What does this mean?
My game won't even load up/launch. I have made sure all my mods were up to date. I deleted all duplicates. I cleared the cache. I delted my save files, tray, and screenshots. I tried repairing the sims game itself three times. I unistalled the sims game and reinstalled it. I even unistalled the EA, my computer is up to date. I even restarted it just to make sure. I even took out my mods folder to see if it was a corrupted mod. Almsot 24 hours later and it is still not even launching. I got this message when it crashed. What do I do?Can’t launch my sims 4 game
I keep getting this error when I go click play. EA sims game says “failed to launch game. an error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later.” is anyone else having this issue? I removed my mods folder “repaired” my game and nothing. This is has been an issue for weeks atp. I have a MacBook btw.

Hello All, Frustration is not even the right word. I have done everything the internet suggested for my MAC and nothing is working. I have attached all the photos of the error I get. Could something please help! I chatted with EA and they could not help. My game is running on an SSD. It was working fine. Here are something I tried. Cleared cache Uninstalled the game uninstalled EA tried a new account deleted activities to free up RAM space Please Help! I recently uninstalled the game with the intention of wiping my computer and cleaning it up a bit. Never got around to that so I just re-downloaded the game and I'm having some issues. I have a couple mods that I'd like to add but the folders aren't there anymore. I launched the game and everything- still nothing. The second issue I'm having is that traits are missing in CAS. I'm clueless. I've tried "repairing," and nothing. I'm at an absolute loss.HELP!! I am getting a 'Game has run out of memory.'

The game has full access to my disk, I have tried every which way to repair it. The new lgbtq+ sims delivery
Recently I saw the cool new update and wanted to try out all the new clothing and build items, however none of them appear to be there for me? I have tried repairing my game, nothing. I tried uninstalling and re-instaling it, still nothing. If any one has had this and or knows how to solve it I would apreciate being told :)
Crashing EVERY TIME Going into Build Mode.
I don't really like having to write reports on this game. I Love the Sims 4 but when it crashes its not fun to play the game. Sims you got to fix the crashing. iv done everything to try and fix it on my own and nothing it working. iv gotten ride of mods that i think are the problem and clearing things.
What the **bleep** is going on EA...
Last night I keep getting inconsistent "Error:0" messages rendering the game incapable of saving (but then sometimes it would work), "Unable to connect to server" to upload to my gallery (but sometimes it would work), and some other crazy-**bleep** message about EA checking for game updates in the background for new stuff. I repaired my game, removed all my mods, cleaned out every cache, and when I go to re-boot the home page is showing me some household I've never played and where the household income dollar amount should be, it showed a bunch "W"s criss-crossing and overlapping. My entire saved game was wiped and I can't recover the back-up files I have. I reached out for support via chat and Ricco tells me there's no issues that have been submitted by their studio team. Oh yeah? Then why are the forums and X blowing up with people having the exact same issues as me?! I repeat, WHAT THE **bleep** IS GOING ON EA?!?!! I've given you how much money over the last few years? You all should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves! I WANT A REFUND FOR EVERY GAME IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A CONSISTENTLY WORKING PRODUCT!!!!!!!"Traits" won't show up in Build a Sim
Hi. The "traits" option in Build a Sim won't show up. I had mods, but got tired of them a while ago, so I uninstalled all of them from my Mac to free up space. I also made sure to turn outside mods off when in the game. I have a few packs, kits, and expansions, though I don't know if that would mess with my game. I've tried repairing the game three times, uninstalling it, redownloading it twice, and even uninstalling EA overall to see if that would help. I have no worlds right now, and nothing besides those packs taking up space. I'm pretty sure I have the latest version as it has not told me to update, and I think it would do that automatically on reinstillation. I'm not sure what else I'm doing wrong! I have Bought to new games Buisness & Hobbies. I did not get my bonus stuff and after playing and saving and making everything for a week. The app closed out of no where and everything I did and saved is gone. Same happened to when I just bought Love struck. I played for hours and saved everything as I went along. And the app closed in the middle of my game and everything I have saved for a week is gone. So 2 new games and both gone. If you knew how many hours I put into these games. I feel defeated. You guys need to fix this. I am not buying anymore games.Loading screen
I open the game and it loads for a few seconds and than it turns black. It doesn't let me exit or quit nothing i have turn my computer off to be able to close it. I also can’t do repair because it says it can’t download. I made shre internet was working and nothing it kept getting the same issue. Is there any broken mods/cc right now that we don’t know yet?Question Marks on Sims and Faces
I recently redownloaded the Sims 4 with the EA App instead of the origin app. When I logged in the sims had red faces with question marks or black question marks on certain features. The scenery was all rainbow question marks. I repaired the game 2 times and then uninstalled and reinstalled it. The only time it got better was when I uninstalled Get to Work pack. I don't use mods or ccLoading screen crash
I have been trying to get into sims 4, for over 3 hours... I get into the main menu, but after i try and get from there and into the game, nothing happens except loading for several minutes until i give up. No cc in my game too. Restarted the macbook pro 4/5 times, logged in and out several times, and reinstalled the game... What do i do?My Sims game won't open
Looking for help/advice. For about the past month I have been unable to play my Sims 4 game on my MacBook Air. I have only been able to attempt to open the Sims 4, but whenever I do it just takes me back to the EA App Sims 4 launchpad. I have updated my MacBook completely, deleted and reinstalled the Sims 4, repaired my Sims 4 in the EA App, cleared the EA App cache and the help service for EA couldn't resolve my issue either. I have plenty of space to run the Sims 4, genuinely running out of ideas. And no, I have zero mods, just expansion packs. Thanks.
