Connection is Required error when logging in on PlayStation
I downloaded the new update today on my PS5 and it keeps saying to login to my EA account to use online features. My Internet is working fine so this has to be an EA issue. Is there a way to fix this? Also, my Sims on my home screen have been stripped of their clothes and my female Sim no longer looks pregnant. I'm scared to fully load into my save. Hi all. My gallery has disappeared on my Xbox series X and not just says “Library.” I have no access to any online features, including the current event happening. I have relinked my account many times, restarted the game, even restarted my Xbox, and also completely reinstalled the game. None of this has worked at all. I recently transferred from the Xbox one to the Xbox series and was able to get almost everything moved to the new console, but 8 of the packs I paid for are showing up as unowned, when I went back to the Xbox one to check they were still available so how do I get them to the Xbox series? I’m playing on a PS5 My game crashed a few times with a pop up of corrupt data but my saved files were still there so I was unsure what was actually corrupt, I go to add something from library today and I found everything, I’ve ever saved, created, families I started but never played. I am on a xbox s and one pack won’t work. It keeps saying download to use, i’ve uninstalled the game and the specific pack multiple times and it won’t let me use the pack. When i hover over the specific pack on main page it just says download to use. I don’t know what else to do. PS5 – First-Time Setup Screens Appear Every Launch
Hi, I’m having an issue with my game on PS5 (digital PS4 version, no disc). Every time I launch the game, it behaves like it’s the first time opening. On every launch I get: EA User Agreement Screen adjustment calibration Sims Delivery Express (SDX) notification “Welcome” popups for expansion packs (sometimes all packs) My saves persist correctly and gameplay works normally. Households load, manual saves stick, and DLC remains installed. I have already: Deleted the game and all saved data Reinstalled fresh from the PlayStation Store Restored licenses Rebuilt database Confirmed Console Sharing is enabled Started a brand-new save after full wipe Even after a completely clean reinstall, the issue continues. Is this a known issue with the PS4 version running on PS5? Is there any workaround for the repeated first-launch sequence? I have the Sims 4 on my Xbox and logged into it one day to receive a notification that I no longer have the expansion pack that I bought. Ive been playing the sims for years and about 2 years ago i purchased the Get To Work pack, i do not remember through what means i bought it (ie. Through xbox store, steam, 3rd party). I stopped playing for some months and since playing again recently, it says i no longer have the pack. Can not seem to find a purchase history anywhere. However even though it actually shows as installed when i go into game management, when i load the game it says the pack is missing. I have provided pictures as proof that i have it owned and played with the pack as you can see a screenshot of my sim at work in the science lab. But as it was 2 years ago when i made the purchase its almost impossible to find a proof of purchase anywhere. Cottage Living Grocery/Garden Stall
Recently I have not been able to sell my produce at the grocery or garden stalls in Cottage Living. I can buy items just fine. When I choose to sell items from my inventory it comes up blank even when my inventory has produce. This has been a recent problem and just noticed it yesterday. EA Sales not Available at XBox Site
The EA sales price and bundle (Sims 4: Business and Hobbies) disappears when redirected to the XBox site for purchase, stating it is not available, and the expansion pack is only available for full price. When I downloaded Sims 4 game on my console. The get to work bundle package was included in my download. But as I've been playing the game, on my console, I can't get to work.
