The sims 4 keeps closing out during gameplay after update
After this most recent upload I noticed it. I will be in the middle of playing and every 15 minutes into the game it would just crash…So I read something that had said to remove some things I downloaded from the gallery so I did that. And all I noticed was that it allowed me to stretch my play 30-40 minutes. I even cleared my cache, reset my x box, I don’t want to remove the whole game and put it back on but MAN I don’t know what to do. Any suggestions?? Advice??The gallery and game crashing
My gallery is not working . I have reset , unlinked and re-linked my EA account, my internet is not the issue what so ever. All I can see is my library, I have tried countless times restarting my game & console and still nothing. Its been a day now !!? Ever since the recent update for console it seems to make the game run WORSE !!! my game has been crashing as well not as bad as day 1 but nonetheless my game is not running smoothly at all

I can't say all PS4, I can just say mine is. At this point what in all the world is really going on. It's not our playstation for a absolute fact so this suggestion that we should send out playstations in for manufacturing repairs is not going to fly or a fix... Its happening to the PS4 I can't speak for Xbox I don't have one. What I do know is my sister has the PS5 and she has no issues with playing sims 4 on it. I've watched her game stream for 7 hours without a single bleep. This is not criticism this is a concern and down right confusion at this point and we have so many things coming such as the nature event that its going to make it impossible to play with this buggedout ps4 update I use to say it can't be that bad when people would tell me they was having issues and I would say It can't be that bad..well.... I want to apologize I completely understand now.
Error while saving
I play on an Xbox one and ive been having issues for over a year with saving my game. While saving the file im currently on I'll get error 08 or 00 and I think 01 too where itll delete my file which I then have to resave on an empty "new game" file which then blacks out all the photos my sims have taken. I love taking photos of my sims but its gotten to the point where I feel like I shouldn't bother. It just happened again after I had my sim have a birthday shoot and im so irritated rn. Ik saving on a new file is blacking them out but does anyone know why this is happening?Game keeps crashing after update (xbox)
Ever since the new update for consoles on 6/17 the game keeps crashing. Is anyone else having this problem? It doesn’t freeze or anything the screen just immediately goes black and crashes. I use an Xbox. This has to be the sixth or seventh time for me and I’m sick of it. I’m no longer playing until this is fixed. It wasn’t doing this before the update. Sometimes it crashes 10 min in and sometimes it crashes an hour in. But it’s crashing, a lot. I’ve been trying to play still but at this point I don’t see why I keep trying. Can this be fixed?EA app authentication fail
Same issue as everyone else it says I’m not connected but as far as I know I am. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and doing everything that’s been suggested. I have gallery access and everything but my fear is I won’t be able to play the event that’s coming if this is not resolved someone please respond and help don’t ask me to do the same things I’ve already done and expect a different outcome I’m begging youEA app authentication failed message
I'm getting the message "EA app authentication failed. Please log in to EA app to enable online features". I checked my account on EA, and it shows it's already linked to my PS 4 account. I checked my wifi and even reconnected to the internet to be sure. I cleared the ps 4 cache. It won't fix the problem. I didn't get this issue until after I installed the new update.Game crashes when saving on PS5
The title is self explanatory. This is a really frustrating issue where the game crashes during saving specifically and I lose all progress each time. This has been happening for a few months now but it’s to the point where I can count on a crash almost every time I save. Totally defeats the purpose of playing. I have every expansion, game, and stuff pack. I also have a good amount of kits but not all them. Obviously no mods, since I’m on console. Please help.Connection is Required error
I downloaded the new update today on my PS5 and it keeps saying to login to my EA account to use online features. My Internet is working fine so this has to be an EA issue. Is there a way to fix this? Also, my Sims on my home screen have been stripped of their clothes and my female Sim no longer looks pregnant. I'm scared to fully load into my save. Hello, recently I got a new wifi (an upgrade) afterwards I launched the Sims 4 and realized it wasn’t working. At the time I didn’t realize it was because I hadn’t connected the wifi to the console, however now that I have when I launch the sims it only kept data from a couple of my worlds and deleted my houses that I’ve built but the weird thing is there are only a couple of worlds that have deleted my house data. And it’s not just base game worlds that kept their data, there are other worlds that I have bought (via packs) and they have houses I’ve built still in them. I have some houses that i downloaded and are in my library but mostly the ones that have gone missing were never saved. Just a side note: All the family’s are fine it’s just the houses. Please if anyone has ever heard of this or has had it happen to them, it would be so helpful to hear what you did to get them back. I was playing the Sims 5 on my PlayStation five when I went down a level and then when I tried to go up, it would not let me. I tried to in build mode and it still doesn’t work. I tried resetting my PlayStation five and it didn’t work I closed the game and reopened it and it didn’t work. I do not know what to do,Saving Issues
Hello, Unsure if anyone can help me. I am having issues with saving creations to my library. I have a ps4, I have tried the methods that show up on my Google search; Ex, deleting the game and files, reinstalling. Not using CC content. Which i don't do normally anyways. I always get the error code now stating it can't upload the lot to my library. Everything I've tried hasn't worked. It be greatly appreciated if anyone may have some tips they might know of, or tried if this issue was something you experienced. Thank you.Settings and online Gallery
I play on ps5, I had recently just wiped my whole system to factory settings and deleted all saves and such (horrible I know..) because it seemed my game has nothing but issues and potentially corrupt files. Well I just downloaded everything fresh and new, but now trying to play TS4 I am unable to access the online gallery or even maxis gallery.. I also cannot access some settings in game options, like environmental settings, pack settings, even gameplay settings. I have nearly all the game packs(not including kits) for the game and they all are downloaded(including kits). I even checked if the game needed an update. I've tried restoring licenses, powering down my system and turning it on, deleting and re-downloading the whole game and all saved data again. Absolutely nothing seems to be working. Im not sure if my system may be corrupted and causing issues with server connections but my internet is Absolutely perfect too(meaning i did a internet test). I even thought maybe it was my extended storage so I wiped that clean too...(thats where TS4 was stored originally). I even tried playing with my sims disk inserted and without(i have the disk version and the console store version. They basically count as the same version no matter which i use.)
