ERROR CODES GALORE - CANT PLAY NHL 25
This is getting beyond frustrating. I paid extra for early access to NHL 25 so I could actually enjoy the game early and get a head start, and yet here I am, completely unable to play anything. Meanwhile, everyone else is out there upgrading their teams and enjoying the early access events, and I’m stuck, missing out on everything. To make things worse, we’ve heard NOTHING from EA. No patch, no fix, no acknowledgment, and definitely no compensation. We deserve something for this disaster. I paid to get ahead, and now I’m being punished for it. I can’t play any online modes—HUT, World of Chel, Online VS, Nothing. The only thing that works is Franchise mode, and even that crashed right after my draft, so I lost all my progress. Here are the error codes I keep getting: Error Code #1: 4A7FC65FB403505-0000000000009999-8303560777938C5B Error Code #2: 74A7FC65FB4D3505-0000000000009999-CB30C4E59F25B609 My PSN ID is Masaitl-19, and I’ve been able to play on XBOX just fine with the same EA account. This is clearly an EA Sports issue. Why is it working on one system and not the other? EA, where’s the communication? Where’s the fix? I paid for early access and can’t even play. It’s ridiculous, and it needs to be sorted out ASAP.
HUT crashes right when i open it
On ps5, I opened my starter pack and got a player with no overall rating or name. The automatically created lineup that should pop up didn't and i couldn't do anything. It showed the continue button and everything except the players in the lineup. I closed the game and now when i try to go into hut, the menu flashes and it crashes right away. I have closed my ps5, deleted the game and all data and redownloaded it but the same problem still occurs. Every year a different problem on launch, come on ea...
Still no controller vibration Xbox NHL25
All my controllers have vibration in NHL24 and all other of my games installed on my series X. But still after reinstalling NHL25 and playing a week no patch? It works on my ps5 but I prefer playing NHL with an Xbox controller. Can EA please patch this for Xbox. Getting annoying to play without vibration function that I have paid for being able to use in the game.
Can’t Play any Online Matches
Got on today and played a few matches with my friends on World of Chel in our Club, then my game randomly crashed while loading the next match and since then, both me and my other friend can’t connect to any online modes. (both Playstation 5) I try online versus: failed to retrieve data, code: 65836E8CC2F858E7-0000000000009999-20535A907DF21DCE any mode in WoC Clubs: failed to retrieve data, code: 9D529E1FE2CCB328-0000000000009999-9B3B600B3D037892 I’ve attached a screenshot of both errors above. is this common? has anyone else experienced this tonight? really disappointed to have spent the money on the game today for it not to work after 30 minutes.
Keep getting error code in HUT (PS5 Nhl 25)
Hello. I keep getting error code with "failed to retrieve data". It happens in every game mode: SB, Wildcard, HUT moments, exibition, rivals. I tried everything as power cycle, clearing cache, even hint from older NHL games with deleting and creating new lineup. Nothing helps. Yesterday everything works well. Preordered game, weekend and I cant play. Not really funny.Missing out on early access benefits due to error codes and broken game
Missed out on all the early access benefits because I kept getting error codes for the past 6 days coming on 7 everytime I try to play a mode for example hut rivals and squad battles and even wildcard every time I try to load into a eashl lobby I get the exact same error code can’t play any modes resulting on me missing out on the early access benefits I’m missing the free X factor and free icon cards in hut and the things in world of chel this is incredibly frustrating especially when you spend this much money on a game that doesn’t even work and given 0 timetable of when it will be fixed so it could be another week before it’s fixed for all I know this is beyond ridiculousError codes NHL 25
I have been trying for the past 2 days to play the game NHL25 i spend 120$ on not one EA representative I have contacted has contacted me back or ignored me and answered someone else every time I load into a game like for example HUT rivals or wildcard or squad battles and even world of chel when I try to load into a 3s or 6s lobby and even pro am it won’t let me even online shootouts I can’t do it gives me the error code 9D529E1FE2CCB328-0000000000009999-9B3B600B3D037892 I have done literally everything in my power to try and fix it besides hard resetting my PS5 I need someone to help me this is ridiculous
Can’t Download EANHL25 deluxe preorder for early access
So I preordered EA NHL25 deluxe edition on PS5 so I could play 7 days early. I went to download it on the day it’s supposed to be available and instead I see the countdown until release day. I check my games library and it says “download” as if it’s available but there’s no option to download. I check the PlayStation website library that has an option to click download but it just says “waiting” for the last 20 hours. The PlayStation app has a download option but it said “error” with no code or reason. I checked with PlayStation support and didn’t get any help saying it wasn’t an issue on their end. So I’m resorting to this, if it isn’t fixed today I’m demanding a refund, it’s truly horrendous that I can’t get a direct answer from EA and have to go to a community forum.
Hybrid Controls Glitch and Missing Hughes Pack in NHL 25
Description: There is an issue with hybrid controls in NHL 25 that switches inconsistently between the correct control scheme and a glitched version. 1. X Button: Brings up the defensive lineup menu instead of performing a stick lift. 2. B Button: Brings up the offensive lineup menu instead of performing a body check or slap shot. 3. A Button: Does not switch players; instead, R3 is switching players, but it works inconsistently. When the controls are incorrect, which is most of the time, it is impossible to stick lift, change players, shoot, or body check. The controls often switch between working correctly and the glitched layout, and they do not match the hybrid control diagram, making the game unplayable. Additionally, the Hughes Brothers Pack that should be included with the NHL 25 Deluxe Edition has not been received despite being part of the game description.
