Holiday Rewards are not popping up despite being in the time window
I have been trying to unlock the holiday rewards since December, and no troubleshooting has worked. I think I narrowed it down to internet issues; the game refuses to go online, so I cannot access the gallery or Jasmine's Holiday event. I am super disappointed to miss out on all of the free DLC, but I cannot figure out how to fix this. My PC has an internet connection, and the EA servers are online, but for some reason, the Sims 4 refuses to let me onto the internet. Is there a clear fix for this, or any way to unlock the items while offline? So far I have reinstalled the game, loaded new saves, loaded the game through both EA and Steam, and sat with it while it tries to connect the internet. My sim suddenly can’t cook properly. After taking ingredients out of the fridge, they get the “can’t reach” routing error and refuse to use the counters they normally prep food on. What’s strange is that they will only continue the cooking process if they go to one specific counter elsewhere in the house. However, if I place items on that specific counter, they still won’t start cooking from there. That room is not a kitchen, so I don’t want them constantly running there, and I also don’t want to move that counter into the kitchen because it’s a different style. For reference: the counters in my kitchen are S. Cargeaux Counter, the one specific counter they keep trying to use is The Harbinger Counter I’m not sure yet whether this is caused by mods or CC. I still need to check, but I haven’t installed any new mods recently, and there was a noticeable gap between my last mod installation and when this issue started happening. Update: I’ve discovered that my sims will use any counter of any style as long as it is NOT placed in the kitchen. The moment the same counter is placed back into the kitchen, they refuse to use it for cooking. Appliances placed on counters — such as microwaves, tea makers, etc. — continue to function normally even when the counters are in the kitchen. Update 2: I remembered that I had previously changed item placement on the kitchen counters, so I reverted them back to how they were before. For clarity, I’ll refer to the counters as follows: Counter A: a counter that still has 1–2 items on it Counter B: a completely empty counter After reverting the item placement, my sims are now able to cook in the kitchen again. However, they will only use Counter A. Counter B is still not usable for food prep. I tested this by having two sims cook together. Deck the Palms Issue - Cannot Claim
Hello! I started way late on this most recent event (Jan 3) so I'm trying to play catch up to make sure I get all the items. First two days went fine, logged in and claimed the rewards, but today I logged in and things are still locked? Nothing new has unlocked. I only have one day of wiggle room if I want to complete the event so I'm a little stressed lol. Is it something stupid like 24 hours from my last login? Notes: Never modded or CCd with Sims 4, nothing has changed with the game or my computer since yesterday. Any help would be appreciated! I have 2 teen sims in a relationship and one ages up before the other by 2 days?

Missing Infant CAS from some packs
Infant CAS items from all DLC except for Growing Together, For Rent, Nifty Knitting, and Home Chef Hustle are not showing up. This seems like a random group of packs to me. I recently purchased Nifty Knitting and Home Chef Hustle, so maybe that is why those are present, I'm not sure about the other two. I have most expansion packs and many of the other packs, so I know there is stuff I am missing. I had mods installed (MCCC and UI cheats), but have already tried deleting the mods, deleting the cache folder, and repairing the game. Items still appear for other ages and I have tried looking at infants from other households, and they don't have the items either. I started a new save after repairing the game and it had the same problems. It also isn't a filter issue because I have tried removing all the filters. I loaded into the game with the household, but my sim already had the Secret Agent job and level 3 in both mischief and logic. I made him just 4 days ago, and I didn't do the CAS quiz. Also, he's the only sim that this has happened to. I've already loaded in with the same household at least 5 times, and he always starts with the Secret Agent job. My library upload shows misleading info
Ok, so here's the deal. I built a starter shell using base game and Growing Together. I saved the house in my library and there's info that Cottage Living has been used as well. So I filtered the items to that specific dlc in hopes I could replace/remove whatever it is that's been used. But there is nothing, not a single thing, I checked a few times. Apart from a fireplace and a few outside items there is only basic stuff - windows, doors etc, so it's really not that hard to see what's been used, and none of those things seem to be from the Cottage Living. Is there any other way to check used items apart from the filters? Any other suggestions? It's quite annoying and it's not the first time it happend. I have a male sim who I have enabled the "become pregnant" option for. However, the "produces milk" option is set to "no." Regardless, the option to breastfeed his babies still appears and he constantly does so autonomously. I usually use some MC Pregnancy settings but this bug still appears with mods disabled. Missing link in family tree
I have a problem with two Sims. They are related (mother and daugther) but they do not appear on each other family tree. All the other relationships, including the one between the mom and her son, are shown on my Sims family trees, so, I do not understand why this specific link is missing. Weird moodlet bug

I think this is a fairly new bug. I can’t place food and books from the household inventory. When trying to place them it results in nothing happening. I do sometimes get a red bubble saying «system error». Placing furniture, toys and decorative items though works like expected. The afterlife anonymous event never begins in my game. I didn't know it even existed until I started the Tarot deck challenge. The event does not show up on the calendar, there is no notification for it, and when I go to the location there is no official event. I can't ask any of the ghosts about their unfinished business to complete the challenge because there is no event. Deck the Palms event rewards not able to be claimed
This event isn't letting me claim most of the rewards. It's even worse for another household member, they can only get the first 3. Windows 11 and fully updated games for both of us. Happens with no mods, no CC. Any help or advice please? New Skill Day Not Working
I have a sim at Foxbury University. When skill day appeared, the sim raised his Robotics, Research & Debate, and Rocket Science Skill, but none of them registered on the event UI. I made a new sim and play in Glimmerbrook, and 2 sims from the welcome party fought me before I even introduced myself. I don't have eco living neighborhood stuff (re: roughhousing) on. The only new thing I did was use the overachiever trait. So maybe that's is it? Eye Color Changing When Exiting CAS
I started encountering this bug a few days ago when I aged up my fairy infant. I went into CAS to change her eye color to more closely resemble her father, and the change will not stick. I have gone back into CAS several times, and the change never works. I was checking if anyone else encountered this bug in the past, and I have found that a user had a similar situation about 2 yrs ago, but the post does not include the solution. I also realized from their post that this is only happening with occult eye colors. Does anyone else have a way to fix this?
