Sudden Elevator Issues on Torres Amanecer Lot
When playing my game, I am having a sudden issue of not going down elevator in penthouse in Ciudad Enamorada. The lot is Torres Amanecer. I use mods and was able to verify and update all mods associated with my game. I also double checked to be sure that there were no obstacles preventing my sims from getting to the elevator. The cache was cleared on the EA app and the game was repaired but I am still having issues with my Sims not being able to go down the elevator and the graphics of the building seems to have disappeared all together.Pancakes family (gallery) have pointed ears
Occurring in a previous save and when placed in a new one, members of the Pancakes family (from the gallery, with Iggy) have the pointed base game ears in CAS, when they previously did not. In the previously used save, it affected both Bob and Eliza, and when testing in a new one, it affected only Eliza. DLC installed: All Mods installed: Yes, More Columns in CAS and UI Cheats Extension, both mods that I would doubt would impact ear selection, and which have been updated for the most recent patch. Does the issue persist with mods disabled: Yes (tested in a new save) Does it alter other families: None that I can see, having tested with several other existing families in a save and several sims downloaded from the gallery.
Stuck on loading
I'm getting this as well, won't load any family in any world and refuses to load any lots in Innisgreen. I've removed and tested without mods, still have the same issue Edit by crinrict Split from another post I created a new sim after downloading enchanted by nature. Selected the lot to move to then the game got stuck on the load screen.Game Stuck Loading...
When I load my current game I pretty much cannot do anything; the build/buy modes are grayed out, I can't save my game, I can't travel anywhere. Anytime I try to do any of these things, it just says "game is loading." Has anyone else experienced this? I tried repairing the game, it repaired all packs except for the new nature one because of the bug where it says you don't own it....I do not play with mods or anything like that.
Sims trapped in rooms
My sim keeps getting trapped in the bathroom saying they can't move to any of the other rooms even though there aren't any obstacles in their way! I can fix it by exiting to the main menu and then relaunching the save but then it'll happen again a few moments later. So many bugs the game is completely unplayable at the moment. So annoying!
Can't drag laundry to basket
I am having the same issue. With the 7/10/25 update, I can now drag items to the trashcans and sinks again, but I still cannot drag laundry into laundry bins anymore. Also, whenever my sims change clothes, the clothes will automatically drop to the floor instead of going in the laundry bins.Stuck on Loading Screen
Is anyone else having issues with trying to play the new pack and it gets stuck on the loading screen? I also noticed that when I try to repair my game, it says that the repair is paused because I don't own the game. Except I did in fact pre-order the pack and now it's giving me issues. Infinite loading screen/stuck loading
I’m on Xbox…..I keep having this bug with infinite loading screens never being completed. This is from a 1 minute screen recording of no loading progress. I was trying to load into a brindleton bay lot. Really frustrated with this one cause I have no choice but to force quit and restart my game. This happens at least once every time I try to play.Fast Horse Galloping Causes Lag and Freezes.
Hello, I played for roughly an hour yesterday in Chestnut Ridge, and as my horse started galloping faster to travel home, I experienced a lot of lag which built up to the point my game froze. Then somehow my game turned to a 'The Sims 4' logo screen. I feel like something may have been mentioned before of this, according to ChatGPT, but I wanted to submit my own bug report experience with this particular issue. I don't know is it just me, but since the lastest update, I can't delete some of the items on the build mode. I must drag the item to the sell icon since it won't happened if I just press delete on keyboard or use the hammer tool. I can't even move some of the items like normal. I try to move them like usual but whenever I place them, they just disappear and back to their original place again. And it happen the same when I buy new items too, they just disappear after I place them. For chairs though, I can't immediately buy multiple of them like normal and the eyedrop tool even didn't work. I must buy them ONE BY ONE and it such a very long process... I can't enjoy building and editing the house anymore since the basic things like buying and deleting items just won't function properly... Most of the sources on google said it's because of mods and CCs, but I never installed any of them...Nature is calling
Week 2 digging up stones. Nowhere in a world can i find stones anymore. Not even in a (crystal) cave. If i place a cheat stone with crystals in the world, i can dig it up, but then the event does not complete. Does anyone have this problem as well? Since the game was updated, this problem has occurred. I had hoped that with the next update it would work again. I tried this, but unfortunatley.. Please help!
Game crashes
This has been happening to me as well. Would love to hear if anyone has found a way to solve this! My sim is 3rd generation in gameplay, going through the Strangerville mystery, and I've been trying to get her back home to San Myshuno. I thought that Strangerville might be the issue, but wasn't sure.items deleting when i load up my game
everytime i load up my game and go into build mode, i find windows glitched, pillars gone and items in my build missing. i keep having to replace all of these everytime i open this build. and its not just this one build. it is across all of them. chair are missing, mirrors, microwaves, tables, a bookcase i spent 2 hours cluttering. gone ;-; please help me figure out why this is happening
Glitched toddlers
Hello! I play without mods and I'm having this weird bug where my sim's Toddler looks like this? No head, all the cas items i put on her, gone. She randomly has the adult nails and eyelashes floating, idk if you can see it. I added a picture of what she's supposed to look like. It's honestly just so weird.
