impossible to save household in the library
I just installed the latest version of The Sims 4 on my laptop and launched the game with little problems. I checked all my CC's and made sure they were also all updated, but when I created a new household, it wouldn't save in my library at all- moreover, my latest households and lots/rooms with CC in it also dissapeard from my library. Now I did check the little box on the left menu of the gallery that says "include custom content", I did repair my game, double checked my mods, I did create another household to be certain, absolutely nothing shows up. Trying to find an alternative, I launched a save that I hadn't touched since before the update and uploaded to my gallery the household and lots/rooms in order to download them in my new save- the game crashed totally (it closed as soon as I hit the download button and sent me right back to the EA app like it does when the game goes off.) Game and everything runs absolutely perfectly however sometimes when I save, it won’t save, no matter how long I wait. Save Error 21
Hi, I play sims 4 on pc. I have been getting the error code 21 for the past couple of 2-3 weeks now and it started before the update. I have tried taking out my mods folder, doing the antivirus suggestions, the windows defender fire wall, repairing my game, unintalling and reinstalling. I have LITERALLY tried everything. This is ridiculous. This needs to be fixed and I can see that others are having the same issue as me. 3/27/26 I have updated my game and still cant save my game. Sims are stopped mid-action by the other sims and won't do anything
no matter if i cancel the action of the other sim or even reset both the same action pops back up and they get stuck in an endless loop where the only option is to... A. teleport one so far out of the house they can't engage the other until they return. B. I go into manage households. or C. I travel with them. sometimes I even have to D. disable freewill. [S] Sims don't socialize during certain Holiday
After the Sims 4 update, the Sims’ social behavior inside the house has become even more chaotic. My household consists of five adults. When a holiday event is taking place—for example, Winterfest—they won’t socialize with each other and instead choose to talk to Sims outside the house. If there are no Sims outside the house, they’ll just stay silent or do other activities instead of chatting with the Sims in the house. However, on the other hand, when I cancel the holiday or it’s no longer a holiday—meaning a regular day—they’ll chat with each other. Usually, during holidays, Sims like to chat with other Sims in the house—singing, toasting, and sharing the holiday spirit. Can't swim in Wakaba River

Hi, last night I bought the new Royalty Expansion Pack as well as the on-sale Eco Lifestyle. But when I went to boot the game, the two packs were not showing up. In Manage Worlds, it said the two worlds had not finished downloading yet. I went into the EA App; it showed they had downloaded. I uninstalled them and redownloaded them and got the same reaction. I repaired. I cleared the cache. I restarted the EA App. I restarted my computer. Still, the two new worlds were faded and said they would show up when they finished downloading. (Meanwhile, at least one of the times I restarted the game, I did get the little pop-up with the Welcome to Eco/Welcome to Royal guides, so idk how the worlds didn't show up.) This morning, I tried again, and nothing. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game and then each expansion pack and stuff pack and whatever else, one by one. Now I can't load any of my saved games because it's claiming that none of my packs have downloaded - even though in the EA App, they all claim to have downloaded and to be installed. When I try to open the Download Manager inside the game, it says that I'm offline and asks if I want to connect. My Mac is connected to the internet - I'm submitting this form using it right now - and when I look at the Account menu at the top of my screen when I'm in the EA App, it offers the option "Go Offline", which I would assume means I'm online now, so I don't know why I'd need to connect. I just noticed this in my new save that I started after the most recent update.....the category "Open to explore romantic boundaries" is missing! game won't load
I've tried everything, my game won't load. when i press play with my current sims the loading screen comes up and loads for hours without anything happening. Most food greyed out withtout Simple Living lot trait
I don't have simply living on and can't cook anything everything is greyed out, until I get ingredients. My sims can cook without the ingredients on their own. I tested with and without mods and CC. Random skin replacement: purple and flames design
One of my characters now has purple skin that becomes a flame detail near the arms. Hands and arms are yellow, orange, and red flames. It’s not a tattoo. It’s not custom content, that’s disabled. Prom is not fixed.
At least not completely -- it IS now showing up in the calendar. It hasn't been Saturday yet, so still have to play test if it actually works, however -- there's still no option to invite (friendly or otherwise) a partner to prom. No prom social pie menu whatsoever. No ability to create promposal signs... the option simply isn't there. For now, I hope to at least be able to attend prom, we'll see. But it isn't fixed.
