Only about 1/10 of debug EP, GP, SP, and Kit items not available
Yesterday I downloaded the Riveria Retreat kit from Microsoft for Xbox. Opened the game after kit content installed and first time it looked like a new game (EA agreement, screen adjust, then no save files) so I closed out and restarted it again. 2nd time it had my save files, but EVERY item from EVERY add-on showed new, not just the Riveria ones AND when I use ShowLiveEdit, I only have about 1/10 of debug items from the EP, GP, SP, and Kits I own. All BG debug items appear to be present. Using Xbox Series S so no mods or CC to cause issues. Yes I've checked filters and no there aren't any. Have you seen/heard this before? Fix?An expansion I purchased was removed.
About two years ago, I purchased the "Road to Fame" expansion through the PlayStation Store. This expansion was on PS Plus when it was removed. It was also removed from my account, even though I bought it years ago, back in 2021. I've tried everything, but the expansion still doesn't appear. It doesn't even appear in my purchase history, but I clearly remember when I bought it because it was one of my favorite expansions.Game is unplayable yet again on CONSOLE
I sincerely cannot play my game anymore. Aspirations dont complete. I can’t invite ANY sims to ANY place even those in my own household. My sims are randomly mean to each other even though they have amazing compatibility and high friendship and love between them. I have spent money on packs and it seems like the more i buy the more broken this game is. And the lack of care to console players is apparent. if anyone can help that’d be appreciated.My entire library is wiped
So I play The Sims on PlayStation. I was trying to take my sim and make her base game compatible so that way I could upload her without having to fuss about people not being able to download her because of too many packs. I was in a save file and specifically change Sim mode, when I realized I couldn't save the Sim to my library. It said my library was full so I started deleting a bunch of EA builds that I never used. And then it said it couldn't access the proper servers to save anything to my library. So I figured it couldn't hurt to try and restart the game, but it buffered the closing screen wouldn't go away and there was no way to exit out of it so I had to turn the entire PlayStation off. When I turned it back on everything seemed to be fine I went back into the safe and successfully managed to save the Sim to my library. However my entire library was gone, my builds, households, but most of all I made picture packs for my Sims. Taking photos in The Sims is truly the worst so I dedicated a save slot to taking pictures I then put all the pictures in a room and save that. I never published them because they were for my own decor use. And I constantly replaced that saved file with other picture saves thinking they were safe in my library. Because I never encountered an actual error code that shut the game down I can't restore that version of the game to try and see if my library is on it. And I did try to restore the license as someone else said on here but it seemed to corrupt my save file as it removed anything that wasn't base game CAS from my sim. I did eventually manage to fix it by trying it again. Genuinely don't know what to do I just want my photos back fmlConsole and newest 2025 update
I have an Xbox I believe it's a one x or s? It doesn't have a disc slot I know that much. I decided to update my game after it wouldn't let me play it without the update. Then I get news that this new update is broken and will corrupt save files. What do I do? I press the cancell all button to make absolutely sure the update does not continue in my cue. YOU'D THINK that this just cancells every UPDATE in the cue BUT NO. It completely uninstalled my game and all of my packs for some reason. Now I'm stuck redownloading the game and all of my packs for hours and most likely will be forced to update my game either way. Thanks Xbox you really made a good decision with that one. Anyways, does anyone else have this issue? Maybe any reports on whether or not console saves have been corrupted yet? This seems much more common and talked about with PC players than anything.Not sure what to call this.
I don't even know if this can be described as a bug but the issue I have been having is as soon as I load into my household, the screen freezes and starts shaking. I cannot interact with the game at all during this, and it lasts about 10-15 seconds. And this has been happening everytime I load into my game for the last 2 weeks. I've also been experiencing more crashes while saving, that has never been an issue for me before. I'd appreciate any info on what is causing this issue and how to resolve it. I'm on PS5 and my game is up to date. Thank you.Packs not loaded/installed
When I try to resume my save I played 12 hours ago a notification pops up that says "51 packs need to be loaded/ installed for this save". When I go to my library and got to manage game content it shows that all 56 of my add one are currently installed but that's not the case in game or in the Playstation store. I'm so confused since I played 12 hours ago and everything was fine. What should I do?Problem with loading screen/terms acception
I had a problem when I entered The Sims 4: when I tried to press the “press any button to start” option, this screen came up (attached in the picture). I think this might be the terms or some agreement or something similar, but there’s no option to either exit it or accept it. My game has been updated and reinstalled on the PS4. What could be the problem? It has been doing this for 2 weeks, so the game is unusable. I look forward to your reply! Best regards, Lili
Can't play for more than 10-15 minutes
I play on xbox, since September 1st ive been building a home for my new sims I was able to build the home. I moved the sims in and have tried to put their belongings into this new home. 10 to 15 minutes of build mode the screen turns black and takes me to my home screen on xbox and I have to load everything again. It'll open up to when I moved the sims into the new home but when I tried again to move their items from home storage into the home it did it again. I have Uninstalled the entire game(add ons and all) and reinstalled it I'm still currently having the same issue.
Can not access to the online galery from Ps4
Impossible to be connected to the online galery and share my sims/building stuff. It's also impossible to link the EA account to the game (I went in the game options "others" and even if I click on many times to link the account nothing works : no error message nor else. Just nothing as if I didn't click on. This is so annoying because I can't do challenge and share my creations. I'm playing on playstation 4. Please help ! ThanksEssential Glam bug
I just bought the new essential glam kit on my ps5. However, none of the items are showing in cas. I was trying to put it on my teen, but when it wouldn’t work I thought maybe it was only available for young adults and older, but it still doesn’t show up. It gives me the option to filter with that pack so I know the purchase worked, but it says no items are available.Startup bug
Sometimes when I turn my Sims4 on there is this bug where it will restart my game as if i’m starting from scratch, so i always have to turn it off. It usually takes 2-4 times to turn the game back on before all my data and packs come back. If you could try and sort this bug out i would really appreciate it.My Cursor Won't Stop Moving
When playing Sims 4 on a Xbox console, my cursor continues to move. It will scroll up all the way, and then it was scroll down all the way. Which makes playing very difficult. I like to build a lot and I um have trouble in the building and gameplay because of the movement of the mouse cursor. I've been trying to figure out why this is happening, because my controller was working for Sims, 4 back 2 days ago, normally without having this problem, and then it just started up. I wondered if it was a glitch or if it is my controller.But I wanted to make sure that it is a glitch before I decide to buy a new controller.
