Ravenwood Graveyard NPCs wearing Paint Stained Clothes, and other Issues
This is the first time I have been to Ravenwood since I bought a bunch of packs including AA. Suddenly I noticed a bunch of NPCs are dressing in this (see below images) at the Graveyard in Ravenwood (not all but 2-4 ish each visit). I also lost Waylon Warez (I think he disappeared after becoming an NPC for a Custom Venue Role), I stalked his usually places for days, leaving and returning multiple times. I also can't find him at the Custom Venue where I saw him before. I also cannot deliver a Gnome to Grim. I tried removing my mods but I think it got stuck in this glitched save. I realized that the selection was not where I thought it was, so this was just user error. Anyone else get these issues, before or recently? If this is just normal occasional glitches I guess I can start a new game, if not, I guess I can set up a bug report for each if they happen in the next save.
Dining out Broken
Hello I wondered if anyone has any suggestions to how I might fix dining out, It's totally broken for me, when I visit there is no NPC to host or cook or sever, also if I buy a retail I can hire staff but when I click open noting happens, I have reported this as a bug but nothing is being said I think it's gone cold no one else seems to be having this issue. I am on xbox next gen so I have no mods nor can I use any. I own all pack apart from adventure and fairy pack and a few kits. I have uninstalled and re uninstalled but nothing seems to work if anyone has a any ideas what I could do I would appreciate it because I miss dining out so much it's a big part of my game play.
Unable to complete: "join t-pose challenge"
I've been playing my current household for at least a year now, with 3 sims going through highschool it seemed like t-posing was common place and always happening in the halls but ever since I gave my current sim the "admired icon" aspiration, t-posing NEVER happens so I'm stuck and unable to complete the aspiration. No other students will do it and I have no option for my sim to even start doing it. I've tried letting a few days pass in game and playing a different household, hoping to reset the school but it didn't work. How can I fix this?
Is anyone also having this problem?
For the past few days when I try to let my sims cook they stop in the middle of cooking and when i try to let the resume it says they can't get there but it is like right in front of them, I have try moving the bowl, repairing my game even restarted my game but they still won't cook , I don't have any mods that can cause this problem so I don't know what to do anymore. Does anyone know how to fix this?
No Live or Build & Buy Mode
CAS is working as usual, but when i try to load up a household to play in Live Mode, i get taken back to world management - same as when i try to just renovate a lot. i've turned off mods and cc, cleared the local thumb cache and restarted both the game and my pc multiple times trying to fix this issue. it is literally unplayable and extremely disappointing.
NO contractor
I've recently started playing For Rent and reviewed YouTube tutorials and read the in-game help. My problem is that whenever there's an event at one of my properties, I cannot call a contractor. The option does not show up on my phone. All custom content has been disabled. I don't even play with it in my game anymore.
missing Nature's Calling Event rewards
So two or so days ago I reinstalled the game to play the new Forever Friends Event and when I loaded up my save that I do all the events with I got the pop up that said that something from build mode was removed and then I also had the pop up that said that something from CAS was removed. That save is purely base game and I also don't have any CC or Mods installed. At first I didn't notice anything missing but after a while I realized that the Touch Grass Weekly, Issue #3 and also the Rings of Growth Tattoo were missing from my game. They also don't appear in other saves and when I try to get them through rooms/sims from the gallery I also get the pop ups again that say that something was removed. I'm sure that I finished the Nature's Calling event and that I used to have these rewards in my game. In the save that I do these events with I even have a notification that says that I completed that collection. I tried to repair my game but that didn't help so now I don't know what to do to get them back.Problem with my teen-merman sim
I only noticed this problem a couple days ago, so I am not sure when it exactly started. I am having an issue with self-selecting my male teenage sims ONLY when he is in his mermaid form, the problem being it won't let me select him at all when I am playing as him. The pie menu doesn't even pop up. The weird part is, I have a female adult sim who is also a mermaid, and I have no issues with selecting her while she is in her mermaid form. I am only having problems with him. I got rid of my all my mods to see if they were the issue, and I still cannot select him while in his mermaid form. I also tried repairing my game, and that has done nothing either. Any ideas?Can't travel from non-home lots
if i want to travel from my homelot everything's fine (mostly, the city living world isn't accessible, the other ones work). However i can't leave from other lots (if i press the home button- that works. but just travelling doesnt't. At least not from the romance festival-lot). If I try to travel with my sims, the loading screen appears, but that's it. no world map, no chance to leave except to close the game via strg+alt+entf i'm not using any mods either.My game keeps getting stuck on the loading screen
Whenever I try to play a my sim family by clicking on a lot, the game gets stuck on the loading screen and I can't access the gameplay. I've already tried the following steps to fix the issue: Deleted the localthumbcache.package file. Moved my Mods to my desktop Repaired The Sims 4. Even after these steps, the issue persists. I can reach the main menu and the map/lobby screen just fine, but as soon as I click on a lot or play game to enter the game, it gets stuck in the loading screen indefinitely. What can I do to resolve this issue ?
Game crashes after starting a custom wedding
Recently, I bought the wedding stories pack. This was my first time trying a custom wedding. I created a custom wedding via my sims' phone. after filling everyting in, I pressed the final button and I immediately went to a travelling screen without sims attached. I decided to travel to the house of my sims. the screen loaded, and I went straight back to the travelling screen. I tried the same again and then the whole game crashed and shut down. This is one of many very few times sims 4 has done this to me but like this was a first.
My only issue as of late...
I play on Xbox One and I know a lot of people have been experiencing issues. I can play the game just fine except one tiny issue that I can not figure out. I have a pond on my households property. Even though I place the fising sign and stock the pond it will not let me fish in the pond on my property. However I can fish at other locations. Seems to be secluded to my property and pond. Any ideas on how to fix this?Infinite load screen
I'm not getting a last exception or anything every time i try to load into lots this happens. currently trying to go to the willow creek hidden hospital and it gives me infinite load screen. i have repaired the game, I've removed mod folder to get a fresh one. idk why this keeps happening. i don't play vanilla however all mods are up-to date. clearly playing vanilla is also having this issue. this is making my game completely unplayable. i cant make a new save file as my pregnant sim will no longer be pregnant and i cant transfer game saves unfortunately to a clean save...
My sims can travel to other lots but can never return
OK, that siounds pretty dramatic. Actually what happens is if I send a sim to a communiy lot they can go and enjoy themselves but the moment they start to head back home the game locks up and the plumbob image just sits there eternally. I always have to toggle to Task Manager and kill the EA app. Then relaunch the game and I am right back to the last save point in my game. It is getting to be rather irritating. Sims can still go off to work and school, but those things are rabbit holes. I haven't noticed any problem with high school students returning from high school.
