So what if small birds aren't the biggest threat!!!
community-update-tidal-strike To all my fellow "little bird" haters: have you seen the community update article? Is it true that the development team doesn't view that "Little Bird" as a threat? It’s unfair to compare it to IFVs or MBTs. Ground vehicles often get reduced to scrap by enemy infantry, aircraft, and other ground vehicles; plus, since so many players operate them, they rarely stand out on the scoreboard unless there is exceptional teamwork involved. The Little Bird is different, though. You’ll often see them in the top five of the scoreboard with a K/D ratio around 10. In fact, there are actually more IFVs and MBTs present in a match than Little Birds. Are you looking at data like survival rates, rather than just focusing on kill counts? And can you clearly present the data that supports your stance to those of us who loathe the Little Bird? P.S. To all the infantrymen who hate helicopters: if you can, please try taking a few potshots at them with your weapons. It might actually help out your teammates who are manning anti-air vehicles or guns! Just try shooting at a helicopter once to see how much damage you can actually deal. It also serves as a way to harass the pilot (though do watch out for return fire). That said, I do think adjustments to scout helicopters are absolutely necessary. And not just the miniguns, either!!!!!!!!13Views1like2CommentsEOD bot arm... What have you done!
Man I loved the EOD bot arm - just as it was. Was handy as hell. Smashed concreted / fences / boxes - anything that was in the way - to create a clear path. Was a awesome great little tool. Like I said - was. Now you have messed it up. It cant even smash through a wooden fence. Takes like 10 hits. There was nothing wrong with it as it was. Now its useless and I wont being using it. Shame you on guys for messing that one up. Dont fix stuff that isnt broken. If you wanna fix something - fix the **bleep** setting down the Deployable Cover - that 99% will not even deploy on flat surface beacause of a spec of dust? The amount of seconds and deaths that I have recieved whilst trying to find a suitable location for it - on a floor that is completely flat with nothing on it. You should be able to put it pretty much anywhere - on a flat surface or on bricks or certain corners. Kind Regards, KennyBGive us a larger attachment budget for our gun builds
Does anyone else feel like its almost pointless to continue leveling up a gun that your fond of because of the fact that we arent given enough points to spend on the attachments that you unlock without removing three other attachments that you already have equipped? For example you have a good build but in order to equip the new magazine that you just unlocked then you have to inbuilt half the gun.24Views0likes2CommentsWe need better weapon suppression
Doesnt matter if its assault rifle or sub. All guns should be causing more debris and smoke from bullets hitting objects especially concrete ..effectively causing enemy suppression and defense for the team. one thing thats bothering me ever since the start is the lack of this and realism as far as actual warfare goes bf4 did an amazing job of this bf3 and bf1 please bring it back side note its gotten way better since launch however its not on older titles level… i felt like i was actually in a gun fight on the older games this game is way smoother gameplay better but lacks these tiny details the make the game absolutely amazing from a warfare standpoint….Kingkay10176 hours agoSeasoned Adventurer15Views0likes0CommentsBattle pass improments

I have an idea for the EOD BOT. I know they're cycling game modes and in doing so they remove Obliteration from time to time. Now, I'm actually ok with that but because of the cycling game modes I feel like the EOD Bot isn't as reliable as it used to be. So if players aren't playing the Obliteration game mode, why not give the Bot a weapon? Something cheap and weak, like a semiautomatic pistol-like weapon. Something to do slight damage while staying in the battlefield and repairing friendly vehicles. This way players can use the EOD Bot as intended with slight versatility from time to time. I was also thinking the Support Role could also get their version of an EOD Bot but it's able to revive teammates, has a weak semiautomatic or full automatic weapon (please keep the damage very low) and some smoke grenades or incendiary grenades. This way Support players can still support their team without putting themselves in danger. Just try to find some way to balance it, so players aren't being revived as quickly as they were at launch. Maybe the support EOD Bot can replace the defibrillator.Davontos7 hours agoNewcomer6Views0likes0CommentsScope Glint

What about previous Battlefield maps added?
Hey Hey, I do not expect to get a response from the devs, we say they listen but do they really? As we know maps have been the biggest requests for some time. We thought we were getting a naval combat like 1942 but instead an attack boat, not quite the same but yeah. Anyway, previous BF games had some amazing maps and it would be great to have them in BF6, surely a giant map pack from 1942, right up to modern would be superb right? Can they be ported over under the new engine etc? Curious because 1942 was cool, 2142 also all added as a rotation into BF6Menphues11 hours agoSeasoned Hotshot5Views0likes0CommentsSBMM Bots
Let's face it the netcode and servers are terrible and I'm guessing manipulated since there is always (one) player maybe two that are at a 100 ping or more in (every) match so some sort of manipulation going on there which is obvious and with servers feeling so inconsistent from one to the next...ya. But besides that, this game requires heavy usage of bots and will only get worse with its dwindling player base and I would continue to play but usually get one or two rounds in for casual and am sick of it with the SBMM bots. I get you have a patent for it and have felt the dramatic shift since first trying casual to now but it's NOT fun or competitive. Hacking, terminator bots out to get only you with aimbot through everything across the map with an mp5 20 at a time turning to shoot? Might be the WORST bots I have ever seen in a game ever and then that distraction methed out thing they do to catch your attention but become incredibly hard targets to hit while a real player dials in on you at this point I pull off those bots because I've caught on that its oemm distracting me for the other player to get his juicy kill so now I pull and look find him kill him :-) nice try. I HATE algorithms manipulating my gameplay but can usually out think them in the long run but the bots got to go they should be there to put weight on a flag and casual shoot back. I'm getting instant aimboted for most of my deaths by methed out bots and the better the team does the worse they get lol Manipulation... Lets not even talk about when they get into vehicles in this mental terminator state you cant sneak up on a hacking bot fyi to try to take it down with c4 they know you are there....Turn them to day one casual bots that are just hanging around caping flags and casually shooting not trying to make them a defining point of the match that is for the 8v8 real players and I'm sure its rampant in every mode as you back fill these crappy bots into. One more detail to tag on for the love of god get rid of boundaries that one team can get into and not the other for camping tanks/morters/snipers... Snipers ya you can get easy but its like wtf was the logic ever in that. Hate vehicles period now they just get to camp out of bounds... honestly lame and two of the biggest demises of your game. Off to play something else... See :-)15Views0likes0CommentsBF6 TPM 2.0 Requirement – Unfair Exclusion of Long-Term EA Customers
EA Support Team, I feel I need to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the decision to require TPM 2.0 for Battlefield 6. I have been playing EA games for many years, going all the way back to Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Over that time, I have continued to support the Battlefield franchise and EA, purchasing and playing your games because I have genuinely enjoyed them and considered myself a long-term member of the Battlefield community. Unfortunately, I am now in a position where I can no longer play Battlefield 6 because of the TPM 2.0 requirement. My system, based around a 79X processor/platform, is not capable of supporting TPM 2.0. This isn't because I am unwilling to meet the requirements or because I have deliberately chosen to run an unsupported configuration. It is a hardware limitation of a system that has otherwise been perfectly capable of running Battlefield and other modern games. What I find particularly unfair is that a game I have supported for so many years is effectively being taken away from me because of a security requirement that my hardware cannot meet. I understand that EA has security concerns and that measures such as TPM 2.0 may have been introduced to combat cheating, improve platform security, or protect the integrity of Battlefield 6. I appreciate the reasoning behind wanting a secure and fair multiplayer environment. However, there should be consideration for legitimate customers who are being excluded despite having capable gaming hardware and a long history with the franchise. I have invested not only money but many years into EA and Battlefield. It is incredibly frustrating to be told, in effect, that I cannot play a game I have purchased and supported because my hardware lacks a specific security feature that cannot simply be added or enabled. I would strongly encourage EA to reconsider this approach and investigate an alternative that would allow players with otherwise capable systems to access Battlefield 6, perhaps through another form of security verification or an optional security configuration for systems that cannot support TPM 2.0. Long-term customers should not feel as though their loyalty counts for nothing when a new hardware requirement is introduced. I sincerely hope EA will reconsider this policy or provide an alternative solution for affected players. I would very much like to continue supporting Battlefield and EA, but it is difficult to justify doing so when a technical requirement has effectively prevented me from playing the latest Battlefield title despite years of being a loyal customer. Hello EA/DICE team, I want to share some honest feedback about Battlefield 6. I have been playing Battlefield since around 2011–2013, especially Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4, so I have experienced many different class, weapon, gadget, vehicle, and map systems throughout the series. My approximate playtime in the Battlefield series is: Battlefield 3: 358.7 hours Battlefield 4: 888 hours Battlefield Hardline: 250 hours Battlefield 1: 255 hours Battlefield V: 380 hours Battlefield 2042: 500 hours Battlefield 6: 378 hours I have played more than 3,000 hours across these Battlefield games, so I want to give my honest opinion based on my experience with the series. In my opinion, Battlefield 6 currently has some problems with the class system, weapons, gadgets, grenades, vehicles, helicopters, and map design. 1. Class Weapons One of the biggest things I noticed is that some Assault weapons are available to other classes, but those classes don't really use them. I think the weapon system would be much better if every class had a stronger identity: Assault → Assault weapons Engineer → Engineer weapons Support → Support weapons Recon/Sniper → Sniper weapons Each class should have its own original weapons. At the same time, I think some weapons should be available to all classes as movable/general-purpose weapons, such as: Carbines DMRs Shotguns This would give players more freedom while keeping the main weapons connected to each class. I would also like to see new weapon categories, such as a Heavy Sniper and Anti-Materiel Rifle specifically for Recon/Sniper. 2. Class Gadgets and Roles I think the classes need more unique gadgets and stronger identities. Assault For Assault, I would like to see: Sabotage Bomb Heavy Bomb Medic option Defibrillator C4 More offensive gadgets for attacking objectives and vehicles Assault should feel like the main offensive class, while also having the option to help revive teammates. Recon / Sniper The Spawn Beacon should be removed from Assault and returned to the Sniper/Recon class. Recon should also have: Spawn Beacon C4 Heavy Sniper Anti-Materiel Rifle Attack Drone More reconnaissance gadgets I think this would give Recon more interesting ways to support the team instead of only focusing on long-range shooting. Engineer Engineer should have multiple-purpose equipment for different situations. For example, Engineer should be able to prepare for both: Anti-Tank Anti-Air This is important because Battlefield can be very fast, and Engineers need to be able to react to different vehicle situations during the same match. Engineer should also have C4 as an option. However, the equipment should still be balanced so Engineer doesn't become too powerful. Support Support should focus on helping the team, but it should also have offensive options. I would like Support to have: Ammo Box C4 UCAV Other support/utility gadgets The UCAV would give Support a more active role in attacking enemy positions, while the Ammo Box keeps its main support identity. C4 would allow Support players to deal with vehicles and defensive positions, similar to the freedom available in Battlefield 4. 3. C4 for All Classes I think C4 should be available to all classes at the same time. Assault, Engineer, Support, and Recon/Sniper should all have the option to equip C4. This does not mean every player has to use it. It should simply be an available gadget choice for players who want to use it. C4 has always been an important part of Battlefield's sandbox, and giving every class access to it would create more freedom and different playstyles. 4. Grenades I would like Battlefield 6 to have a grenade system more similar to Battlefield 4, with more grenade options. Some basic grenades should be available to all classes, such as: Smoke Grenade Flashbang Frag Grenade Incendiary/Molotov-type grenade More new grenade types The idea is that basic grenades should not be unnecessarily locked to specific classes. At the same time, specialized anti-tank equipment should remain mainly with Engineer. This would give players more freedom and make infantry combat faster and more dynamic. 5. Drones I would really like to see attack and utility drones return. For example: SUAV-style drone UCAV-style attack drone Attack Drone for Recon/Sniper Support/utility drones Engineer drones Battlefield 4 had interesting drone gameplay, and I think Battlefield 6 could bring those ideas back with better balancing. 6. C4 and Explosives C4 should be available to all classes, including Assault, Engineer, Support, and Recon. I also think Assault should have explosive options such as the Sabotage Bomb and Heavy Bomb. The goal isn't to remove class identity. Each class should still have its own specialized equipment and original weapons, while some gadgets such as C4 can be shared across all classes. 7. New Launchers and Heavy Weapons I would like to see more interactive and powerful launchers similar to Battlefield 4. For example, add a Heavy Launcher/Missile associated with a flag or specific map location. Battlefield 4 had map-specific weapons and launchers that made controlling certain areas more interesting. I think Battlefield 6 should bring back this type of gameplay. 8. New Vehicles Please add more new vehicles. For example, I would really like to see a new large support/transport vehicle capable of carrying around 9 players. This could create new ways to attack objectives and move the entire squad/team together. I would also like to see: New transport vehicles Heavy tanks New armored vehicles More vehicle reinforcements Heavy tanks could also work as a limited reinforcement, making them powerful without allowing them to dominate the entire match. 9. Maps The maps also need more variety. I would love to see maps inspired by classic Battlefield maps such as: Operation Metro Operation Locker Propaganda Dragon's Teeth Other Battlefield 4-style urban/infantry maps Battlefield needs maps specifically designed for intense infantry combat, with tight corridors, strong defensive positions, and constant frontline pressure. At the same time, large combined-arms maps should continue to exist. 10. Battlefield 4-Style Map Features I would also like to see more interactive map elements like the launchers from Battlefield 4. For example, if there is a suitable location near a flag such as F or C, adding a launcher or another interactive battlefield object could create new strategies and make controlling that area more important. These small details can make a Battlefield map feel much more alive. 11. More Destruction Another important thing is destruction. I would like Battlefield 6 to have more destruction, even if it is not always complete building destruction. Small-scale destruction would already make a big difference: Walls Cover Small structures Defensive positions Doors Environmental objects Battlefield's destruction is one of the things that makes the franchise special, so I would love to see more of it. 12. Helicopters The helicopter system also needs attention. Personally, I really liked the helicopter gameplay from Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4. If possible, I would like Battlefield 6 to have a helicopter system inspired by Battlefield 3/4, while also taking some improvements from Battlefield 2042. The helicopters should feel skill-based, satisfying, and integrated into combined-arms gameplay. 13. Anti-Materiel and Recon Equipment I would also like to see the Anti-Materiel Rifle return for Recon, similar to Battlefield V and Battlefield 2042. Recon could also have limited IR/thermal equipment for certain situations. This could be especially useful on night maps, while still being balanced so that night vision and thermal equipment don't completely remove the importance of darkness. 14. More Classic Weapons I would love to see classic weapons return or have modern versions inspired by them. For example: Glock 17, similar to Battlefield 4 X-Bow, inspired by Battlefield 3 Explosive X-Bow rounds Sensor X-Bow rounds Small/compact shotguns More Carbines More DMRs More unique sniper weapons Heavy Sniper The X-Bow was especially interesting because it gave players different ammunition options and another way to play. 15. More Game Modes I would also like to see a mode similar to Frontlines, but with more tanks and more action. Imagine Frontlines with: More tanks More armored vehicles Large infantry pushes Heavy objective battles Constant frontline movement That could create a very intense Battlefield experience. 16. More Battlefield 2042 Ideas Battlefield 2042 had some interesting gadgets and systems that I think should not simply be forgotten. For example, the deployable sensor system and other gadgets could be improved and brought into Battlefield 6. I don't want Battlefield 6 to copy 2042, but I think some of its good ideas could be developed further. Final Thoughts Overall, I don't want Battlefield 6 to simply copy older Battlefield games. I want Battlefield 6 to take the best ideas from Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4, Battlefield 1, Battlefield V, and Battlefield 2042, improve them, and create something new. The main things I would like to see are: Stronger class identity, class-specific weapons, more universal grenades, more gadgets, C4 for ALL classes, Spawn Beacon for Recon, Medic and Defibrillator for Assault, Ammo Box and UCAV for Support, Heavy Sniper and Anti-Materiel Rifle for Recon, attack drones, better Engineer anti-air/anti-tank options, Sabotage and Heavy Bombs for Assault, more launchers, new vehicles, more destruction, classic infantry-focused maps, more interactive maps, better helicopters, and new game modes. I really want Battlefield 6 to succeed. I've been playing Battlefield for many years, and I'm giving this feedback because I genuinely care about the series. I want Battlefield 6 to become a game that both longtime Battlefield players and new players can enjoy for many years. Thank you for listening to the community and to longtime Battlefield players.20Views0likes1CommentHide level option
For some reason my level seems to enrage a lot of players in the chat and t-bagging me in-game. What is with that? The number doesn't mean anything. It would nice to have an option to keep the level at "100" to avoid all the hostility. I don't say anything, yet every server I join it is as if I have thrown the white glove down for a duel. It would be good for other players to not raise their stress level by seeing a high number.1_Hat16 hours agoRising Vanguard34Views1like3CommentsWhy do strange bugs pop up every time there's an update?
I used to work as a programmer at a small company specializing in digital transformation (DX). I fully appreciate the challenges involved in identifying the root causes of bugs and fixing them—and I can only imagine how much more difficult that process becomes when dealing with video games. Yet, we often see bugs that were supposedly fixed reappear after an update, or encounter bizarre glitches seemingly unrelated to anything mentioned in the patch notes, all while bugs that ought to be simple to resolve persist. Does this sound familiar? Why do these bugs occur, linger, and resurface? Furthermore, just how many bugs and issues are the developers aware of, and when will they actually be fixed?22Views0likes1Comment- 23Views0likes4Comments
Smaller more competitive game modes
There was a significant hole left in the gameplay of bf6 after purging the smaller game modes. Strikepoint was a major part of my friend group's time spent online. The small hyper competitive high stakes game mode is something this game is severely lacking. It being only 4 v 4, I can't imagine it being very difficult to re-implement this kind of game mode back into the game. We love bf6 but that small competitive game mode is missing and unfortunately will be filled by something else like COD.8Views0likes0CommentsTo the old DC Final boys
When are we going to see a DC Final remastered. those days were the best. The fleet battles with controllable carriers, frigates and submarines were amazing, I'm sure there were at least three dedicated Sea battle maps for the fleets, I remember spawning as an engineer to try and repair the carrier many times, the hugely unbalanced Coastal Assault map, but if you broke the lines and got that base at the top, wow that was a turn around, ahh the good old days with 0 GPS, proper hardcore battles, oh yeah and that Hind helicopter, flying that was bloody amazing, I actually preferred it's fat steering compared to the apache, quick grab a stinger. Some of the maps were literally too much fun, so many vehicles, those sea battle though, removing them was like punching us in the face !!!! Please go back the DC Final style, at least once more. And by the way thanks for DC.Final, spent about 8 years playing that, out.12Views0likes0Comments
