Occult are broken?
I am doing the occult baby challenge and every single one has not been and occult. Not only this but after switching them via the menu, vampire sims seem to still show signs of being human as they get cold outside. Before I was under the impression that most occults weren't affected by weather. Another issue I found was after trying to get the sim bitten and turned into a vampire nothing would happen after the final moodlet so now my sim has a forever moodlet of "appetite lost" that flashes..
I need advice
I brought the new SpongeBob kits; however, I was unaware of the bundle at the time and therefore didn't get the items it includes, as I got them as separate kits. Is there anything I can do to obtain the bundle items? Is there an email anyone knows to contact? I really like the fish tank, it's got me stuck on what to do... any advice would be appreciated.
Deck the palms event disappeared
I was over halfway through the deck the palms event and today it's missing. There is no events tab on the main menu and the icon is not appearing in new or old saves. I have removed and disabled all mods, and repaired the game through the EA app but it has not reappeared.

I cant participate in the Deck the Palms event asit was never available for me in the game. The Support guys said it is server issue on the EA side and I should write it here. So here it is. Hope it will be solved in time to still be able to participate 🤞 Edit By crinrict: Added Tag to Title
What is wrong with this household?
For context: In Fall '23, I created a household consisting of two female Sims. They were married from the start, and both have the loyal trait. They are both family-oriented. This was the second household I added to this save, a couple of months before Lovestruck was released. However, from the very beginning, both had this inclination to flirt with other Sims - which I didn't let them do. One of them accidentally complimented another Sim on their clothes, but that was just the one time, and I have avoided similar actions ever since. Whenever these two interacted, both had the dialogue option "confess betrayal" even though nothing had happened. I tried to ignore this, though it really started to annoy me after a while. I have autonomy on, and at some point, I disabled neighbourhood stories for all my played households. I can't remember the exact date, though, but it's been a while. When Lovestruck came out, things got even more annoying with this household because whenever I didn't play with them, they showed up somewhere in the world stargazing with someone else. One of them even took off to stargaze with someone else while I was playing with them. I disabled attraction so they wouldn't be attracted to other Sims but only to each other. Romance bars are full. I disabled the option to have Sims from my gallery show up on the dating app because at one point, the game duplicated one of them and put her clone on Sulani while the other one showed up on the dating app. Fun fact: the game did this only with these two. Nothing worked. By now, they are both getting options to hit on their best friends, ask random Sims to enter a woohoo partnership, flirt with pretty much everybody... and just now I found out that one of them got married to an NPC Sim somewhere along the way. I have absolutely no idea when, how or why this happened. I didn't even know it was possible for a Sim to have two spouses, and I have no idea who this NPC Sim even is because I don't pay attention to random townies. Something about this household is SO broken, and I can't figure out what it is. This is pretty much the only household that's behaving completely illogically, and not just when it comes to romance. Recently, I sent both of them to the Realm of Magic to discard their magical powers; they were not honing and using those anyway, so I figured they no longer need them. However, one of them can still use her broomstick for flying, even though her magical abilities are gone and the broomstick is no longer in her inventory. At this point, I am so annoyed with this household that I hardly ever play with them at all, yet I don't want to abandon them completely because they are part of the world and the storytelling I created over the past years (the save's turning 3 in a couple of months). If anybody has any idea where these problems might come from and how to solve them, I'd be really grateful. Especially for a solution to the stupid "oh no, I cheated even though I didn't do anything"-bit. Granted, the one who got married to a second Sim off-screen DID cheat, after all, but like I said, the fretting has been there right from the start for both her and her real wife. Since my save is growing and I keep adding households, these two will very likely end up sharing a Sim week with another household which will minimize the annoyance for me. Still, I'd really like to get to the bottom of this. Oh, and I don't use any mods or CC. I play plain vanilla, verify the files regularly and clear the EA app's cache.The Sims 4 crashes to the desktop without an error
Hello! I previously created a thread and it seemed like the problem was solved - The game crashes on the desktop when attempting to load a Sims 4 save file | EA Forums - 12562101 The game crashes when I try to load from the town into the family However, the game crashes to the desktop again without any errors. I have already deleted the SIM card fairy that was causing the save errors, but it still crashes. The problem does not occur on another clean save. I checked all the mods, and they work. Hi, I am trying to make a house with a sunken courtyard in the middle but when I remove the floor there is no foundation walls showing in the room. I have tried raising and lowering the house to see if it will show up but nothing. I have also bulldozed the lot and started from scratch and it still happens. I have attached a screenshot of the room.

Hello, I have a child who lost a "friend" (unknown, because I tried to look for ghosts, as he didn't even receive the usual phone call ...) and now he has been grieving all summer. He is unable to go to the Grieving Counsel, as I click on the option but nothing happens ... and now I am stuck with this eternally sad kid (it's been 2 sim weeks since the supposed death): PLEASE HELP? As always thank you, ToKiDoes anyone have a problem playing with mean sims?
I have a problem with my sims. The issue is that whenever I want my sim to interact with someone, their relationship instantly decreases and they start arguing. Even if I just give a simple compliment, the relationship still goes down. I also have “Mischief” options available, which I don’t understand at all because I have that skill at 0. I have MCCC installed and I’ve turned off mean autonomy, and I also disabled it in the normal game settings. I don’t understand this. They can’t have a normal conversation
Autonomous Introduction Hug Glitch
Hey i HAVE to know because its driving me crazy. Has anyone else had the introduction hug glitch consistently for a couple months now. Like the hug interaction is fine but the auto one they do when they greet sims is does the outstretched broken arms glitch. Yes i have mods but none of them should be doing this, i dont have any poses and im not using any animations either.Deck the Palms rewards not available
Exactly as title describes despite it now being 17:32 January 3rd 2026 the final 2 rewards in Deck the Palms are still not available to me. The game simply states that the item is locked and I need to wait for the week to start, said week started yesterday and they're still not available to me I have gotten every other reward prior without issue these ones are still locked despite there no longer being any countdown timer on the event page and YES the event page is still fully available in game. I have no mods. No CC. Both are turned off in game at the moment and I am fully online with perfectly clear connection. I even went to check if I had free access to the gallery and that was working perfectly fine. There is no issue with my computer and there is nothing that has changed with my computer (no updates, no device changes, everything is exactly the same as when I claimed all the prior rewards) everything else in game works exactly as it normally does.
