Not getting a new quest in the live event
I have tried for like a week to get a new quest in the current live event but I am not able to get one. This is honestly fairly annoying because I would like to complete the event, but it only has a few days left and so far I have unlocked like two new things.
Sneezy Much
I’m having this weird glitch with my infants quirks. It’s only with the sneezing quirk though. My sim is now a kid and randomly sneezes and glitches into baby form. I keep getting the pop up no matter the tasks he does. I also keep getting this moodlet about milk and he’s a kid. I do have toddler stuff pack, growing together and kids room stuff packs. I have over 35 packs and just started noticing this issues in a newer save file.Ghosts are stuck
I have an Xbox and I have the dine in pack. At one of my restaurants, they serve Spectral Spritzer It had turned my sims into ghost and it said it was temporary. But my sims have been ghosts for many sim days and I can’t seem to turn it off. I did research and it said it would last 8 sim hours but it’s been a long time. I can’t do anything with my sims besides ghosts interactions. I do not use cheat codes either and I don’t want to start. Plus, I don’t have any sims at the level to make Ambrosia. I don’t have the Life and Death pack.get to work bug?
I play modded (I took them off so I could see if it was them didn't work) I keep getting stuck at the loading screen when I click join to work (doctor) I did change the hospital so something prettier and thought it was too big but when it did finally send me to work I changed it to something smaller and it started glitching SO BAD. I don't know what to do...? I've tried repairing, I've tried restarting. I've tried everything idk what to do.household disappeard after update
i updated sims 4 and i tried to play with my household, but when i tried to select the household, it always threw me back to manage worlds and never let me choose any households. Then I shut the game and turn it on again and my household has just disappeard from everywhere. What is going on???
Gates on residential rental lots don't stay locked
I have a farm which is residential rental and everytime I start playing it, I need to relock all previously locked gates for different animals as they have become unlocked since last time I played and lock them. Otherwise animals escape. Gate's locks need to work also on residential rentals and stay locked, which gate is locked for what animal needs to save.community maker space and pottery
Hi This is a bug- think I've found the cause but wanted to share. I made a community space in glimmerbrook and voted it to be a maker space. When my sim tried to visit it came up with the error that asks you to restart your game, then the lot had a red triangle over as if it was incomplete however all 4 versions were all complete in build mode. On a whim, as it's from a newer pack, I took out the pottery equipment, and swapped it for robotics, and this resolved the error. I haven't tried replicating it, and this save has never had mods.cant invite sims to stay over
hi! ive been looking all over internet for answers and found nothing. my sims family invited themselves over to my house to help me care for my newborn. my sister aged up to a toddler while staying at my house. i went into cas on my sister and edited all of her outfits now that she aged up. i went back into game, it had me playing as my family instead of me, i go to manage worlds to go back and play as my sim with the newborn, and then my family says their goodbyes and leaves my house even tho they were supposed to be staying for 4 days. (they left 2 hours into the stayover after i CAS my sister) now i tried to invite them all back and its showing nobody in my family to invite other than my toddler sister instead of my sister, mom, and dad. its not a mod issue bc ive already tried seeing what would conflict. its very frustrating because i already made rooms for everyone and wanted the stay over to happen. i even tried going back to old saves and no luck. HELP?!
Does the Necrocall spell even work?
In my game all of the Goth family have passed away except for Bella ( but there are many new children in the family). I also noticed the grave stones for Cassandra and Alexander in the yard so I wanted to resurrect them because I knew they hadn't died of old age. But first I had to move some of these new children off the lot because the family was full with 8 sims. I had a spellcaster come over tne visit and try to call their ghosts out of their resting place with the Necrocall spell. But noting hapened. So I ddn't know if the failure of the spell was due to the family being full already so it couldn't bring back two additional family members or maybe there is just a bug with that spell. So I created a new sim and house across the street and then had two of the adult children move over there and live with the strange guy in that house. I was thinking maybe creating a cult and make all the members where unusual outfits....but I digress. Regardless, even with the openings now in the Goth family I still couldn't get the spell to work and bring the ghosts of Alexander and Cassandra back. Then I would have used the Dedeadify spell to bring them back to the living. I have no idea what happened to Mortimer. He must have died on some other lot.
Worlds won't load
My worlds won't load. I have stopped Microsoft from backing up my files I have also removed the mods I have installed; I have also deleted my families. I restarted my program created a new family restored any default settings and once I made a family and I tried to place them in the world and the world reloaded without the family loading.
[AA] Is there a guide to triggering formative moments?
I am trying to get my child sim to achieve all the formative moments, and so far she has 24, but I know that is less than half of them. There are some formative moments that I don't know how to trigger, such as "Be Inquisitive about Health". She has played with the doctor set several times; I even bought a second set, but there is never an option for her to take on this formative moment. When I click on her to get her to "take on a formative challenge", it often says that there are no new ones available for her. Is there a guide somewhere to how each formative moment can be triggered (I'm not talking about how to achieve them once they have been triggered)?
