I have been trying to have a wedding event for my sims on a Friday or Saturday for a long time now and I can never do so because there is an unremovable high school event literally every day. Prom is every weekend even though my sims have been to prom TWICE now. I tried it for a Friday and they still couldn’t because there’s exams every single Friday. Are you just not allowed to get married or anything if you have teen sims??? I’m considering have them flunk out honestly because there seems to be no real end to high school and it’s getting in the way of my other gameplay. I’m on console and of course have no mods.Possible Corrupted File
Yesterday as I was leaving the house to run errands my game was taking forever to save so I just closed it and shut off my console so I could leave. When I went to play later last night my game now won’t load past the main loading screen after selecting an Xbox account to play on. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling, restarting my Xbox, and turning off network connections. Only thing I haven’t done is deleting my data bc im not sure if I have it backed. Is there any other solution besides just having to wipe my save data? I just wanna finish the event but I literally can’t even get into the game 🫠 *pic below of stuck loading screen
Sims data is deleting itself
My sister and i have been playing sims as long as we can remember. Between the both of us, hwe have bough nearly all of the packs. Whenever she plays and i help her make characters and houses and stuff, it doesn't always save. We have uninstalled all of the packs and game base a few times and redownload them but it doesn't load. It doesn't say its corrupted BUT its like the entire things deletes itself. We would only have 2 or 3 small families (then leave any sims thats already in the world) and play. But after like idk 5 or 6 hours and we save it to play something else, we'll come back and it wont show up. How can we fix that? Be mindful. We had tried uninstall, unplugging the Seagate after turning it off, restarting and even factory reset just incase and still nothing. Should we try on another xbox? Or try another Seagate?Lots and households not loading
every time i try and download a lot or a household it says “Gallery item failed to download. Please try again.” along with “Your library is full! You won't be able to save additional items to the library until you delete items from your library” SOMEONE PLEASE HELP :( what do i need to do? and if i delete my sims app will my packs that i’ve brought be gone?Business & Hobbies pack
Hello! So I just got the Business and Hobbies pack. I immediately went to customizing a tattoo & every-time I would try to upload it to the gallery it would say an error occurred and kicked me off. I tried multiple times and it won’t let me upload it, just keeps kicking me off. Any help???Packs, Stuff, Kits, and more
Hello and Goodday! I recently just got a pc and was interested in playing Sims 4 with all my packs and event rewards. Not sure if it's something i did wrong or not, but i've purchased almost everything in terms of expansion packs, stuff kits, and i've participated in live events. Sadly, none of the things i have, transferred over to my computer. I played playstation/console all the way up until this point and have no idea how to go about recovering my add-ons. I logged into my EA account through the playstation portal thinking i could be able to download all my stuff easily that way, but it all reflects that i haven't purchased it yet. Also, i have an xbox and none of the content transferred over to that console either. Please let me know how i can rectify this and thank you in advance for your help with this!😁Vets not working
I’ve been having some trouble today with the vet lots. I’ve never had problems before, I don’t have any mods installed because I’m a console gamer and today my family dog got sick so my sim went to take him to the vets. First off there was no “take to vet” option so I had to manually travel to the lot, after doing so I clicked on wait for vet and nothing happened. I waited for about 10 real life minutes… I tried playing as the household that owns the vet and putting them on the lot then switching back to my original family, I’ve tried creating a new vet with new owners and that doesn’t work either, they both have vets employed too so I’m not sure what the issue must be? I’m not sure if it’s related to my sims family currently being on vacation? I just don’t want my family pet to die or anything :( pls help!Unable to select anything in live mode sims 4
After upgrading my house I went back into live mode where I could not select anything and my sims where stuck in the same action they were doing. It was making all the sounds like I was selecting stuff but wouldn’t come up with the menus. The normal save menu worked but everything else didn’t in live mode. This happened just as I was going to save because I finished a big build but it got stuck loading the save. I had to restart and lost all my progress. It was fine when I reloaded, but has done this the last couple times I have played the sims 4 on ps4. Is there anyway to fix this issue so I don’t have to restart the game every time and lose my progress?Can't save.
Hi, I've been having issues with saving my game on console ps4. This has been happening more frequently this month and it's extremely frustrating. When I want to save the game would crash and all my progress for that time played would be lost. Traveling to other lots has also been an issue where the game would just crash. Please fix this.
Businesses and Hobbies AND growing together pre-order content disappeared
Hi, so I preordered both growing together and Businesses and hobbies, and originally I was able to download and use both of the digital bonus content, but today when I went onto my game I realized that the items were missing. I checked my library and now both files are no where to be seen! I have already consulted PlayStation support and they were useless. help what do I do :(
