Missing Maker Packs.
I am missing my Maker Packs. I have followed the instructions to try to locate the missing Maker Packs: • Marketplace, • Browse, • Maker Packs. I have also spoken with Playstation Customer Care, and followed all of their instructions: • Updating The Sims 4 game, • Ensuring my PS4 game console is up to date on any system updates, • Restoring the Licenses for my games on my PS4. The additional issue's I am having are: 1.) The Maker Packs I purchased using Molla, are not appearing in my Purchase History. However, the purchase I made for Moola, does appear in my Purchase History. 2.) My Moola account balance is showing 0.
My save files keep corrupting and shutting off my system
Its happened 3 times now. I will load up the game and i get a screen telling me the saves are corrupted and then my system shuts off and i have to unplug then replug to get it back on. My system was working just fine until i deleted the game and then redownloaded it to try and fix the multiple bugs i was dealing with. Hulu even gets corrupted now. Idk what to doUnplayable (very long)
Look I promise I’m it trying to be super negative, I’m just frustrated and need to rant to people who may be able to give me solutions. I’ve been playing the sims for my whole life as most of us have. When I had a computer, I bought every pack for it, and went on to do the same thing for PS4 after losing my pc. I want to know if I’m the only one with this problem. I can’t play anymore, I can’t access the marketplace, because it won’t do anything. Game doesn’t freeze, but marketplace does. When in gameplay, everything stays choppy all the time. I don’t even get to see what my sims are doing, because they’re freezing, and I can’t have a household of more than one person. Shockingly I very rarely have crashes on my game, but gameplay just sucks. I don’t get to see all the fun interactions, or anything really. Just frozen sims standing around looking like idiots, 24/7. I even have to fight with it to send them to bed or the bathroom. I’ve gotten to where I just don’t let their needs decay anymore. The game just isn’t enjoyable anymore. I’m too busy fighting with it to make it work, instead of actually being able to play the game. I literally abuse that “reset sim” button, because it’s the only thing that works. I uninstalled it recently, and reinstalled it, and now I can’t access to my paid for expansion packs. Even though I’ve come to learn the game runs better without all the extra, does make it rather boring since I can’t download mods though, and I have spent a lot of money on this game, I would really like to be able to play it. I’ve considered it being my PlayStation, and even uninstall other games often to make it work. There has been a few times where the only game that I have installed is this dang game, and it still doesn’t run correctly. Do you get to experience smooth gameplay while playing on console? And if so, how do you achieve it? Because I just want to play my favorite game, which is quickly turning into my least favorite.
[GTW] [CHEATS] Alien Abduction Cheat Not Working
Hello ea forum devs uhm I’m not new to making reports but recently I’ve stumbled into a new save game since my last one crashed and I’m playing the pancakes household and I’m currently trying to use cheats to get Bob abducted since I’m too lazy to give him the scientist career but I don’t know if anybody noticed it before me but when I use the cheat interactions.push alienabduction_beabducted, it worked the first few times and I’ve not been able to get bob abducted after the first 2 times I’ve done it. Is this a bug because it never failed before and it’s been like 4 in game days since I could use them to abduct Bob. Sorry for wasting your time if it’s not note: I play on console so I don’t have access to mods or CC
Xbox save data error
So IDK when ea did this to our Xbox save datas or how this happened but I haven't touched my game in a full year since the royalty update came out and I go to play on my Xbox and all of a sudden my Xbox hits me with this glitch and says we aren't able to save any player data on this game anymore from this account please go to my games manage my game and save data and delete data and I clicked ok and closed the game I removed the other account data saved on my Xbox and reloaded the game it deleted my profile saves with me not deleting it and override it and when I launch the game it ask for my local save or my OneDrive save that was last saved in 2025 so I clicked that one drive and it's now loading that but is taking forever and to be honest it probably going to say I can't use this data because it's probably too big of a save data to load and I'm just sitting here wondering when did the sims 4 game not have a big save data file for Xbox and when it was shortened to the point I can't load any of my savesMy entire game got wiped - PS4
When i loaded up the game, it said that my saves were corrupted. I was able to get into the game and access my saves just fine yesterday so I have no idea what happened. The stuff I uploaded to my profile and my likes are all still there and now my gallery is filled with the maxis stuff. That last update messed my stuff up BAD. I had to laugh or I'd be sobbing. This is frustrating. Good news is that i can save to my library again so yay?Can't save to library or upload to profile - PS4
Since the 09/22 update my library got completely wiped and I can't download to my library or upload to my profile. I can't even download stuff from my profile. I can't create households, I can't add sims or tattoos from the gallery, and I can't upload to my profile, everytime I try I get the same message in the picture. I can save my game just fine. I've restarted my console, I've restarted the game, I've tried the game with/without wifi and nothing. Given this, the wipe, the game taking almost 5 minutes to completely boot up, and the insane amount of lag I've had since that update the game is unplayable and is just decoration on my homepage now.Maker packs stopping game from working
Xbox Series S - Maker Packs prevent Sims 4 from launching I’m experiencing the same issue on Xbox Series S. The Sims 4 launches normally when no Maker Packs are installed. However, as soon as I install a Maker Pack through Marketplace > My Collection > Manage Storage, the game stops launching and eventually gives me Xbox error 0x8027025A: “The Sims 4 has taken too long to start.” I have tested this with Maker Packs removed and the game works normally. I also tested installing Summer Trip by itself, with no other Maker Packs installed, and the game immediately stopped launching again. I have: Reinstalled The Sims 4 Completely restarted/power-cycled my Xbox Tried launching offline Confirmed this is my Home Xbox Cleared the Sims 4 reserved space Deleted local Sims save data and allowed it to resync None of these permanently resolve the problem. The consistent trigger is installing a Maker Pack. My existing saves also use Maker Pack content, so leaving Maker Packs uninstalled isn’t a workable solution because I cannot safely play those saves without losing/removing their content. after building a new build I managed to save the game and the house appeared to be on the map. But after saving the house went back to the original lot. come out of the game to see if it’s still there. It still appears to be on the map but I go to click on it and it comes up with the previous lot. is there anyway of fixing this? Probably a long shotPlacing an item in build mode, it will disappear but hold the space
This started after the most recent update. When I place an object, like a table, it will disappear but the chairs will still act like they’re clipped to the table. I can’t move the missing item or the chairs once they’re clipped to the missing table. I try to save the game and it spins endlessly.
my game keeps crashing when i load onto a lot
for like the past few days anytime i open my game i cant load onto any lot bc my game crahes before it can even finish loading. im on ps4 i dont know why this is happening. i dont think its bc of the new update bc i was able to play that no problem. i've already tried closing the game and reopening it and i tried restating my ps4.Error Code 102:7f6dd991:b7a9ed3b on Xbox since September update
Since the September 2026 update, I have repeatedly been getting the following error when trying to load my game: “The game failed to load. Error Code: 102:7f6dd991:b7a9ed3b. It is recommended that you relaunch the game.” I’m playing on Xbox and I don’t use mods or CC. The error wasn’t happening before the update, but since updating it has started appearing repeatedly. I’ve also previously continued playing and saved my game after receiving the error, so I’m concerned about whether this could have affected my save. I would really like to know whether this is a known issue with the current Xbox version/update, rather than an issue with my save becoming corrupted. Could someone please advise what this specific error code means and whether it is being investigated?Placing Lots
Sims 4 team ! love,love,love the new update changes and fixes but, the new Rockfield Highschool Maxis Lot Build from Mean Girls and Clueless pack has a lot of glitches and bugs going on. It takes forever for my teen Sims to do anything on this lot and I’ve never had an issue placing lots before in my saves. I always seems to have to reset my sims multiple times before the system actually catches up to do the task it’s frustrating.
