ERROR CODES GALORE - CANT PLAY NHL 25
This is getting beyond frustrating. I paid extra for early access to NHL 25 so I could actually enjoy the game early and get a head start, and yet here I am, completely unable to play anything. Meanwhile, everyone else is out there upgrading their teams and enjoying the early access events, and I’m stuck, missing out on everything. To make things worse, we’ve heard NOTHING from EA. No patch, no fix, no acknowledgment, and definitely no compensation. We deserve something for this disaster. I paid to get ahead, and now I’m being punished for it. I can’t play any online modes—HUT, World of Chel, Online VS, Nothing. The only thing that works is Franchise mode, and even that crashed right after my draft, so I lost all my progress. Here are the error codes I keep getting: Error Code #1: 4A7FC65FB403505-0000000000009999-8303560777938C5B Error Code #2: 74A7FC65FB4D3505-0000000000009999-CB30C4E59F25B609 My PSN ID is Masaitl-19, and I’ve been able to play on XBOX just fine with the same EA account. This is clearly an EA Sports issue. Why is it working on one system and not the other? EA, where’s the communication? Where’s the fix? I paid for early access and can’t even play. It’s ridiculous, and it needs to be sorted out ASAP.

Failed to Retrieve Data; Please Try Again Later.
Every time I try to enter into world of chel I get the same message "ERROR: Failed to retrieve data; please try again later. ERROR CODE: 8AF389A1C35E018E-0000000000017002-305AFB813FE0B9E0" Been having this issue for over a week and can find no solution. I talked with EA support and they told me to restart the game, clear cache, fully power off my xbox, delete game files, and change networks. Nothing worked. Seems like EA is aware of this but nothing has been done. How long until this gets fixed? Huge part of the game that I have no access to. Ridiculous for a $70 game. Hello. I keep getting error code with "failed to retrieve data". It happens in every game mode: SB, Wildcard, HUT moments, exibition, rivals. I tried everything as power cycle, clearing cache, even hint from older NHL games with deleting and creating new lineup. Nothing helps. Yesterday everything works well. Preordered game, weekend and I cant play. Not really funny.
Can not connect to servers
I play on xbox and have a Xbox series X. Played all day yesterday no issues. Went to log in this morning and says can not connect to EA servers. I have tried all the fixes I have seen on here and nothing has worked. Reset Router, unplug modem to reset, cleared cache on my Xbox, test internet connection speed, network type etc etc. I turned on nhl 24 and connected no issues right away. It's very frustrating that can not play. What other options are there?
Still no controller vibration Xbox NHL25
All my controllers have vibration in NHL24 and all other of my games installed on my series X. But still after reinstalling NHL25 and playing a week no patch? It works on my ps5 but I prefer playing NHL with an Xbox controller. Can EA please patch this for Xbox. Getting annoying to play without vibration function that I have paid for being able to use in the game. Update 17 October: After EA rolled out a big hotfix patch this week this is still not patched. I will not play the game anymore after this. And I will never buy NHL or any other EA game after this. I am amazed by how they treat their customers.
Can’t Play any Online Matches
Got on today and played a few matches with my friends on World of Chel in our Club, then my game randomly crashed while loading the next match and since then, both me and my other friend can’t connect to any online modes. Anytime I try to do anything online I instantly get the error code: 9D529E1FE2CCB328-0000000000009999-9B3B600B3D037892 and get sent to the main menu. The game is legitimately unplayable. This has been 2 weeks now on an account that has worked and even on a brand new account made for testing. This is occurring on PS5.
