Where is this hairstyle, and why can't I change the color?
Has this specific, half-up-half-down hairstyle been removed? I am wondering because I am unable to see it anywhere else, and also cannot change it to grey. As you can see, a different hairstyle is able to turn grey, but for this one there's not even a color panel available. I've just noticed this now that this particular Sim has become an elder. Also, I have a vanilla game. No packs, no custom content currently. Growing babies are impossible to do now.
Hi, another bigger bug what i notice after july 21 update is i can't growing any babies in game when i click on them. The option was always showing when i click on the baby,after this update when i see this option and want to click it game tell me i can't do it for now. Lots in my game become corrupted and trigger infinite loading screens and infinite "building lot" when placing a build. This happens with cc builds and nocc builds. If I try to manage households my game infinitely loads after I’ve created the new sim and hit the check, I don’t know why. Other than that it’s fine. I’ve deleted my mods. I’ve reinstalled sims 4 properly. Repaired the game changed graphics. I’m on the newest Mac Pro with 5Mchip. I have cats and dogs, cottage living, island living, city living. Weird mesh issue with a Sims chest
Thought the game was blocking me from changing the volume of a Sims breasts unilaterally, it would seem what's happening is random Vanilla shirts and dresses are glitched in someway. When I switch to an unaffected clothing item it lets me change the size of the chest just fine, but when I switch back to the affected clothes it continues to show a random chest shape my Sim does not have. These are not sculpted clothing items like a corset or shoes or such that would warp a sims frame, a menswear suit is should medium sized breast no matter how full or flat I make the chest. These are vanilla clothing pieces, I don't have ANY cas cc, emptying my mod folder doesn't fix the issue, and the only mod that has anything to do with cas is the more columns mod. Everything that comes up is very old and/or is explicitly about broken slider and cc mods, which I don't have to be broken ive tried a lot of random solutions, using mcc to change the breast values, using trait.equip to remove the breasts but they dont come back with the cheat or by fiddling with cas settings so thats a nonstarter, reseting the sim, tried erasing cache(maybe did it wrong!), removing modsSolvednewtsafeforwork7 days agoSeasoned Novice66Views0likes5Comments
Marketplace and Home Menus Loading
When I open the marketplace from launching the game, I am left with a never-ending loading screen (the diamond circle). When I try to go back to the Home menu, the entire screen is blank, except the bar across the top. This happened 3 separate times, back to back. I can't stand that if I hire a ranch hand for my family, they won't stay outside of the house. To which I often end up firing them even when I set specific locks within the household. Secondly, why does hired help keep randomly getting swapped out? I spent time in CAS updating Juelz, and now randomly after months of gameplay and having JUST aged up and dressed the latest family addition (infant), I all of a sudden have a new Bulter named Angelo. Unable to take pregnancy test after 'try for baby' selection.
Since the most recent update I have been unable to take pregnancy test after the 'try for baby' selection. My game is crashing and lagging after my sim died and turned into ghost
I was playing like for few hours, than my sim died by accident in fire. I decided to play her as ghost since I am doing the Super Sim challenge and need to go through ghostly skills, but from that moment, my game started crashing like every 2 minutes. I tried to repair the game, restart the ea app, restart computer, but nothing works. After five crashes I was able to playi for like for 30 minutes and that it crashed again. I am using the mods, but the game does it even with them removed, I have all of them updated. Is there anybody else, having the same issue? I don't have an idea if the turning to playable ghost is what is causing it, but all the crashing and lags started when it happened.Solved
Game will not launch with mods/takes very long to launch without mods /UI broke
Ever since one of the updates at the end of July, my Sims 4 has been virtually unplayable to a degree. I've been testing batches of cc and deleting any mods that haven't been modified in years but to no avail. I play on a Macbook that's currently running MacOS Tahoe 26.6.1 and when I launch TS4 from the EA app or from the application *with mods*, the icon for the game will appear in the dock as if it is running but does nothing when you interact with it. The only thing that happens next is the application begins to not respond and will only force quit. On the other hand, launching TS4 with a clean save + cache takes several minutes to get past the initial title screen and the following loading screen. It will eventually launch this way but it feels like it is taking way too long even with knowing about the recent changes in game loading. The gameplay I was able to do with the mod-free save was mostly functional except for whenever I tried to have my sim plan a date. There's nothing to click besides a useless slider with a large "dinner party" box where the party image would be. I was able to go on dates from phone calls and other people without issue but the social event UI is looking very funky.Solved25Views0likes1CommentMy Sim wants to eat every 2 seconds
Hey guys, for some reason, my Sim keeps going to the fridge and eats a quick meal every 2 seconds. She will eat a quick meal, put the plate away and immediately get another meal. When she does something else e.g. brushing her horse, she'll finish it but will go to the fridge immediately after. She's the only Sim in the household so I can always cancel the action but it's getting annoying. I tried to delete the localthumbcache file and replacing the fridge but nothing helps. She doesn't have the glutton trait. I'm still on version 1.123.85.1020 and I don't want to update my game, was it a known bug back then? Children can't interact with visiting trick or treaters
I cannot get my child sims to interact with visiting trick or treaters. It is set as a holiday goal and it shows on my child's goals, saying they love it BECAUSE they're a child and yet when someone visits there are no trick or treat social options when they click on them. Can a ghost sim become a vampire?
I have a playable ghost sim who is currently studying to become a master spellcaster but she also wants to become a vampire.
