Game not working
Having issues with my game. Most of my packs aren’t working. I can’t even play the game. I try loading a saved game and it says some content is missing and needs to be loaded or installed in order to play. When I try clicking the view packs option nothing happens. Nothing loads. But it says if I play the save without the content it could corrupt my game and make it unplayable? What do I do??Game doesn't launch unless I launch another game b4 it
Every few weeks i will try to launch the sims and it will say loading took to long and close. I usually check for updates for my other games b4 launching anything so the system will process all the DLC. Yesterday i tried to open sims and got the loading message so i closed the game and launched Baldur's Gate 3 once i got to the menu i closed it and tried to launch sims again and it loaded no problem. This has been happening off and on for months now. I play on an Xbox Series S and Ik its not bc of my internet.I have to launch a different game b4 trying to launch the sims

Xbox Series X constant crashing after marketplace update April 2026
Playing on Xbox Series X as many others have mentioned, when launching the game, you must close every single purchased pack announcement window. If I am lucky enough to make it through the game will either crash while closing the windows or crash immediately after closing the last one. The game is 100% unplayable since the marketplace update. Really unfortunate since I already purchased marketplace packs and have not been able to use them ONE SINGLE TIME. As I am writing this message, the game was on the welcome screen and crashed. This is unacceptable...
Any news in fixes before any more money is spent
My teen is begging me to buy her more of the packs for the computer (which I have already purchased all of them them for the PlayStation) while they’re on sale for the mid-summer sale and I’ve said “No. Absolutely not another cent until I can log into he PlayStation and play my characters again. I’ve spent over a thousand dollars on a game I can’t even play anymore.” It crashed when you save it on the PlayStation. Thus you can’t play it. Any news on whether or not that’s ever going to be fixed?! There’s no way in heck I’m going to play for her to add packs and kits just for it to stop working too. What’s in the works for fixing this?Cannot enroll into university
Ive attempted to enroll my sim into uni a few times, I get to the last part of enrollment and press confirm. The tick gets greyed out but the screen is stuck on the moving part. Ive tried going into manage worlds, but when I do, my sim vanishes from the game entirely. The only way I can get it all back is shutting the game down and opening it back up again.
