Load Game Lost
Platform: Xbox I noticed my save had reverted to a 2019-era household, even though all my content/packs are up to date through 2026. After restarting the game to try to force a cloud sync, nothing is happening I discovered the game was not connected to the network/EA servers, which may be why sync failed. I have not created a new save or overwritten anything I backed out of the game. I’d like help restoring my most recent save from EA’s cloud backup, if available.
Game won’t open on Xbox S with maker packs installed.
I started purchasing maker packs a few months ago, and never experienced problems with them until today. My game suddenly crashed while I was playing, and wouldn’t restart. I tried hard resets on my Xbox twice; that didn’t help. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and add-ones, but that didn’t help. When I deleted saved data, and restarted my Xbox, the game would start, but as soon as I redownloaded my owned maker packs and restarted the game to make sure the packs were available to use, the game refused to open. I tried adding maker packs one at a time, but even with just one pack installed (it didn’t matter which one), the game wouldn’t open. As soon as I deleted the maker packs and restarted, I could open the game. The most recent maker packs were purchased two days ago, and the game worked fine with them all installed until today. I refuse to play without content that I paid for, so I would appreciate help in finding a solution to this problem.
Mouse Select Button Lags
Since the 2.32 update, I have had issues using my mouse on Xbox. When I select something with the mouse, there will be a hesitation or lag before the item actually becomes selected. It happens virtually every time I try to pick an object or pick something for the Sim to do, I have to move the mouse around, wait a couple of seconds, and click a few times to make the mouse finally do its job. Hi, I know I purchased the cats and dogs expansion pack on my Medusa Xbox account. For some reason, it’s not letting me load into it or is trying to make me purchase it again. I’m not sure why or what the issue is but I bought it last year. I wanted to see if the same issue was on my laptop and it seems to be working fine.Corrupt
Unfortunately since the update for Marketplace came out for console, my PS4 will not work for Sims 4. Many updates later and my game still doesn't work, it actually now says error code and doesn't turn on the game. I truly believe pushing Marketplace CC onto console was the worst decision ever. As CC & Mods aren't compatible for console to begin with. Whatever coding is in Marketplace isn't working. I haven't been able to play Sims since the first ever update when console got Marketplace. Truly disappointed especially with how many updates later and it still isn't working.
[XB] Not able to launch/load the game
Unfortunately, I am not able to get the Bridgerton Login rewards, nor am I able to launch the game at all. Over the last week, I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall all my add-ons and the game itself. However, this didn't work. Thus, I have been forced to stop playing the game entirely because of the various bugs and issues. Also, I would like for the lockout gallery issue to be addressed along side this problem as well.
