Game Setting Options Incorrect?
So sorry I accidentally posted this in the mac forum first. Anyways. So I just bought Pets. I was told there was a way to turn off pets aging in the game options, and looking online told me to Open the Game Settings by clicking on the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Scroll down to the "Other" section and toggle off the "Animal Aging" option. Save your changes and exit the Settings menu. Only problem is I don’t have that option. It’s also not an option in any of the other settings. Can someone tell me if I’m missing something? Did a glitch remove the option? Missing pack/content on PS5
A couple of hours ago, i couldn't load to my saved world due to a 'missing content' warning. One of my downloaded packs had been unplayable, said on the notice "1 required pack need to be loaded/installed", if i play with the save anyway, "contents from unloaded packs will be removed, potentially making the save corrupted and unplayable" there's an option to keep playing with missing content and 'view packs', when i clicked on the latter, its said that i owned the pack and can't seem to do anything else. Hey I reported this a few times but no one ever got back to me. I am still missing items from my game that I paid for… the early purchase incentives. I can drop the receipts if you need. I got high school years early and I had the speaker chair and light before but it disappeared from my game and never came back. I would like to have them if that’s okay cause I brought it early full price to get them, if it waited I could have got it on discount. So let me know if I can get them in my game please, thank you I think it’s the same for that love struck bed, I dunno I’ll check it later, it’s mainly this speaker that I’m vex about cause it’s the only nice speaker in game.Solved78Views0likes4CommentsGame no longer "sleeps" when Xbox does, shuts down instead.
After the 8/19/25 update, my game will no longer "sleep" when the Xbox does. I used to be able to turn on my console and hit "resume" for the Sims, where once in, the last lot I was in or CAS screen is still actively loaded. Now, the only option upon waking up my console is "play," so the game has to reload completely every time. This used to never happen unless the game received a major update every so often, and it'd only be once. My load times are brutal, so now I can't just sit down and play like I used to be able to.Solved94Views3likes4CommentsMissing bonus content from pre-order - console profiles
Hoping someone can help! I’ve just realised that I don’t have the bonus content for Enchanted By Nature or Growing Together available. I play on console and me and my partner have our own profiles - he bought these expansion packs for me as gifts on his own profile (so I didn’t get notification of the receipt). The bonus content is available on game on his profile but not mine, is there anyway to connect them? He has no interest in playing and had purchased for me - is there any way to swap it in some way? So I purchased the Sims 4 City Living pack a while back and it worked fine for the longest time. But, a couple months ago, I noticed all my stuff from the pack suddenly disappeared from my inventory and from every build I had used it on. I can’t even access the world that came with it. But the pack (City Living) still shows that I own it. It just says I have to download to use. One, I’ve already downloaded it way back when I first bought it. Two, when I try to go see if it’ll let me download it doesn’t? As if it’s already installed. All my other packs work fine so I don’t understand. Please HELPSolved62Views0likes1Comment
Error Code 13- Opening Small Business
I’m not sure if this is just happening in my game, but ever since the Enchanted for Nature update, every time I try to open a new small business and then save, I get Error Code 13. All the small businesses I created before that update still work fine. Hey guys so I got the update on my ps5 it kicked 11 packs I have and they aren’t showing up anymore. I tried deleting the whole game and redownloaded all the packs and the 11 still aren’t showing up in my game at all. My data repeatedly corrupts
Every time I open the game, i get a pop up that says my data is corrupted, and I lose everything in my library. I'm on PS5, and luckily I have PS plus, so im able to retrieve the things I lose, so I download my latest cloud save, only for most of my hairs, clothing, and makeup to be missing from all of my saved, created sims dispite gaving all of my dlc installed I'm also unable to save in CAS, and if I attempt I get stuck on an infinite saving screen that never saves no matter how long I leave it. I can't say anything about gameplay or building as im mostly a CAS player, so the game has been quite literally unplayable for me. I made a post on reddit and have searched the internet for answers, but have been unable to find anyone else facing this issue I have almost all the dlc installed except like, two stuff packs and several kits, and im on the latest update. Ive even deleted and re-downloaded the game and all my packs several times, and am doing it again as we speak. I've also already restored my licenses several times as well. I have had a very rough two weeks, and want nothing more then to make (and actually be able to save) some new fairies and sims and get away from it all for a while, but I can't. Hi, I'm having trouble unlocking some trophies. I managed to unlock some by repeating the actions, while others, like Mischief Mastered and Over-Achiever, are impossible to unlock. To get around this, I thought about linking my EA account (**) to my PSN account (AlexanderProject, also created with alevicvos gmail.com) so I could access the online library/gallery and download other players' content. This brings me to another problem: I can't connect the accounts because AlexanderProject had already been linked to EA previously with a temporary email address that is no longer accessible (i don't even remember what email was it). Now to get access to the online services the game is asking for that specific email i don't have anymore. Please could you help me to connect my PSN ID: AlexanderProject (created with **) to my EA ID: je7a22swgm7g (also created with **)? I also bought a PS Plus subscription today because I thought that it was the problem preventing me from accessing the online library/gallery. Lost my packs when I used the same disk I used on my other Xbox.
Basically I have a "living room" Xbox and a "Bedroom" Xbox. when I first got my bedroom xbox I downloaded Sims by using the same disk I use in my living room. I got it signed in with the same account i used in the liveing room (theres 2 accounts that use sims 4 in the liveing room) It recognized i owned all the packs i did so i downloaded them in the bedroom xbox, but unfortunately it took away my packs in the living room xbox. So I re-downloaded the packs in the living room, it split the packs I dont feel its fair and I should have the packs I bought on bolth the Xboxs because it was on the same disk. The packs that got tooken from me are, Grow Together, Eco LifeStyle, Island Living, City Living, ParentHood, Tiny Living, Laundry Day, Toddler, Kids Room, Book Nook Kit, Blooming Rooms Kit, Bust The Dust Kit, & Coutry Kitchen Kit. DLC on xbox storage shows as installed. I'm having an issue where I can't play or use the items from the Enchanted by Nature pack. Despite having the DLC installed, Sims 4 says it isn't. I've reset and restarted my consoled, I've also uninstalled everything and reinstalled it twice. I recently downloaded the Businesses and Hobbies expansion pack. Since then I have been constantly receiving Error Code: 0 everytime I try to save and if my Sims travel from their home, all their furniture has disappeared when they come back. I really don't want to uninstall the add-on as it cost me literally fourty dollars, but I can't even play the game like normal. I have 5 other expansion packs, 4 game packs, and 1 stuff pack and none of them had this problem. I also have the Businesses and Hobbies pre-order content. I don't know why it's doing this. I downloaded the new update today on my PS5 and it keeps saying to login to my EA account to use online features. My Internet is working fine so this has to be an EA issue. Is there a way to fix this? Also, my Sims on my home screen have been stripped of their clothes and my female Sim no longer looks pregnant. I'm scared to fully load into my save.
