"Move lot" pointer bug on the screen as soon as I go into a specific lot.
As soon as I open one specific lot I've been working on lately in Sulani (on building mode), a "move lot/house" pointer shows up and is not letting me do anything more after I click on the "check" button. Can't click on anything on the lot, the lot itself is completely frozen. Playing on xbox.Missing dlc
I recently transferred from the Xbox one to the Xbox series and was able to get almost everything moved to the new console, but 8 of the packs I paid for are showing up as unowned, when I went back to the Xbox one to check they were still available so how do I get them to the Xbox series? (I tried restarting, clearing local save, redownloading, and switching between profiles)My games keep getting deleted and I don't know why,
when I go on my Xbox one it takes a while starting up the loading screen and freezes when I get past that after it has finally loaded it makes me read the user agreement and after all my games are gone and I start over before anyone says do I save,? Yes I do save or I wouldn't be making this complaint
Entire Game Lost After Save / Save Issiue
Hello, I am playing The Sims 4 on PlayStation 5. I have been using the same save file (“Save 9”) for several months. Recently, I created a new family and saved the game using the same save slot. After reopening the game, all my previously created families, houses, and progress were completely gone. The save slot is still visible, but all previous content has been replaced. I did not manually delete any data. I was not aware that saving over the same slot would permanently overwrite months of progress without any recovery option. I have already checked both Console Storage and Cloud Storage on PS5. There is no older version available to restore. Is there any possible way to recover a previous version of this save file on PS5? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.My Library gone? (Console PS5)
Hi I recently just saved a new build to my library and noticed everything I’ve had saved in the last 4-5 years are completely gone all of a sudden from my library. I have no idea what happened or how to fix this issue. It’s completely devastating knowing all my saved lots are gone! 😭 please help! I’m also receiving a system error code when trying to place a specific lot as well..
Can’t transfer funds when splitting households.
I am currently unable to split any of my funds from my main household to the new household. When clicking the arrow to transfer funds, nothing happens. When clicking on the box to manually enter the amount of funds, you’re able to enter an amount when the keyboard comes up but when hitting enter the funds stay at 0. I am playing on an Xbox series s. I do not/can’t use mods. My game is fully updated to the latest version.
Game freezes at welcome screen
I'm not able to play the game since yesterday, I'm playing with Cloud subscription with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. I have tried from my Samsung smart TV and PC with cloud, after i log in into my Xbox account screen freezes charging the game, it can stay like this for minutes and then game stop working. Since I started playing it, I have had crashes that would unexpectedly end the game and force me to play from my last saved game, but this latest problem has made it completely unplayable.Only one save file won't upload builds to gallery
I'm not sure if I should post this here or in bug reports but I've been having this issue for while (probably at least a year). I've only noticed this problem in one of my save files. When I try to upload a build to the gallery (either publicly or just to my library), it seems as if it has successfully uploaded, but when I go to my library the build isn't there. There is no error message of any kind. I don't have any mods or custom content or anything like that. I play on xbox. Is there a way I can fix this without starting over?
PS5 – First-Time Setup Screens Appear Every Launch
Hi, I’m having an issue with my game on PS5 (digital PS4 version, no disc). Every time I launch the game, it behaves like it’s the first time opening. On every launch I get: EA User Agreement Screen adjustment calibration Sims Delivery Express (SDX) notification “Welcome” popups for expansion packs (sometimes all packs) My saves persist correctly and gameplay works normally. Households load, manual saves stick, and DLC remains installed. I have already: Deleted the game and all saved data Reinstalled fresh from the PlayStation Store Restored licenses Rebuilt database Confirmed Console Sharing is enabled Started a brand-new save after full wipe Even after a completely clean reinstall, the issue continues. Is this a known issue with the PS4 version running on PS5? Is there any workaround for the repeated first-launch sequence? Thanks.My Game is Broken
Ever since buying the new pack I can’t or play my game at all now, at first my save button was not working and now I can’t even place sims in a new home without the game telling me to restart the game and losing everything I just made that and houses I build disappearing as soon as I click the back buttonGlitching
Since I started playing with the Royalty & Legacy game pack this week my game has been coming to a glitch getting stuck to where I have to restart the game. I can't save it or go out of the household or anything and this week I noticed this. Last week I wasn't having this issue. Has anyone else experienced this issue?The Sims 4 wont load past sign in on PC Xbox Cloud Gaming
I have played the sims 4 through PC cloud gaming just the other day. Now, the game launches to the start menu. It asks which Xbox profile to select. Once I select my profile, the game is stuck in the loading screen and nothing happens. If I hit 'Enter' on my keyboard, the stream automatically disconnects and sends me back to the Xbox App. I am not sure what to do because all of the tips are to verify files. I have no files since I am streaming the game. I tried redownloading the app, I tried using a browser, I tried my phone, and I get stuck at the same spot. Any suggestions?
Glitch
No matter what I am doing in the game, it will glitch out, not allowing me to do anything further and I have to shut my game off and reopen it. But no matter how many times I restart the game it just glitches out again and I have to do the steps all over again. I won't be able to play until this is fixed.
