Mass Effect 3 product key
A couple nights ago I tried to play mass effect 3 and the EA app opened a window and it said We could not activate mass effect 3 on this computer using the origin account you provided. please locate your product key to activate the game using your origin account. !? I have owned this game many years. I contacted EA and the person couldn't fix the issue. I got a really stupid idea that if I bought it on steam I could play it. Well, no. same message. I contacted EA again and because my original copy disappeared my from my library replaced my a steam copy, I could no longer prove I owned the game and I was refused help and basically called a liar when i said I owned it. Sure, there was no purchase history for the game but my son bought me the trilogy as a gift many years ago. Ok, fine. I bought another copy from EA thinking this will solve the problem, but no. The copy i had just bought is not in my library and so, still no product key and no solution. I was directed to come here and post as many details as I could to try to resolve this since I will never get to play ME3 ever again if i can't get this mess fixed. someone please help me with this.

EA Assets of Frontier Game's Elite Dangerous as well As Mass Effect Legendary Edition Are showing their age literally. Technologically outdated and Technologically Redundant Xbox 360 Master Assets And Master-Files and The Original Legacy Xbox Master-Files and Master_Assets as well as other Legacy Game Master-Files and Master-Assets still have that 2D flat square or rectangular look as well as the lighting and computer lights are supposed to blink and fluctuate in a random rhythmic pattern. Any news on the upcoming game so far
Like the time to be released or the main character. Can we change the blufaced Asari to red one? Or be human? Is it gonna have character and face customisation? Would it have ugly faces? Is it gonna be possible to wear emphasizing the shape costumes or bikini only/pants only. Can we visit different galaxies like Andromeda? Or at least talk/influence it's development Will we be able to have personal AI companion as with S.A.M? Would it be possible to make our choices change the game not only companions attunement but whole plot and provide us with different endings based not on 1 choice in the end but all and every path selected? And many more. Is there a way to send suggestions to the devs besides creating reddit post? Thanks
ME 1 LE minimizes to desktop after launch
hi everyone! yesterday i re-installed MELE and played ME1 for a couple of hours with no issues. today I restarted it, but it keeps minimizing to desktop after launch. I already tried everything i found online, but there's no way to make it run properly again. my save folder is on my local disk, not on onedrive, and always has been there since i still have the last run's saved games i tried to move the save folder to desktop but nothing changed setting the game priority to high didn't change anything i tried spam-pressing alt+enter to force borderless windowed mode when ME1 starts, but nothing happened I can't manually change it because my gamesettings file doesn't show but three lines that have nothing to do with fullscreen: [AppCompat] CompatLevelComposite=5 CompatLevelCPU=5 CompatLevelGPU=5 running the game in admin mode had no effect i closed any background apps to no avail nvidia experience doesn't interfere because it says that MELE can't be optimised from there i don't remember having any issues the last time I played, and in the meantime the only thing that changed is that I updated to Windows 11. any other option? i'm not a ME1 hater, so I'd rally love to play the trilogy from the beginning and make my own choices. and by the way it's insane that I paid full price when MELE came out, but after all this time the same issues still persist.

[Steam] Unable To Launch Mass Effect Legendary Edition
I recently bought Mass Effect Legendary Edition on Steam, It automatically linked to my old EA account, and whenever I try to open it through steam, it automatically opens EA and I have to run it through there. This is not a problem, I just want to play the game. Except that it refuses to launch and comes up with the message "Failed to launch game. An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Please try again later." I have been trying for 2 days, and contacted support on help.ea.com, and they told me to come here. So I've been trying to fix this for 3 days now, or maybe 4 idk. point is every time i try to launch MELE through steam it just doesn't launch. it verifies the integrity of the files and then..... nothing. I've tried multiple solutions from reinstalling at least 4 separate times now, to moving the install location of steam, the EA app, and MELE all to the same drive (thanks EA btw for not letting me choose where to install the app really making gamers feel like we're the last people you think about when using any of your products) none of which have worked. Only thing I haven't tried is using a different network which like, my network has a very good connection I don't see what the problem would be there. All I ever get when I try to launch is just the EA app saying it's "preparing game..." and then steam validates the game files and.... nothing. When steam gets to 100% on the file validation it stops and the game doesn't launch. then i try to launch the game again and the exact same thing happens. Any help would be appreciated maybe even oh idk EA and every other game company not trying to make its own launcher that you HAVE to use even when you buy on steam so that these problems can stop happening. ahh but that's an idealistic world that won't happen until EA pulls its head out of its investors * and starts being an actually good company again.
I can't run the game and EA Help chat is disabled
I'm having trouble running my game. Problems that I think I caused by accident. After this the game was perfect until yesterday. I was trying to unlock an achievement that is apparently bugged because I read about bugs with that everywhere. Someone on a forum suggested that they had found the solution by clearing the EA app cache to leave the record of your achievements at zero. I think whatever Christine (the EA Help chat operator who initially solved my problem) did, I accidentally deleted it. The game did not run again. Steam opens it without problems but EA blocks any possibility of it running. The error message has no code or anything like that. It only says "that there is a technical error that prevents the game from starting" (image attached). I urgently need to contact someone (preferably someone with the same willingness to help me and solve the problem that that last operator had) to help me in EA Help, BUT the options to chat with an operator disappeared from the page. "CHAT WITH US" is simply no longer there. I tried opening the page with other browsers. I tried to change the topic. I tried the "Resume case" option. I tried other languages. NOTHING From one moment to the next it was no longer possible to communicate directly with EA Help. What is happening??? Thanks in advance for the help.
[PC] ME3 MP Crashing to Desktop While in Game Session
My game keeps crashing to Desktop after playing either 5-10 minutes or getting to wave 4-10. the only way that seems to be the fix is if I stay in a lobby with the same people, but that doesn't last long. I've tried multiple "fixes", but I want to get behind actually stopping it for good or severely minimizing the issue. I've tried setting the affinity for Masseffect3.exe in TM to cores 0 & 1; reinstalling the game; verifying game files (on Steam (bought on Steam), idk how to do it on EA). I don't want to have to download a mod to fix it, I would love to figure out what the problem is first to mitigate to my friends who are getting it on Thursday. P.S. Holger1405 if you see this, please try to break down all the technical terms for me, I'm not as computer literate as I thought (seen your other posts you've answered) Specs: HP OMEN 16 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900H 2.50 GHz 32.0 GB RAM (16 originally, but upgraded for SC) NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
[PC] Muffled Voices and Sound Issues
While playing mass effect 2 le I noticed that sometimes everyone’s voices were muffled heavily along with some of the other sounds but not always while closing and opening the game usually helps it still is annoying cause it happens almost every time i play it also makes the cutscenes unberable i am using headphones connected to a monitor and audio settings are set to stereo i am playing on pc so thanfully it doesn't take long for me to boot it up againMass Effect 3 Multiplayer Loot Crate Weapons & Character Collecting Rate
I returned to playing Mass Effect 3 multiplayer, after a several year lapse, and there's still a lot of folks playing, which is great! Have you all considered making the simple tweak of increasing the rate at which characters and weapons show up in loot boxes? It would really stimulate the player-base, once again. Basically the title. If I launched the game via the EA app, it'll crash after loading to the main menu, which has never happened before with Origin since 2012 on 3 different laptops. After loading to the main menu, I see "You connected to the EA servers" message, the galaxy at war map pop up, and then the game is crashing without any error having shown. It's like the Alt+F4 keys have been pressed.EA App - Missing Online Access.
I used to have the subscription active (the game itself is purchased) and now I can't access the multiplayer anymore. I reached out to support but they just gave me a * network connectivity troubleshooting link and said they can't help me... how do I actually get to play this game that I paid for?No or minimal loot drop
Due to abrupt shutdown my cloud save became corrupt causing no or minimal loot drop after battles. Since first playthrough is already permanently saved to cloud. It automatically downloads the save after installing the game. If I delete it, it comes back. Clearing cache, App recovery, reinstall, formatting machine nothing works as the issue is with online cloud save. Any solution??
[Pc] quarian ally not unlocking
I got it on steam but NOT in game or ea app. Itried everything. Reloading saves, new game plus, even started a brand new character and nothing. Anyone have anynything i can try? I got the other ally achievements just fine. I think i was considered offline in the ea app but that happened with others achievements and they unlocked just fine when I did them againMass Effect Missing Insanity 2 Achievement
I got insanity 1 just buy switching from casual to insanity just before fighting Saren I tried it again but couldn’t get insanity 2 i then imported a save and did new game+ this time with insanity difficulty ( I changed it before landing on Eden prime ) got to the end and killed saren and it still didn’t unlock insanity 2 am I missing something or do I have to complete mass effect 2 on insanity to get insanity 2 achievement ??[PC] ME Andromeda connection lost issue
I've got a problem with multiplayer. After I'm joining lobby, character is not loading (only mine), I cannot hit 'ready', after a few seconds I got kickout with "Connection Lost" message. That happens rather often, but sometimes I can join some random lobby normally. Reinstalls, restarts etc. common solutions does nothing. Like I said, sometimes it works, but this happens rarely and I do want to be able to play multiplayer often normally. I've got Deluxe Edition on steam if that matters.
