Any photos taken with the phone or camera?Are turning black
I've noticed ever since the most recent 2 patches. Any photos I've taken with the phone or a camera. Are turning black. I've had this issue in the past, but it was resolved, but I noticed it has since returned ever since the most recent 2 patches. I can no longer take photos because they turn black. I play on xbox one, so I have no mods or custom content.
Game packs
Hey guys so I got the update on my ps5 it kicked 11 packs I have and they aren’t showing up anymore. I tried deleting the whole game and redownloaded all the packs and the 11 still aren’t showing up in my game at all. It says installed everywhere and I can’t download it from my ps app onto my console either. Any advice would be great thank you :)))
Xbox one gallery issues
Hi guys I need some help. Im by no means a sims 4 technical wizz especially when it comes to the xbox. My sister turned 13 in january and just created an ea account to play on xbox, she tried to go onto the gallery but it popped up with a box saying “you cannot see content other people make because of how your account is set up”. So I removed all restrictions off of the xbox account so it definitely cant be that. And her EA account I tried to manage but all that comes up is about money for expansion packs etc nothing about the gallery. Is there anyone who knows how to resolve this and allow her to access the gallery?Can I transfer my save file from ps4 to pc?
ive been playing on legacy challenge for months now and im on gen4 and it's probably the most effort ive ever put in a family lol. Problem is that im getting rid of my ps4 (that's what I used to play the legacy challenge) and buying a gaming pc. So can I like transfer my save file to my pc? (Btw I saw some ppl suggesting that I upload my Sims on the gallery and download them from there and id really like to avoid that option if possible) and IDLC content disappearing
Multiple packs that have purchased have been getting removed and items from my creations are being deleted. I paid for these items and I have owned them for months/ years! what is going on? it's like you all are deleting the packs and their content. I worked so hard on my creations I could cry rn 😢
Can’t Save Game Xbox
Whenever I am playing a household, I run into the same bug in CAS. It happens when I use the cas.fulleditmode cheat and try to add a pet to my household. I can’t access the menu to save my game. I was able to click Done and get out of CAS, but in Live mode I also cannot access the menu to save. Whenever I click on Manage Worlds, it lets me select which save file I want and then doesn’t actually save. This has happened to 2 of my families and it makes the game unplayable.Save File Question
So I have 2 save files on my console. I play on a Ps4. In one save file I just play the game. Single character, pretty large house. The other save was simple so I could build the entire neighborhood of Newcrest. My question is, why are both save files the exact same size in my playstation storage information? I thought the save files were completely separate from each other? If so, I can't see that a single house and character could possibly add up to being the same size as 15 decorated lots and a single character. Is this a playstation thing perhaps? Thank you.
Packs on console won’t work!!
Hi I have bought loads of packs for the sims 4 and have never had a problem with using any of them on my console but all of a sudden it’s only showing that I have 3 packs when I don’t I have nearly all of them, I have uninstalled all of them and reinstalled them, tired resting my Xbox the lot even went to the help page to see if that helped and nothing is fixing my problem please can u help me!!! This all happened after the latest update on my sims game and it has messed up all my library and saves!Every time I try to make a foundation it has a melt down.
So my mother and I are trying to build her first home on the game. I have tried at least 10 times to make a simple foundation and everytime I get it to go up, something happens and I can’t add flooring, foundation decor, nothing. I go to put it back down, nada. I try reversing no, I try going in and out of build mode to see if that helps, NOPE! then I try to save it and I won’t loud my saves list, I even try to go back to the main menu and it gets stuck in freeze mode and won’t load. So I have to hard quit the game, iv tried everything but uninstalling and reinstalling cuz I made every person perfectly and that took me at least 4 hrs of game play alone xc. Plz help!
My game is not saving
I relinked my EA account, restarted my entire console. Built an entire home in the new world (as well as in Willow Creek), but when I save it gives me the notification about not being able to save my game. Why is this happening and are the console issues being worked on? So far there are two issues I have come across that have not been fixed with any of the updates/bug fix updates. ONE is the issue of not being able to filter the build/buy catalogue in order to search for items (in debug as well as not in debug). TWO is the issue of not being able to save my game even after restarting and creating a new save. These are issues that shouldn't be going on and if the game were correctly tested with and without other packs installed there would be no interference when new packs or kits are created. Please for the love of your business/career fix the game play issues perminantly.Unable to filter build/buy catalogue
I play on Playstation 5, I have been unable to filter the build/buy catalogue. I have tried almost everything to figure out why it isn't working. It started just after the "Nature's Calling" event began. I noticed it when I tried to filter "debug" while looking for rocks from the island living pack. I tried to filter the debug and had started to become very frustrated which caused me to just give up on playing. Why is the catalogue filter constantly going through this issue every time a new pack or kit is released or an event starts? Please fix this issue so console players can easily filter through the build/buy catalogue to create beautiful and amazing builds.Cats and dogs + Island living not working
Since the update i have not been able to use either of these packs. They show up as owned when i open the game and look at my packs but when i go to the add ons menu they don’t show up at all, only in bundles. I can’t access any of the content in either packs. Both packs are purchased on the console and not on disc.
Nature's Calling Event Rewards disappeared from inventory
Hello I'm playing Sims 4 on PS4 and all of a sudden my rewards from the "Nature's Calling" event have disappeared. The tattoo is not showing up, the bathing suit is gone when I go to the main event menu it says I've collected all my prizes but they're not in my inventory. I can't find an answer anywhere.
