Limited sprint and squad-leader only spawning for Portal
Been asking for this for ages, but please give options to enable sprint stamina and spawning only on a squad leader when using Portal. These are things that increase strategic play and help characterise Battlefield 2, and in Portal we should be able to play games with Battlefield 2 rules, shouldn't we? The whole point of Portal is to be able to play any way you can think of, right? So please give us these options so that we can actually do that, and have Battlefield 2-style matches in Portal. A sprint stamina option would go well with being able to customise the amount of sprint stamina there is, and how long it takes to recharge.Turbo_Nozomix3 hours agoSeasoned Scout7Views2likes0CommentsPlease give option to remove colour filters
Based on earlier leaked footage, before the big reveal, I'd told a friend I'm glad the game doesn't look to have one of DICE's ugly desaturation / colour filters that they've often had in previous games, saying that they've never looked good anywhere and natural colour bias is much better looking. But in the latest footage and screenshots, it looks like those same hideous filters have been added to Battlefield 6 and, no surprise, they look awful, absolutely ugly. Please give people an option to turn those things off. They truly taint the look and make the game look so much worse.Turbo_Nozomix3 hours agoSeasoned Scout6Views1like0CommentsLooking for to squad up with Finnish players? (PC/Console Peasants)

Hi Battlefield team, I’ve been playing (Battlefield 6), and I really enjoy the large-scale battles. However, I’d love to see a few features added in future updates or games: Gunships – It would be amazing to have heavy gunships (like the AC-130) with onboard cannons and support roles. Tv Missiles – Introducing guided missile systems for both infantry and vehicles could make combat more tactical. Naval Battles – Large-scale sea warfare, with controllable ships, submarines, and naval aircraft, would add a whole new dimension to the game. These additions could take the Battlefield experience to the next level. Thanks for your hard work and for listening to the community!9Views2likes0CommentsPLEASE PUT BF3 VOICELINES IN BF6
Literally the only thing BF6 is missing is BF3 & BF4 United States Voicelines. BF3 & BF4 US voicelines perfectly capture the Intensity & Chaos in their voice, it's Immersive, Addicting & anytime anybody on BF3 opens their mouth, each word is Badass. They'd Elevate BF6 definitely. PLEASE PUT BATTLEFIELD 3 US VOICELINES & BF4 US VOICELINES (TOGETHER) IN BATTLEFIELD 6 & REMASTERED BF3 MAPS. Hearing a German woman shout "Man Down" 24/7 ain't it. Listen to this Magic. THE BEST BATTLEFIELD CAN'T BE WITHOUT THIS MAGIC 👀 Listen. Unless Portal has BF3 factions. I strongly believe these voicelines fit the main game, would be a welcome addition and a throwback for veterans as well as add even more Immersive atmosphere and immersion and introduce new players to this awesome, gripping dialogue. https://x.com/Robert77378042/status/1951379669661397287?t=PsBEjWb_2vKnicKoO6nDWw&s=19ROBERTCPP12 hours agoSeasoned Newcomer23Views3likes0CommentsThe media trial arrangement for Battlefield 6 in China was a failure.
The first and biggest problem is that many anchors who are not familiar with the Battlefield series have no understanding of the game during live broadcasts, and the live broadcast effect is not good. It can be guessed that the organizers did not negotiate the live broadcast remuneration with the creators in advance, and the anchors did not attach importance to the live broadcast of the game, nor did they understand the game in advance. Many great creators who have more than one million fans on Tiktok have only about one thousand online viewers during the live broadcast. If the remuneration for live streaming is related to the number of online viewers, and if creators who are not familiar with the Battlefield series are arranged to familiarize themselves with the game in advance, then the number of viewers will definitely not be so small. Creators themselves will do their homework in advance to ensure the number of online viewers. Secondly, a very detailed but important point is that the host did not change the game nickname, and all creators of offline trial sessions have a unified default nickname. The offline trial in Hong Kong gathers many creators. If each creator's nickname is their own Chinese ID, the live streaming effect will be much better. The audience will see the big creators in the APEX circle killing the big creators in the LOL circle, rather than everyone having a default nickname, and there will be a lack of connection between creators. Thirdly, there will be a lack of ordinary players in offline trial sessions. Many creators who are not familiar with the battlefield but have a huge fan base have died too many times, resulting in poor live streaming effects. More ordinary players with KD less than 1 should be arranged to participate in the trial sessions online at the same time. This way, while ordinary players have the opportunity to participate in the trial sessions, the live streaming effects of offline trial sessions can also be better. Fourthly, there may be server issues. Offline testing can be similar to preparing for an internet cafe, and there may also be disconnections. Although the frequency is not high, it can still become a laughing stock. Fifth, there is an issue with game trial arrangements. Offline trials in the United States can showcase more street battle maps, as European and American players are familiar with the Battlefield series. Street battle maps will make European and American players happy and believe that they can replace Call of Duty. However, the popularity of the Battlefield series in China is far inferior to mainstream games such as Delta Action and League of Legends. Chinese trials should showcase more maps of the big battlefield to increase its popularity, rather than arranging a large number of street battle maps like in North America. And the map of Cairo, Egypt should be arranged in the early stage of the trial, as this map has the best battlefield atmosphere. The FPS market in China is very huge, and Tencent's Delta Action has earned a lot of money, even exceeding the profits of Call of Duty. EA needs to pay attention to its promotion work in the Chinese region.GOATGUO12 hours agoSeasoned Novice4Views0likes0CommentsThe media trial arrangement for Battlefield 6 in China was a great failure!

Sup guys! I'm not sure if there's already a discussion thread for this. As far as I could gather, the community suggestions and requests have already closed. Nonetheless, I just felt like putting some thoughts out there for what I and others may like to see implemented in BF6. For all I know, it could be too late for DICE to make changes or additions, but oh well. I'll prattle on regardless. Personally, I would really love it if this game ramped up the atmosphere like in BF1. In particular, an option to include more "Intense Battle" responses and voice lines to make the atmosphere much more intense and immersive. The reason I'm thinking that should be an option is because Battlefield really isn't the same kind of game as, let's say, Red Orchestra. Or at least it doesn't have quite the same audience. Some people probably wouldn't want a horrors of war atmosphere if they prefer a more casual experience. But nonetheless, inclusions like that would make for really high-octane and immersive gameplay. Anyone else have tidbits that they may like to see implemented?GastonHasHIVPos2 days agoRising Newcomer13Views0likes0CommentsI am ready but have few concerns from others PoV
Haven't been this excited for a any new game for a long time. Battlefield is always major innovator in scene. This time around we are likely to get re-imagined version of past success. Nearly all stuff seems to be out there which we've have requested. Platoon support and social network for it is missing(?) Will you add it later on? Just make Portal server rent program easier process than in BF2042 where you had to log in to somewhere before able to start up a server. Intuitive, user-friendly design helps players finding their way to right place.Footshadow_Aika2 days agoSeasoned Rookie22Views3likes0CommentsCore Feedback for BF6 – Player Since Battlefield 1942
Hi EA / Battlefield team, I’ve been playing the Battlefield franchise since Battlefield 1942, and I’ve played every single title and expansion released to date. Battlefield 6 has incredible potential, but there are a few key elements that I believe are worth considering, either before launch or as part of future updates and support. Please note that I have not yet had the opportunity to play the game myself. My comments reflect only what has been shared through official channels and community gameplay so far. One of the most requested features by the community is the return of a full server browser, along with the ability for players to rent or host their own servers using their preferred hosting provider. This has always been a foundational part of Battlefield’s identity and community longevity. It’s not just about matchmaking, it’s about giving players control and ownership over their experience. That said, from what has been shown so far, the current server system still looks like a form of matchmaking, and unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any indication that a true server browser will be implemented. Despite being a long-standing and repeated request from the community, this feature continues to be overlooked, and I believe it’s something that deserves serious reconsideration. Another defining feature of the franchise is destruction. While some destruction appears to be present in BF6, I haven’t yet seen the level of full-scale, dynamic destruction that we had in Bad Company 2, where entire buildings and map structures could be leveled. From the official presentation and after watching multiple streamers play the game, I noticed that many objects in the environment, like fences, barricades, and certain structures in open areas, stayed intact even after being hit by vehicles or sustained gunfire. I understand that not everything in a map can or should be fully destructible, especially for balance or technical reasons. But obvious elements like those should still react to player actions and feel destructible when it makes sense. Based on what’s been shown so far, destruction still feels somewhat limited. I really hope this aspect can keep evolving, because when destruction is impactful and unpredictable, it adds immersion, tactical depth, and brings back the raw chaos that made Bad Company 2 so memorable. Reactive environments have always been a key part of what makes Battlefield stand out, and it would be great to feel that again. When it comes to progression, I want to emphasize the importance of classic systems like medals, ribbons, and assignments, which added real depth and motivation in games like BF2, BF3, and BF4. I truly hope to see a proper rank system, assignments that reward effort and teamplay, separate progression for classes, vehicles, and weapons, and meaningful unlocks, not just filler content. I also would have loved to see the return of the custom emblem editor, as it gave players a way to express themselves and build squad identity, but I understand that might not be part of the current UI and menu design. I understand that Battlefield Portal will return, which could be a great tool for community creativity. However, there’s also a valid concern that many of these classic and essential features might end up locked behind Portal, as they were in BF2042, without real impact on the core game or progression. These systems should ideally be integrated into the main experience, not limited to a sandbox. Battlefield 6 has massive potential, and the community has been very vocal about what they want across forums, social media, and streams. I truly hope the team is listening to both longtime veterans and new players alike. This is a great opportunity to bring the entire community back together and restore Battlefield to its roots. Thank you for your time and dedication, A loyal fan since 1942ELMUERTES2 days agoSeasoned Novice25Views1like0CommentsBF6 Multi-player demo, well...

Hey DICE team, First of all: The game looks good overall, but as a gamer with high standards for detail and graphics in 2025, I have a few points that I think could really be improved—especially in terms of atmosphere and visual immersion. I hope this comes across as constructive feedback: Muzzle flash without smoke: Weapons look too static when fired – no smoke, no afterglow, no heat distortion. This noticeably reduces the intensity of the action. No blood when hits: It doesn't have to be a splatter shooter, but completely sterile hits in realistic combat just look unfinished and fake. Static clouds – no cloud shadows: The clouds look like backdrops. Dynamic cloud movement with real shadows cast on the map would contribute enormously to the atmosphere. Dust, smoke, and explosions without shadows: Effects such as smoke and dust do not cast any shadows. Volumetric light displacement and realistic light changes are also missing. Games like Enshrouded show that this is possible even on medium-powered hardware. Technical requirements vs. visual value: If DLSS and frame generation are necessary even though the recommended GPU is an RTX 3060 Ti or RX 6700 XT, then it seems as if more tricks were used than optimization. With today's engines, one can expect more from this hardware class. Conclusion: I will still play the game, of course, as it looks fun. However, for gamers who pay attention to details, it is difficult to justify the current price (70–100 euros). I hope that at least some of these points can be revised before the release or via an update. Thank you for reading. I mean this as constructive criticism, not as a frontal attack Titel: Grafik-Feedback für DICE – Bitte streben Sie für 2025 mehr Details an.
Dear Electronics Arts team, I am writing to you today as a passionate Ukrainian gamer and a big fan of your work, especially the Battlefield series. I am eagerly awaiting the release of your new game, Battlefield 6, which I have already purchased and am preparing to immerse myself in its world. I am confident that Battlefield 6 will become another masterpiece that will captivate millions of players around the world with its dynamics, plot and innovative mechanics. The total number of viewers on Twitch was more than 800,000+. However, I would like to address you with an important request that will significantly improve the gaming experience for a huge audience. Unfortunately, many of your games, and probably the upcoming Battlefield 6, do not have Ukrainian text localization. This makes it much more difficult for Ukrainian-speaking players to fully immerse themselves in the game world, understand the plot nuances and game mechanics. On behalf of the large and growing Ukrainian gaming community, I would like to respectfully ask you to consider adding Ukrainian text localization to Battlefield 6. Even if it is initially implemented at the machine level, it will be a huge step forward and will significantly improve the gaming experience for countless Ukrainian players. Let me give you a few key arguments in favor of this: Significant global base of native speakers and market potential: There are an estimated 30-40 million Ukrainian speakers in the world. If you look at the languages already supported in many modern games - such as French, Italian, Polish, Turkish and Korean - the number of Ukrainian speakers is comparable to or even exceeds the number of native speakers of some of these languages. This clearly indicates a large but currently underserved global audience. Investing in Ukrainian localization will thus open your game to a significant new market, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach to global expansion. Huge Ukrainian-speaking population: A significant portion of Ukraine’s population speaks Ukrainian, and providing content in our native language is deeply appreciated and expected. Increased player base: Implementing Ukrainian localization will undoubtedly lead to a significant influx of Ukrainian players, expanding your market reach. Increased popularity among streamers: Ukrainian streamers and content creators have a lot of influence. With Ukrainian language support, they will actively promote the game on streaming platforms, further increasing its visibility and popularity. Significant market potential and purchasing power: The Ukrainian gaming market is large and has huge potential. Ukrainian gamers also demonstrate significant purchasing power, making them a valuable audience. We understand that full professional localization requires significant resources, but we believe that even basic text localization will make the game much more accessible and attractive to our audience. This will also demonstrate your support for the Ukrainian community and recognize their contribution to the global gaming industry. Thank you for your time and consideration of this important request. We look forward to Battlefield 6 and hope for a positive response.TRUKHIN3 days agoRising Newcomer5Views0likes0Comments- EA_Rtas3 days agoCommunity Manager52Views6likes0Comments
Battlefield 6: Explosions Should Leave Marks on Non-Destructible Surfaces
Hi Battlefield team, thanks again for your work on the game. I understand that not all buildings can be destroyed for gameplay balance, and that’s totally fine. However, it feels unrealistic when grenades or explosions don’t leave any kind of mark on those surfaces — no dirt, burn marks, cracks, or even dust. It breaks immersion. Even if the wall doesn’t break, there should be some visual feedback like black scorch marks or debris. It would make the world feel more reactive and alive. Thanks for considering this [Moved from Battlefield 6 General Discussion IT board to Battlefield 6 General Discussion EN board. Hello, why is there no Russian translation in the game? Everyone knows how people circumvent restrictions. But even more than that, why should other Russian speakers suffer because of the country of the founder of the language? I think it's not difficult to allocate a couple of thousand out of 400 million for a translator of at least the text.58Views3likes0CommentsMy Recommendation for Further Improvement in BF6
HUD should be made like BF3 or 4 with Top tickets being displayed above the mini map and kill feed to be displayed at the Center bottom. Most importantly, make the class system more balanced. Need to split the support class in to medic and ammo. Giving them both capacity will make them op. So split them and give the medic ability to assault class Head-shot kill sound and normal kill sound should be like Battlefront 2’s way. That will give better experience Make the sprinting animation to be more like BF4. Death cam of the enemy player should be made properly, instead of showing the enemy player stuck for a while on the screen after getting killed by them. The ticket reduction/depletion in numbers make more sense than Ticket rise in HUD.SilvaMGM7 days agoNew Novice19Views0likes0Comments
