Bike riding update
I think that we had bicycles for a long time but we don't have specific cycling cothes to wear and play with so now tha bicycles are a base game thing i think we should have cycling appropriate clothes for the base game too. And if they were designed well we could even use some of the pieces outside of a athletic look, giving us more freedom and customization to stylize sims. aseball style of the first clothes and think it should be a base for masculine and feminine top swatches. Alsk the yellow cap is awrsome and coukd also be used to swimming, and the down-left top is pretty versatile so we could use it with any clothes too. Also i think that, if we have bicycles on our game, we should see townies or auto generates townies using them around our neighborhoods. This eould add much dynamism and depth to the daily life of the sims and neighborhoods. And finally as we already got a Bike with the Reaper Rewards event i think we should already have a base game universal bike for adults and kids because nit everyons was able to get this one throught the evenr. It could be the Grim one but without the decorations. This update could even be a way to try to put the bikes on the roads and maybe refine its animation flow too.
Sims4 Eras
We need different eras to play in. Like each decade from the 1900s, medieval, Industrial era. And more. I would love to be able to do a generations save thats actually in different eras. Rather than have people dressed for the 40s on a mobile phone. I think it should come up the way the seasons thing comes up. You choose an era then a season and play. And you should also be able to move to the next era mid game so that you dont literally have to wait 100 years to get to when you’d wanna be. Please it would be so great.🙏🙏🙏🙏
Modifications to the Romance Socials?
I really don't like how some of the socials under the romance category aren't compatible with furniture. For example, if your Sim uses the "hold hands" social, they will cancel any current sitting action instead of just multitasking like they would with a TV. Also, maybe things like your Sim's first kiss? Your Sim will automatically go back to having general conversation with their love interest like they're acquaintances which is kind of weird to watch but you do you, I guess.

Hello! I have a suggestion for The Sims 4. I would love to see a Create-a-World feature added to the game. Instead of only playing in the worlds that come with expansion packs, players could create their own worlds from scratch. We could choose the landscape, place rivers, lakes, mountains, forests, roads, and decide where lots are located. I think this would give players much more creativity and make every world feel unique. It would be amazing to build our own towns and neighborhoods exactly the way we imagine them. Thank you for considering this idea and for continuing to support The Sims 4
UI overhaul for Vanity Tables please. (Suggestion)
Hello TheSimsDirect Maxis I would love to see the addition of a UI for when our Sims use the Vanity Tables in The Sims 4. I really like how you did the UI for the Manicure & Pedicure feature in Spa Day, it made it really helpful to see what we would be applying to our Sims or their customers. I really think this would be a welcome addition with the Vanity Tables as well. Thank you 😊Idea: World preferences
I think having a nationality system on CAS that works like traits that allows sims to show up on certain worlds would be really cool and perfect for us players to create our own stories and characters more appropriately. Like I can give to a sim numerous world traits to a sim a they will show up at every world, but if i only give Willow Creek and Magnolia Promenade they will only show up at these worlds and no other. Maybe it could even be a Like/Dislike category for Worlds idk and they'd show up more frequwntly on liked worlds, show up rarely on not prefered worlds and kot show up ever on disliked worlds.
Infants -100 sleep statistic should NOT make them immediately sleep.
When an infant is asleep I can’t change their diaper or feed it, leaving them more prone to “__ is very hungry!” notifications and more diaper rashes. It is absolutely CRUCIAL to be able to manage those things BEFORE putting the infant to bed, otherwise it could starve whilst forcibly asleep because it has the -100 sleep statistic.
UI for a Sense of Wonder at Destinations
Our Sims can visit natural wonders or special destinations and it's fun. The landscape and public destinations add so much to the game. Only thing missing is a way for a Player to direct the Sim to stop, admire the view and have a sense of wonder or awe reaction while looking at this special place or impressive natural feature. If in a group, could have UI to do this together. A moodlet would be good too. A reward for finding / noticing the beautiful art in the game. If a Sim has Loves Outdoors they could have a larger buff. A Sim that doesn't like the outdoors might have a % for negative. I think about this every time I take a Sim to the edge of the Sulani Volcano. They stand small at the edge of molten lava and billowing smoke and ... nothing. I pretend they are awed. The real gameplay is the Sim stands a second before looking for something else to do or leave. Wishing for a WOW moment at these places: Waterfalls Volcano Hidden locations Large special trees Temples Geysers Public Art Sculptures Petroglyphs[GTW] [CoL] [SE] [BH] [MWS] Large amount of interactions on the workplace cooler
A large amount of interactions with the get to work workplace cooler that sims are supposed to buy food from are available when I'm pretty sure they aren't supposed to be available. Horse Friendly Neigh borhood and More
Hello! It would be cool to have these things if they could even be compatible with the game's setup so far... Horse Friendly Neighborhood lot trait (kind of like the ones for cats and dogs -- I want to see my town of families with some horse riding skill in another world ride their horses in the neighborhood they live in. I visit that town, and no one around is riding their horses, + the people in the active lot with horse-related traits and skills don't ride theirs either, haha. I like visiting non-active Sims' lots/venues and seeing them doing what makes sense for them instead of only what all Sims do in general, but... There isn't quite enough of that sort of thing. Anyway-- I want a corn harvestable so badly, and on an actual stalk (they weren't able to put the corn on a stalk in ts3). Preferably, stalks that can be taller than Sims. Putting oversized crops in storage objects with an inventory if that isn't possible yet (I forgot to look and can't right now) Additional custom venue activity: being a vendor for any stall shops on the lot like the produce and pizza/burger ones
Website cuts off (some) pack descriptions
Hello! Sorry, I found another li'l issue with the website, but it's not the Gallery this time, just the Store section of the site: On the official site, if you go up here to the Store drop-down, and go to any section, Then continue to almost any of the subsections, then select a pack, and scroll to its description, some (not all) of the pack's descriptions have been cut off. The newer packs are not affected by this, as the descriptions are much shorter, but older packs like Spa Day trail off into the abyss:Living Neighborhoods: Realistic Neighbor Interactions and Community Life”
We Want Truly Living Neighborhoods and Real Neighbor Relationships When I want to visit my next-door or across-the-street neighbor, I wish it felt more like real life. I want my Sim to leave the house, walk across the street, knock on the neighbor’s door, and visit them naturally. In The Sims 4, visiting a neighbor feels like traveling to another place because we have to use the travel system and arrive by car, which takes away from the feeling of living in the same neighborhood. For years, I have been hoping for one important feature: I want to see my neighbors actually living their lives around me. I want to see my neighbor leaving their house, sitting in their garden, swimming in their pool, or simply enjoying their daily routine. I want small but meaningful moments, like sitting in my garden drinking coffee and being able to invite my neighbor over by saying, “Come have coffee with me.” I want my child and my neighbor’s child to meet in the garden, play together, and become friends naturally. I want my neighbor to walk past my house and wave or say hello. The Sims is a life simulation game, and the most beautiful part of it is creating families and stories. But our neighborhoods should feel alive too. We do not just want beautiful houses; we want neighborhoods filled with people, relationships, and everyday moments. If this kind of feature is not possible through regular updates, I wonder why mod creators have not been able to create something similar, because I believe many players have been waiting for a living neighborhood experience for years. As someone who has been playing The Sims for 20 years, I truly believe we deserve an update that brings more warmth, realism, and life into our neighborhoods. Sorry for sending this out so early, but this is an idea for the developers of the game who are probably already starting to prepare for the next update. I think it would be really nice if we had a setting where we could turn off bills and money. The reason why I thought of this setting is because some disabled players find it a little bit confusing or complicated and also it would make the game so much more cozy for cozy players. so who all thinks this is a good idea?
Content Missing - Medieval Return
Honestly missing a Renaissance Fair Pack, New Professions including Leather Working, Black Smithing, Hunting, Fletching, Brewing, Survival, Animal Husbandry, More Stone Masonry. New Skills Archery, Sword Fighting, Jousting, Tapestry (Or Embroidery), Enchanting (extension of magic) , Apiary or Pottery. New City block with Fair, home items like Smith Pottery Wheel, Loom, Fletching table. Achievements like First in Event, First in Entire Contest. Sure a list could be put together would be fun.
