sims have facial hair when showering/bathing
hi guys! completely unrelated to the recent update, just something that has been happening in my game for a while now! so, when taking a shower or a bath, my sims (especially male ones) appears to have a beard! funny thing is i have facial hair disabled in CAS. it's not bothering me that much since it disappears right after their shower/bath but i was wondering if i could fix it in any way. i'm using mods, i have a lot of them including MCC, copying hair, makeup, etc to all outfits hasn't really helped, if anyone could give me tips it'll be much appreciated ! thank you so much in advance ! ^_^
Has anyone else noticed glitches after the new update (9/18)?
I was playing and at my sims wedding when i went to order drinks, it froze and i had to force quit my game and basically restart it all from the last save. I dont have any CC/mods and after i repaired my game i restarted the game and started playing again, only for my aspiration to restart as well (its the famous actor and it is trying to say my sim isn't an adult or an actress even though they just got the commercial gig.) just wondering what to do/if this has happened to anyone else.Small Business Customers wont buy something
the small business pack is so unplayable..... i opened a smal shop at my home lot. for 1 to 2 days it was working fine. on the 3th day the customers are only standing outside my shop and not buying anything or the just come, talk with others or want to talk to my sim. that is realy annoying. the customers should come, buy things and leave. no talking, no socializing..............just buy the things that my sim offers......Maids don’t complete all cleaning tasks
I hired a maid, and they will leave before cleaning all areas. They seem to only pick up trash/diapers and dispose of it, but it’s not all the time. The maids often skip a lot of the cleaning tasks such as cleaning the toilet and shower, and washing dirty dishes.cant load into my sims life
it lets me in the sims app and see all my sims but it wont let me go further, I'm basically stuck on that manage world menu page and i cant go into any of their lifes. I've deleted all modes and turned it off but its still not letting me in properly. added a example of where I'm stuck and cant do anything from there. game is lagging so I cant send my original menu.
Can't even play a game
Hi, I've been playing the sims for a long time, I've recently just took a break and now when I finally get back into the sim of things, I can't load into a game. I got on after it said 'All up to date' to start a brand-new game. spending at least a long time in the CAS, I finally go to pick my location, press 'move in' and I'm immediately hit with an error code. No big deal, right? So, I go check and update all mods I had and delete the cache, update my computer, make sure it's all good to go- even the game updated again so after repairing the game from the EA app, I get back on the game to be met with the same thing even if I went to other saved games. Regardless, I still continued on and turned off mods and still it did not work as I've tried everything I have in my power to do. Seeing that I looked it up and others have had the same issue as well- some did not even have mods in the first place and they had the issue. If there's any way of looking into this, please let me know if there's anything I can do. Thanks.Game will not load.
This started yesterday when I was trying to launch my game. It just would not launch. I opened the EA app and tried launching it from there and the game would not load. A yellow bar then popped up saying it is taking longer then normal and to hold tight. It never loaded. I cleared cache, restarted app, deleted app and reinstalled app, everything that they say to do in troubleshooting I have done. When I reopened the EA app it said I needed to download my game. It was never uninstalled. I was then told to uninstall the game from my computer and reinstall it but now it will not load or reinstall. I'm sure this is a issue with the ea app but was told to do this for help. Everything on my end is up to date.Trying to feed a baby in Sims
Trying to care for baby in Sims is like… Command Feed the baby Sim stands and stares, clears queue. Command Feed the baby Pick up baby, stand, put baby down, walk away Command Feed the baby Sim sits on bed Command Feed the baby Places baby on floor Command Feed the baby Changes to chat with baby Command Feed the baby Clears queue immediately, walks off Command Feed the baby Picks up baby, stands for ten seconds, places on floor. Baby has now soiled itself and needs to be changed. Baby is now in the orange with hunger. Command Feed the baby Changes to chat with baby Literally just went through this. Took three sim hours to feed baby and change it. Have three kids. Game is literally stressing me out fr lol. Having real kids isnt this crazy. No cc or mods used. Like EA, please fix basic glitches like this instead of just churning out new packs every 2-3 months!!!!
glass floor tiles from Island living...
So, I'm trying put glass floors in my house. As stated in my title of this post, I'm using the tiles from Island living. I'm sure many of you know that because these tiles are not considered a build item you have to place them one by one... My problem is that when I hit shift It only lets me place so many tiles before holding shift stops working and I have to restart my game to get it to work again. I don't know if this is a bug in the game or a problem with my keyboard/laptop but any help resolving this issue is welcomed. Thank you in advance... OH, I've already cleaned my keyboard of any possible obstructions, and I currently have no mods installed.Households won't load and goes back to the world's screen without an error code
I have tried multiple solutions and nothing appears to be working, I've deleted and installed the game, 50/50 method with mods, everything and nothing is working. Lastexception attached below I play on my MACBOOK AIR lastException.txtCan't Load Into Household
Hello, it's as the title says, when loading into a new save, I was booted back to the map/neighborhood select! I read the "START HERE", so here's that info since I followed the instructions and I'm still being booted back after a new save: This is happening over multiple families, I've tried several saves. Yes, it's happening with newly saved games. LastException is in the attachments.
buggy high school day
Hello, I just had a new bug this morning. My class day was apparently very bad, even though I did all the daily tasks correctly. I did get caught clogging the pipes and got detention for an hour, but I did it, I went to class, I studied, and I did the gym as requested. And at the end of the day, I saw that the bar hadn't been raised, and I received a suspension warning, even though I've had an A for weeks... Still without CC or mod.even on pause, relationships that change
Hello, Big bug today. I think it'll be better when I restart the game. But when I asked my sim to go play ball with her best friend, she went outside alone, and I started getting tons of pop-ups telling me that she had become close friends with so-and-so. I paused it, and the relationship continued to change, as if they were having a very long conversation in a split second... Still without CC or mods.
