Sims 4 Cats & Dogs Pack
Today I bought the cats and dogs expansion packs as well as the city living. the city living seemed to install fine, but my cats and dogs pack wasn't showing any of the items in build mode, so I went to settings in the game and it said “expansion pack unavailable”. I went to Microsoft store and it was installed, so I reset the game, uninstalled the pack and reinstalled it, and it still isn't working. Does anyone know the solution to this?Purchasing Packs on Walmart
Hi! I have bought packs before on walmart for my xbox one and have had success. I now have a ps5 and wanted to get them again. I seen that they really only have xbox one and pc versions. They only offer bundles of sims4 plus a pack for ps4… which I already have the game installed for free. If I purchased the pc version but redeemed if for my ps5 would it work?

what is going on with this game I don't even feel like playing it because it's so hard to play because nothing works and everything was fine and so I put in royalty and legacy and it's ruined everything the walls are ruined because my sim got stuck with her tenants in an apartment that's not even being rented. she's showing up to the event that is for fitness with a completely different outfit on that she's never wore before and that's not saved and I tried everything to fix all this it's a lot of stuff that's not working and I mean bad. it's unplayable practically. what are you guys going to do about this? I spend so much money on these games and I'm not spending no more until you guys fix this crap. a bunch of engineers and techies can't fix it?? I don't understand. this game has gotten completely out of control it don't work right. it doesn't work at all. fix it man. and you know what else why are there no mods for people that they can download on console I feel like it's such a horrible thing you're doing to people on console when it's absolutely downloadable.Robotic Arm Stuck
I’m playing on Xbox doing a no cheats run, and I just wanted to change my Sim’s outfit but the robot arm from the Discover University pack will not come off. I’ve tried editing in CAS, changing outfits, switching careers to trigger different work uniforms, putting on event costumes, travelling to different lots, and even turning the Sim into a vampire to see if it would reset anything. Nothing’s worked. I really don’t want to use cheats, has anyone found a fix for this?
Entire Game Lost After Save / Save Issiue
Hello, I am playing The Sims 4 on PlayStation 5. I have been using the same save file (“Save 9”) for several months. Recently, I created a new family and saved the game using the same save slot. After reopening the game, all my previously created families, houses, and progress were completely gone. The save slot is still visible, but all previous content has been replaced. I did not manually delete any data. I was not aware that saving over the same slot would permanently overwrite months of progress without any recovery option. I have already checked both Console Storage and Cloud Storage on PS5. There is no older version available to restore. Is there any possible way to recover a previous version of this save file on PS5? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.My games keep getting deleted and I don't know why,
when I go on my Xbox one it takes a while starting up the loading screen and freezes when I get past that after it has finally loaded it makes me read the user agreement and after all my games are gone and I start over before anyone says do I save,? Yes I do save or I wouldn't be making this complaint
