Alleged fraud???
i bought GTW last year, specifically March of 2023. They tell me it was a charge-back this year despite removing it this year. So i bought it again this year. But then they remove it again after it wen through. What kind of bullsh1t is this? i pay my money for an expansion pack and months later they remove it. i'm sick of this platform. i want origin back.
Redeem code isn't working
Hello! I don't know if this is the right place to ask, if not you can point me to right one. But I have a problem with Sims 4 Get to work expansion pack. You see I bought the physical copy on the market. Seller seemed like a collector and sold games second hand but copy was still in plastic and seemingly unused so I bought it. But when I tried to redeem code it says the code has already been used. My guesses are that someone used the code and after that the copy has been replasticed and sold again. I don't know if this spesific seller was behind that or did he get the copy somewhere else. Or maybe the code is faulty? So I was wondering is there something I or EA could do about it? Is there possibility to get a new code or something? I payed almost full price on that thing, it would be kinda bummer if I don't get what I payed for. I have both the copy and the code right here so just ask if you need something. Reaching out for the seller is sadly very hard since it was a market. They didn't do receipts and I don't have his contact info. So I thought to ask here as the last resort.
Problèmes depuis la dernière màj
Bonjour, depuis la dernière màj mon jeu bug et j'ai des mods, j'avais préparé mon jeu pour cette màj, mais il bug tout de même. Quand j'essaie de jouer dans un foyer les actions que je veux faire a un sims ne veulent pas s'effectuer ou si j'ai interdit à mes voisins d'entrer chez moi, ils le font tout de même. Mais ça, c'est quand j'arrive à y accéder sans que mon jeu ne plante en ayant l'écran de chargement qui tourne sans aller dans le foyer en question et que je suis obligé de fermer mon jeu de force. J'ai essayé de supprimer mes mods et de lancer le jeu, mais quand je le mets en route des mods que j'avais supprimé de mon dossier son toujours dans mon jeu, c'est incompréhensible et pourtant, j'ai fait les manipulations de base l'activation et/ou la désactivation des mods. Et quand je vais dans l'application EA ou sur Steam ça ne me propose a aucun moment de réparer mon jeu . Je désespère ... Si quelqu'un aurait un réponse ou pourrait m'apporter son aide ça serait super , merci d'avance

My game crashes after one minute of play since the last update in September. I've tried everything: repairing the game, reinstalling graphics drivers, deleting all mods each time, switching to DirectX9 or not, ... it just crashes! I've even run hardware tests and nothing! There's an event for over a month, except that my game crashes !!!! What about you? How do you know if you're being seen or heard by EA? Nothing happens in this forum and at no time do I see a press release from EA :-/ They can't be reached, it's impossible to get real support with a ticket number and a developer working on the problem. If there's no change in October, that's it, I'm uninstalling everything and you won't have to talk to me about The Sims anymore! When you see the money you've invested and you can't reach them ...
Sims 4 Growing Together Game Pack not downloading
I have been trying every few months since it has come out to download it even cleared out my mods folder and done a clear cache of ea nothing seems to be working and ea wont reply to my cases I have tried to make, I really badly need help as it keeps saying 'there's a problem with your download. something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again.' I have been trying this about 100 times since the game pack first came out please help.
Horrible Update
I believe it was either the 7/25/24 or the 7/23/24 update. The old problem (solved): Mods not working. TheNEW problem: CAS not loading, gallery, build mode, and such not loading, lag, and my game crashed for the first time EVER (I'd say my Windows 11 is pretty good, something about it being a gaming/video editing PC) Now you see, I fixed the mods by fixing my Avast Anti-Virus, but now I get these problems. It'sDEFINETLYEA's (or Maxis') fault, as other are having this problem too. IDK if there is a fix, if so, please say so! My game is crap because of this, and it sucks! We all love The Sims, but these updates just ruin it.... Hopefully this gets fixed, hope everyone has an awesome day/night/afternoon/morning, byeee ✌️
Been playing with DirectX 11 and....
I've been playing with DirectX 11 and the problems I am running into are 1) No thumbnails, even on EA items. 2) Items not showing up when selected 3) Thumbnails look weird and items don't show up The positive about playing with DirectX 11 are: 1) The game runs so much smoother 2) Sims get stuck less often 3) Hardly any lag and the lag often fixes itself after a few seconds I've included some screenshots for those interested. Have you tried playing The Sims 4 with DirectX 11? How is working out for you?
