Sims keep getting stuck
I have noticed since the last update, my sims keep getting stuck and not doing the tasks I am giving them. Most recent I queued my sim to shower after they woke up and they are just standing there with shower task in the queue and they are not moving. I have closed out the game and restarted but still not moving after he wakes up. Here lately when that happens, I have another sim interact to get them moving again but now that is not even working. They REALLY NEED A SHOWER ☺
Help! The Plants in the Greenhouse Are Depleted!
This is the first time since I began to have my Sims garden, that the Perfect plants are suddenly depleted. I had my Sim hire a full-time gardener, thinking that would help. Not so far, unless I'm just being my usual impatient self. Has anyone else dealt with this? Is there a way to nourish the plants? I've tried having my Sims use the manure from their horses to help, but it doesn't even phase the plants. I am at a loss, here. Short of uprooting everything and tearing down the greenhouse, which I would rather not do, I just don't know how to fix this. I'm not much of a gardener in RL. In fact, I confess I have a brown thumb and am likely a disgrace to my Ancestors who farmed. I would greatly appreciate any and all advice in this matter. Everytime i try to identify root cause my clients starts to wash my shower
I have already mention this before, but it doesn't seem to have been fixed. My clients starts to wash my shower for some reason every time i try to root cause at my naturopath home job. I am playing at the cozy casket house if that have anything to do with it.Did anyone else's add-on/expansions get deleted after update?
I haven't been on in a few months because I've had to move twice. The game needed an update so I obliged. But to my disappointment my add-ons for the Sims 4 were deleted and there was no trace of them on order history, only on my saved games. I talked to an associate on chat and they said the only way they can help me is if I have an invoice, and all of my invoices except propass were deleted. I spent good money on 6 of these games that I worked very hard for. They blocked me from chatting with a live associate and my case says "waiting on player" with no way to move forward. I have been robbed and they are committing theft with no way for them to want to help. How can I get my games back? I have a picture of my saved games and it says 6 add-ons are missing. How can I get help to do anything about the add-ons?
The Game crashes when I upload to the Gallery.
Hello! I would like to report an issue I have with uploading new builds to my personal gallery. It doesn't happen every time but often enough for it to be an issue. When I upload a new build to my personal gallery my game crashes completely. It just stops and throws me out of the game. This happens several times during a few hours playing/building and trying to save my build. It also sometimes shows a "Server error" popup but I saw that, that's already been reported on. Hope this will get looked at as well! Happy gaming :)Children left on another lot can't be played on reload
This has never been the case before, and started showing up after the last patch. When loading a game, where a child Sim was previously elsewhere (at a park etc) without a parent, the lot loads but NO active Sims are present, and the child's only option is "Care for self", they can not be returned to the lot. You have to click the arrow to either bring an adult to the lot you're on, or load into the lot the adult is on to regain access to the children (as if they were toddlers/infants). If you load to the parent, the children are still recognized as at the other location, and must be brought to the parent to be regained. From the manage worlds screen, selecting a child in any household looks like this: When clicking play on the family, the dialogue box to select which family member is show, but all children Sims have the same "cannot be played" message, and you MUST select an adult. Children are again still in their previous location, and must be brought to the adult to go back to wherever else they were and continue playing (away from the adult) as usual. The game is incredibly slow
After installing the Enchanted Garden expansion pack the game became incredibly slow and unplayable, even when lowering the resolution. I've tried uninstalling Enchanted by nature thinking that it was to much for my computer, nothing happened. I've also tried repairing, clearing chache on both the game and the EA app as well as lowering the resolution even further, nothing has helped. The game is both slow and buggy and becomes unplayable. This applies to both zooming in/out, moving the camera as well as when I click on something the interactions menu appears several seconds later.items deleting when i load up my game
everytime i load up my game and go into build mode, i find windows glitched, pillars gone and items in my build missing. i keep having to replace all of these everytime i open this build. and its not just this one build. it is across all of them. chair are missing, mirrors, microwaves, tables, a bookcase i spent 2 hours cluttering. gone ;-; please help me figure out why this is happening
Game crashes
This has been happening to me as well. Would love to hear if anyone has found a way to solve this! My sim is 3rd generation in gameplay, going through the Strangerville mystery, and I've been trying to get her back home to San Myshuno. I thought that Strangerville might be the issue, but wasn't sure.Debug landscaping not showing up only for Enchanted by Nature
I own enchanted by nature. Play on PC. I can't get and debug or live edit landscaping for the pack to appear. I can see debug and live edit landscaping for every other pack. But NOTHING for enchanted by nature. I know I've entered the cheats correctly as again, all other packs debug landscaping shows up. I even tried better build buy mod and that didn't work. I tried removing all mods and that didn't help. This needs to be fixed.Sim Select Bug
When I go to travel or choose another sim to do an activity, the option box shows up mostly off the bottom screen. Not only is it off the screen, I can't select any sims that pop up, nor can I close out of it. I've checked the mods I have installed to make sure they are updated and everything, but it didn't work. It's happening in every save I have. I have attached a photo of one of the instances. In this case, I was playing from an infant and I was selecting a sim to change her.Nature is calling
Week 2 digging up stones. Nowhere in a world can i find stones anymore. Not even in a (crystal) cave. If i place a cheat stone with crystals in the world, i can dig it up, but then the event does not complete. Does anyone have this problem as well? Since the game was updated, this problem has occurred. I had hoped that with the next update it would work again. I tried this, but unfortunatley.. Please help!Sims constantly resetting themselves
This is an issue that happens sometimes. But as of a couple days ago, I've noticed it start to happen a lot more often. When I tell a sim to do something, they will be on their way. But then suddenly, it is as if they reset themselves (like you would manually when you click Reset Sim but they do it on their own). What I mean is: They suddenly morph to stand in the neutral position and any queued actions are completely removed as if they were never there. I have also noticed this happening with non-played sims. Obviously, I can't see if they have actions queued or cancelled. But I have noticed them abruptly stop whatever they are doing as if someone has just reset them. I don't have any mods or cc and my game is up to date.
Two-Story Rooms including basments
Earlier today, and even yesterday, I had no problem creating a 2-story room where the basement is the lower level and the ground floor is the upper level. Now all of a sudden when I try to remover the floor of the upper level, and the ceiling of the lower level, all I see is dirt. I've tried building in different orders, working on normal terrain, fixing foundations, but nothing is working. The other rooms that I've completed are still on the lot, and there's nothing wrong with them. I have tried many alternatives, including what I've stated, and also trying to do this on other lots... it still doesn't seem to work.
