błąd gry
Rodzina znika w momencie wybierania świata do gry oraz podczas kupowania domu. Można kupić parcele ale nie wyświetla się rodzina, by zagrać pokazuję się komunikat że trzeba stworzyć rodzinę mimo że już to zrobiłam. Co jakiś czas pokazuje się błąd i komunikat aby wyłączyć grę i spróbować ponownie później co nie działa. Problem trwa od 2 tygodni i nie wiem jak go naprawić. Zrzuty ekranu pokazują kolejność w której to się dzieje.CC Problems: Sims not appearing in My Library
This has been driving me absolutely crazy! I've downloaded a lot of custom made Sims and packages ect.. I place everything where it's supposed to go. Mods/packages in the Mods folder and tray items in the tray folder. I boot up the game and enable mods and scripts. I go to the gallery page and apply the tick box to show Custom Content. Now the annoying part. None of the custom Sims are in My Library. FYI: I only have the basic game without any expansions or other stuff. At the end of the day I should at least see the content that I've downloaded, if not play it. What's going wrong? Thanks
Unable to change display type from Fullscreen Borderless to Windowed
Hello! I am somewhat of a content creator and I use the program SRWE to take better quality screenshots. I've recently changed monitors to a 4k and changed my in-game resolution back to 1440p. But the game becomes unresponsive when I changed display types. I even change my opinions.ini file to force windows mode, but using SRWE to mimic a different resolution makes it unresponsive as well. If I move my opinions.ini file to my desktop and launch the game to generate a new file, I get stuck at the sims 4 opening loading screen. I've searched everywhere, changed many things. Nothing works.Game Won't Connect To Gallery While Using DX11
Happy Holidays everyone. While this isn't an urgent, game breaking bug, it's seriously annoying me and I've been having the issue for a month straight. I have to alternate between DX9 and 11 just to be able to access the gallery in game. I also get the Sims Delivery error. It has no connectivity issues on DX9, and DX11 also connects just fine running on my laptop, but my desktop hates it, for some reason. Below are a list of the things I've tried: *DNS Flush/Network Reset *Connecting to the Ethernet *Uninstall and Re-install *Allowed the app through Firewall *DEP isn't an option on my desktop setup *Booted the game offline, minimized, went online through EA App, re-opened game. *Ran everything as administrator even tho I am the administrator. *Completely removed the EA folder and allowed the game to generate a new one with no mods or CC *Updated computer and drivers *Cleared App Cache My PC Specs: *AMD Ryzen Cezanne 8-Core Desktop Processor *Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB Dedicated *64GB RAM *2 TB SSD/ 1TB HDD I'm at my wits end and have no idea why it won't connect to the gallery in game.There was a problem with the game setup, please reinstall the game
I have been trying to play TS4 since early this morning and keep getting this stupid error. I have updated EVERYTHING. Repaired the game. I run Windows 11 to the latest. Updated the game. Ran with and without mods. Already tried -Dx9. Ran this and got nothing DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth. Meets minimum requirements to run the game. Installed a more recent driver. Ran Windows key-R and "perfmon /rel" NOTHING WORKS Linked the DxDiag file down below and the only EA/SIMS-4 error that comes up Someone help
Game Bleeding
Every time I play the game, it’s doing this weird bleeding across the screen thing not really showing everything but only showing about two or three things that’s bleeding across the screen. It’ll start out OK and it will continue into bleeding and freezing. This is completely without mods I’m not sure what to do after the repair and get a few times. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it back with no success so I don’t know what’s going on here or what to do or have to properly describe this weird blinking the games doing essentially. It’ll like do this little blinking like for acting right and little blink and start bleeding all over the place with things moving across the screen, I have pictures to properly explain what I’m dealing with at this time. Created a new save after taking out mods so I’m unsure. What do I do next?The game has deleted all my packs
basically I bought a few packs Motha ago, no every time I log on to play sims on my MacBook the packs are deleted . I’ve checked my purchase history and everything and there all gone as of I never bought them. If i log onto sims and try to play my sims family it says I can only open them if I purchase the “packs needed for this file” even though I bought them last year and they’ve deleted themselves . How can I get my packs back so I can play sims again without repurchasing them ? ThanksInvisible Furniture
I am having an issue with furniture disappearing, or, more accurately, turning invisible. Sometimes it'll turn visible again if my sims travel to another lot and come back, but they will also stay invisible sometimes, even when restarting the game. The furniture is still there, however, because I can't place a replacement item in the same spot. This has happened several times, once with a desk and chair with no issues around it, but the other two times, the pieces of furniture (dining chair and couch) were next to plants that had been placed with MoveObjects On. Other pieces of furniture next to plants placed with MoveObjects On has remained visible, however. Windows 11 Home 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor 32.0 GB RAM installed, speed: 5600 MT/s 1.86 TB storage Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900KF (3.20 GHz) NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070
EA App will not let me type more than nope, yep and darn!
I do not understand why mine alone is doing this. IF EA has decided to take chat away from me for some reason, I would have to have warned. I took my old version of the app and replaced it with a brand new version. Did not help. Any suggestion is more than welcome. Hello I’m facing in issue with my EA app - previously I was able to purchase packs for the sims 4, yet I’m not able to do so it doesn’t so me any pack to purchase!! I’ve also tried only through the sim’s website and also it shows (not available) I've did all troubleshooting steps and cleared cache and it’s the latest update for the EA ant help!EA IS SH*T
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ive spoken to so many people in EA and they sent the same automatic response everytime because ive not got enough security details. I JUST WANT MY GIFT CARD ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT. Actually in tears getting no help and they dont care. I dont have acsess to my old email i know my password but requires 2 factor authentication. Hello EA. I have to file a complaint. This has been going on for MONTHS and hasn't been fixed. It has happened it multiple people other than me. I have lots of custom content, along with a little something called Script Mods. Ring a bell? Because they USED to work PERFECTLY fine with the game. Now, all of the sudden, they don't even let you load your save file, it'll likely take you back to manage worlds. For some, it doesn't even let you play. I tried MULTIPLE things, and the only solution that seemed to work is to delete ALL of your script mods. I don't understand why they don't work anymore, I don't know what y'all did with the update, but y'all better allow script mods back. Because lets be real, they make the game a lot more fun for some. Sorry if i am coming off rude, but i am just pretty pissed right now. Please fix it whenever y'all get the chance to.
All Sims 4 saves reset back to 2024
I updated the Sims 4 today after 2 months of not playing (so idk which update may have caused this if at all) and when I went to play, my save file was reset back to where it was on December 27 2024. I went to recover save and everything from 2025 is completely gone. This was the same with my other save files. I can only recover saves from 2024. In the saves folder it says my save is last modified 2024. I checked my mods folder and all of the mods i downloaded in 2025 were also gone so it is not just a saves folder issue. Google said it's a OneDrive issue but I'm fairly sure I don't have OneDrive on this computer. This save is 8 years old if that matters, but its across all of my saves.Cheats bar not working
I’ve seen a lot of people having this problem years ago, but it seems nobody found a way to fix this. A few days after the newest update, my cheats bar won’t open, instead, it takes an in-game screenshot. I tried removing all of my mods, but that didn’t seem to work. After, I uninstalled the sims app, along with EA and steam, and later I created new accounts for everything, and yet I still encountered the same problem. New account, no mods, and still this problem persists. Does anyone know if I can at least change the key for the screenshot option? Like instead of C I could maybe use a number or anything? Im desperate, I can not play the Sims 4 without cheats.
Packs won't install
On the EA App on Mac, the base game installs and launches correctly, but all my owned expansion/game packs say "install base game first". I have deleted Ea app, restarted my computer, no Origin files, and tested on another Mac user profile. I have the files, but the biggest difference is the Electronics Art folder doesn't house the "Sims 4 pack folder"...Help please :(
Game constantly crashing...
Hi ever since updating my game for Adventure Awaits pack my game has constantly crashed. At first I thought it was some cc or mods but after taking all my cc and mods out, after repairing, even uninstalling and reinstalling it still crashed. Sometimes it opens up and lets me play for a bit then crashes and sometimes it will crash immediately. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.Won't let me click on anything in the game
not allowing me to click on anything in game such as other sims or objects i cant make my sim do anything, walk anywhere i cant click on her to physically do anything or click on another sim to socialize with i also cant move the screen unless i move the mouse to the very corner of the direction i want to go to instead of clicking down and sliding over which is how i normally move the screen aroundArchery gloves not unlocking.
I have maxed out Archery to level 5 by actually using the target and bow. I spent 2 days (in game) to max it, as I kept getting Archer's Elbow. I went into CAS to change up my outfit, and get my glove items for it, but they are still locked, and it says I need to have Archery to level 3 to unlock them. How do I unlock them then, if I already met and exceeded the required skill level? I tried the cheat cas.unlockbytag SP18, and it says command not recognized. I already used all the other unlock cheats as well, and they do not unlock the skill items.
