My Sims Game won’t Redownload after an update
Hi! So I’ve had sims 4 on my Xbox for a while now and every time I go between home and college I have to update the game and the console. This time however I accidentally canceled the update and now it’s saying it can’t reinstall without a disk is there anyway to resolve this without having to rebuy all my packs and the game?The forever friends event
I’m playing on a ps4 and I can’t claim any of my awards that I have earned points to get to it’s still saying locked someone please help figure this out please and thank you because I’m really getting upset on how broken my game is and I might stop playing if I can get help from ea it’s like the read but don’t care about helping us console playersAdventure Awaits 2 world download
I just recently just purchased the Adventure Awaits Expasion pack for my Xbox One and I have found that when it installed, it is showing two of the same world on the manage worlds page. One of the worlds has just the major builds and when I tried to play it asked something about a rental thing, I said yes, though I'm not sure what it was for. The other world includes both the builds and lots. Not sure what I can do. I tried creating a Sim and clicking on one of the builds in the world that had no lots but it didnt do anything.
Game not saving
Why every time I play on any save even brand new ones does it not allow me to save my game it's not mods or anything I play on console so mods are not able to be used this has been an issue for awhile now the game is just unplayable at this point which sucks because I love this game and I have spent so much money on this game and the fact that it's like this is bull crap I hope the new owners of this franchise does it better than you have done because if I had to do a survey I would honestly give it one starBlank white screen appears
Hello, I don’t usually write on these but i don’t know what else to do. So lately when i try to open the game it wouldn’t start I would have to restart five times before it would load however since the update before the pack came out it’s been loading pretty fine so thanks for that. When I try to travel to a different world San Myshuno to be exact a blank white screen appears and won’t load. when I try to back out to pick another world it grey’s out and I would have to end up quitting the game and restarting. This is frustrating because some sims that are apart of my story line live in that world and I can’t access. I should be able to access this world and I’m unsure what is causing this issue since I play on console. I also found that a bigger household lags or is more prone to crash when traveling as opposed to a household with 3 to 4 Sims but the same issue happens no matter what household I use I can’t access that world
Sims 4 Forever Friends event week 2 issues.
Went on to do week 2, and completed some of the tasks, now I have the task to Buy a Modern Photo Frame, but it's not available in the buy mode, and I cannot collect it from the event UI as I dont have enough points for it. I've added screenshot of the tasks I have left and the event UI.
Don’t seem to be able to visit B&H lots since new pack
I had quite a few business and hobbies lots set up but now when I visit I don’t get the option to visit the business only the house and so can’t buy anything. Seems to have completely stopped functioning since the new pack. I have all packs and play on Xbox so now my customer lots aren’t functioning and not are my b&h ones eitherPool won't place, then build mode breaks (Xbox)
In build mode, I go to place a pool, and it doesn't place. Then, nothing will place (like objects, flooring, etc.) nor can I delete anything or really do anything in build mode at all. So, I go to save my game and reload it. Game won't save as save screen just goes round and round, build won't save or upload to gallery because it says it can't reach the server, and if I go to manage worlds, it stays stuck on the loading screen. It's really, really frustrating that I have to lose a build/not place pools atm because of this! Any soulutions?My kits are saying they are unavailable.
I am in need of assistance because I was trying to load into my game and it says that multiple kits are unavailable that I do have and that I do have installed. I've checked the pack selectors and it shows that they are purchased but unavailable. I have deleted my saved data and uninstalled the game but nothing is working. Any help, please?Update 2.20 did not restore gallery access on PS5
The latest update did not restore my gallery. Still no gallery at all Connected to internet? Yes Tried Link to EA in game options? Yes, over a dozen times Account linked on EA.com? Yes Account in good standing? Yes Tried full power down, wait, then reboot? Yes, many times over No gallery access since June 2025 update. Lengthy forum thread closed by EA as *solved* despite the fact that many Playstation players *never* got gallery access restored. Four months and counting Mods? Not possible on PS5Expansion packs disappearing/ need repurchasing
Hi I play on PS4 and loaded into my game this morning and as I clicked to load my last played household it popped up with a notification saying that 3 expansion packs were missing but when I was playing the game yesterday it was fine. Now it’s showing that I have to repurchase the expansion pack all over again and I refuse to pay for them again… can someone explain why this has happened please
Xbox Expansion Packs Don't Show on Game when I log in or try to play.
Ever since the most recent update was downloaded onto my xbox, whenever I sign-in and before i play a game it shows adverts for expansions I have already downloaded. Then when I go to play a saved game it says the expansions are not available and all data for those packs (should I choose to play) will be deleted. If i try to start a new game no items for CAS or Build Mode from those packs are available. Then i have to go through over an hours worth of logging on and off, turning the xbox on/off/on and trying to use a saved game but then not (as I don't want it to delete expansions I've paid for) until eventually they begin to start registering on the game bit by bit, when finally they all show as installed. I do not know why this is happening but it has neven been a problem before the update on September 23rd. I hope this is a problem that can be fixed as after speaking with xbox it is definitely an EA/Sims 4 issue.
