 Last Year and i can Buy FC Coins with It and was all Things is Fine , But one Time when i tried to subscribe it on EA Play i got a Problem saying it's Problem With My Payment method not in as Same Region and, so I Don't Know Why All that Problems and Same Problem Happen Always Whn Trying to Subscripe On EA App and EA SiteEA Play PS5
I purchased EA Play for my PS5 I'm trying to purchase virtual currency for EA College Football 26 & I want to get it cheaper by using the EA Play tab & it keeps saying I need to purchase a Subscription. I already purchased the annual one two weeks ago. I go to my EA account & it says my EA Play account is active & my PSN account is linked why isn't it working?
EA Play subscription is not discounted on Steam
EA Play page on Steam advertises first month as "Get EA Play for $0.99*" but the price is normal for both yearly and monthly subscriptions. The asterisk says the offer is for new and returning users only, and I have not used EA Play on my Steam account before. What's going on? I am in Finland, in case this is a regional issue.
Renewal Price Confusion!
I paid for 1 month of EA Play in mid July for $5.99, however...EA is telling me that the renewal price for the next month is only 99 cents? Am I only going to be charged 99 cents for the next month? If so, why? Or am I going to be charged $39.99 for a whole year? Thanks ahead!
Refund EA Play PRO
I bought EA Play PRO for getting into the Early Access to BF6 Open Beta. Even though my account was linked to my Steam account, I did not have access after trying for 5 hours, downloading it from EA App etc. I gave up and watched a twitch stream and got my key and access that way. Now the Support is refusing to refund my EA Play Pro on the grounds that I downloaded "Glacier", Glacier is Battlefield 6 Open Beta, a game that is available for free and does not require the EA Play Pro subscription to download. I would like to get an email to the legal department as I need some clarifications on the arbitration process. Do I need to send the Notice to the given address even though I don't live in US and the agreement is between I and EA Swiss Sarl?Refund question
I recently signed up for EA Pro Play, not realizing its for PC only. I cancelled minutes later after finding out this information. I would just like to know I could be entitled to a refund that's all. I've been waiting in the chat que for about 45 minutes now and would just like an answer.
